Today Beatriz P deserves a outstanding shoutout. I went to the drive thru and she pleasantly Greeted me and it felt really genuine. She took my order asked me if I needed hot sauce and when I asked for Coca Cola, Beatriz replied "sorry we have Pepsi. Is that okay?" Wow. Simple yet courteous. I haven't had this type of amazing customer service in a while via a drive thru. Beatriz keep up the good work. I hope management see that you have major potential to grow. I came her on a Sunday at about 11AM and it wasn't to busy. We went through the drive-through to get our food at this Taco Bell. We ended up with two tacos that were not ours but the two tacos that were were broke and not able to be eaten. We ordered six quesadillas out of those six quesadillas only one was cut, and the others were stuck so bad to the paper that we could not eat them either so we spent $45 on food that we could not eat so disappointing. read more

Have been coming to this location for years as I have lived in neighborhood for years . Never had any issues until my last couple of visits , employees are nice but services is NOTHING like it used to be. It used to be hot , fast , and fresh not it is slow , dry , and nasty. There used to be a gentleman there not sure of his name but he used to have dreads but he was AMAZING, maybe they lost him cause I haven't seen him recently and that's also probably why it's a shit show now . For most of the time when we go there service is good but the ppl in the back making them real screwed our order. Yesterday I places an order online around 12:45-12:53pm. The night shift at this store was very impressive. The young man at the register was personable, professional, helpful and gave an excellent greeting. I have had many interactions with the night shift manager in the past. He sometimes will work the drive thru window. He has always been fantastic. The lady preparing the food was very nice and personable. She thanked me for my business as she handed me the food. Her wonderful smile was absolutely contagious. Went there for a late night bite. The service was quick. However, we ordered a taco and added sour cream. We were charged for the sour cream but it wasn't actually on the taco. That was a little annoying since it was on the receipt and they repeated it back to us correctly. But then it wasn't correct. The food is great. Unfortunately, many of the menu items have hidden extra ingredients you can choose from. The employees have a difficult job to do. Tonight, I ordered the Doritos taco..on the display it has sour cream. The cashier asked me if I wanted the nacho cheese Doritos taco..I said yea..I guess. Everything I ordered had Nacho cheese on it ..no sour cream. I can't fault the cashier, because she can't be expected to tell everyone..everything involved with each menu item.
