Me and my husband got two Crunchwrap supremes that had so little meat it tasted like just tortilla with lettuce and sauce. But, there was another customer who ordered online and his online order showed one pick up time and when his order was 10 min late, he asked how much longer it would take. At that time, the entire staff just screaming at him and told him to cancel his order and leave. Never witnessed such horrendous behavior from any staff at any eating establishment. Never thought I would come to this location again after the drive thru employee gave me a LEAKING Baja blast- ended up getting it all over the inside of my car and made everything sticky. I pulled around to explain to them what happened but got no apology whatsoever. Today I went through again (months later). Yes it was my mistake and I know this location has a reputation for being a horrible Taco Bell but all I got were 2 tacos and some chips. Of course something had to go wrong- the chips had a strong chemical taste as if the oil had been sitting in the fryer for days. Even the salsa couldn't cover it up. I don't know what's going on with this location but to anyone reading this review - save your time and money and go somewhere else. We should've known something was up when I saw that no one was waiting in the drive thru line to place their order. I've changed jobs and its put me on the other side of the city so I've been going to the Columbia Ave location and they've spoiled me. The original order we wanted was a taco salad meal and a triple, Dorito loco taco supreme meal. The person taking our order either couldn't hear or simply couldn't concentrate because they made us repeat it but in a weird sequence. Before we left the order station they told us that they were out of the Dorito shells and all they had were the cool ranch and fire shells. The order was changed to plain hard shell supreme tacos. We pull around to the pick-up window and a second person tells us that they've run out of taco salad bowls. Their consolation was to put the ingredients of the salad in a very shallow nacho tray and we had to ask for tortilla chips on the side (they were not offered). Just before we pull off we ask for fire sauce and we're told they only had mild and hot. Avoid this location. read more

I have begun to order on multiple occasions only to be told they are out of a staple ingredient on their menu, such as tortillas or beef. Always upgraded my meat for free until the last time i was there (i wasnt thrilled) Overall, they just pass. read more

This place is the worst!!! I placed my order with extra cheese on my taco Supremes. When I receive my order I checked it because they always forget to put the extra cheese that I have to pay for on the tacos. When I showed the young lady at the window that there was no extra cheese she caught an attitude so I asked could she put some in a small container on the side and I apologized for the inconvenience that she actually caused. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. They are always closing well before their posted hours. There have been multiple occasions when I've ordered food via the app, and then went to this location to find that they're straight up not open. Fool me twice shame on me, I guess. Got a simple grilled cheese burrito box. Comes with grilled cheese burrito, chalupa, and a regular dorito taco. Mind you the drive thru was packed so we went inside. Ordered, waited 15 mins for food then went back to my car where the car we would have been behind wasn't even to the order station yet. Ordered a chicken power bowl and the lettuce in it was previously frozen, black and slimy! They tried to hide it under the other ingredients and cover it. So disgusting. How could they serve that crap to customers? I've gotten the same thing from that location before and never had any issues. It also took me 20 minutes in the drive thru. The person at the window had no clue what she was doing. Oh and they gave me the salad in a box because they ran out of lids for the container. Just like others, I wish I could give ZERO stars to the Taco Bell on 2040 Lincoln Highway in Lancaster PA. I went to Taco Bell on 10/6/18 around 7pm. When I entered the establishment the first thing I noticed was the overflow of the trashcans. It was Disgusting. The employees DID NOT CARE. There was only 1 clean table available. The floors were sticky and full of soda spills. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. I had to bring back my burrito supreme since there was no meat in it. The "manager" stated, " I made the burrito. I put one scoop of meat in it". I told the young manager that there was no meat in the middle of my burrito and I had to tell him to put more meat in it. As I watching the manager add the right amount of meat to my burrito, the floor where the food was made was covered in broken taco shells, food and trash. NEVER once was there an apology or eye contact made. Which brings me to my point of not one employee stating they were sorry for the wait, there was no thank you at all. HORRIBLE Customer Service, Every employee needs to be RETRAINED on customer service skills. This is The Most Awful Taco Bell I have EVER been too. I called customer service regarding my visit on 10/8/18 which they promised me a return call in 3 business days. I called customer service again on 10/11/18 and they stated I would have a return call by 7pm. I did not receive my call that i was promised so I called customer service today 10/15/18 two times and while I was put on hold waiting for a representative the phone was disconnected. Now I have called Corporate today 10/15/18 and was promised to get a call from the Taco Bell Franchise Manager today, which I believe will not happen. I will call the Dept of Health because this Taco Bell is in awful condition and needs to be evaluated by the Dept of Health. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TACO BELL TO ANYONE. read more
