Haven't eaten here in years. Got hungry at 11pm...not many options at that time. Ordered some food through DoorDash. No straw...no hot sauce...and garbage food. The burrito was slightly bigger than an egg roll. Tacos were soggy with no filling. The "regular" size slushy was the size of a child sippy cup. All for $25. I called and was offered free twists and a comped box when we return. We returned again today, and same awful after taste. Seems like they need to clean their fryer oil. It's dirty. Okay, this USED TO BE a really good Taco Bell, but no more. Placed an order on their app for a taco supreme, burrito Supreme ,a mini taco salad, and a their box lunch. Taco supreme arrived with NO MEAT , isn't that the first thing that goes in a taco ???? They put the sour cream, lettuce and two tomatoes in it ??? Burrito Supreme arrived unwrapped and a mess in it's wrapper. Unbelievable!!! I haven't checked the other items yet too pissed. This order was $32 through their app delivery alone was $5.99 . Has terrible reviews but my first time at this location went good. I did a order on the app and picked it up at 10:29 am today (6/20). The older lady who greeted me at the speaker was so extremely sweet and nice. Wish I got her name, when she gave me my food at the window. That smile on her face was the cutest, I'm not sure who she is but she made my morning. I got my food order correct, usually I confirm it and they still always mess up. But that was at the location in Henderson off Horizon. The food was still warm after driving ten minutes to work, meaning it was made fresh when I got there. The food was really good, no complaints. They gave me all my sauces that I asked for. Hopefully someone that works there sees this so you can give that little old lady a hug for me :) read more

Most likely the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. The employee at the drive thru was rude and incompetent. I tried to order a Power Bowl and her response was "What's that? I don't know what's that. That's not on the menu." She then lied and said that it was discontinued months ago. I told her that's not true. I literally just ordered it 3 days ago from another location and a week before that. I doubt that the menu varies from location to location. A few seconds later another voice comes up on the intercom and said it's available in chicken or steak. I wanted to substitute it with beef. She then firmly said chicken or steak only. I guess the other 5 locations I've visited broke the chicken and steak only rule and allowed me to customize it to my liking. It's not that difficult. Instead of scooping the chicken or steak you just scoop the beef in it. It's as simple as 1+1. Avoid this location. They will lie to you and deny your customization. The employees are rude. If you order from here I would suggest double checking your order before leaving the drive thru. read more

Lunch time at work is an hour long. So when you get to Taco Bell and they refuse to acknowledge anyone who walks in the door unless they've touched the help yourself screens, you can already tell the customer service is going to be bad. Placed an order on the Taco Bell app to be ignored while I was standing in the lobby waiting to ask for my order. When I parked my order tracker said my order was still being made. By the time I made it to the counter it was ready, I thought perfect time. This Taco Bell has never failed me on all of my visits. I visit about once a month or two months, and I've never been disappointed. Many other fast food locations near Cheyenne Ave have been awful. But this Taco Bell has always been great. Serving me fresh, hot food. The kindest and most patient staff. The "worst experience" I can report is being served at the drive-thru window by a trainee, and even then he was kind! I always enjoy visiting this Taco Bell. My husband and decided to go for lunch. The restaurant was not busy at all. We arrived at the counter to order our food. The employee walked away and said that we needed to use their kiosk.
