I went through the drive thru and they Charged me for food and didn't give me it, threw the tacos into the bag causing a huge mess, maybe a teaspoon of meat on my hard shell tacos, and didn't cut my quesadilla. I had to dig through my bag and get food all over me due to them not even wrapping the food. The chicken 'Cantina' bowl is new and very good. There used to be a beef bowl which was also good but they stopped offering it. This Cantina bowl has corn, beans, lettuce, dressings. Chicken is minimal but the veggies are good. read more

It was an overcast evening in the town of Lewisburg. While there are a few restaurants to choose from a recent interlude at this particular Taco Bell was pleasant enough to entice us to return. On this, as with our previous visit, the staff was able to execute our order accurately and with care not typical of most TBs. The interior of the establishment was clean and staff was on a regular cycle of cleaning activities. Employees just stop making food whenever they feel like it and close but they leave all the lights on ,hang out at the front counter with the doors locked and don't answer the drive thru while just giving nasty looks to customers that pull to the window. read more

It does not even deserve one star, very dissatisfied with this taco bell in Lewisburg wv. They need to literally close their doors, worse food ever, no sauce on power bowl,no cheese in quesadilla,didn't get half of the order. I was actually shocked to see that they were open like they are supposed to be but it was short lived. Went through the drive-thru around 11pm and was told it would be 30 minutes before they could take my order. Waited 30 minutes and went back. Sad to see this place really hasn't changed over the years (based on previous reviews). This has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. Always messing up the order, long wait times and their dinning room isn't open. So when they mess up, you have to go back through the drive through. I worked at Taco Bell from 2009-2012 and I would never have given food to someone the way they do. I got a burrito that was barley even folded and sauce was everywhere. I went back and asked them to fix it and basically got the same thing. I avoid this place like the plague and I really enjoy Taco Bell. read more

One of the worst. Service has been bad every time. They show up late for work, so don't think about getting breakfast at this one. The amount of time it takes them to get your order 1/4 of the way right, you may as well go up the road and sit down. It was over an hour until closing time and the lady with blonde hair was very rude, order was wrong. We didn't even want to correct her on the order because her attitude was so terrible. We were there at 11:20pm after the fair and waited in line. They closed without saying anything and let several cars (over 7) remain in line and didn't say anything about them closing. I've worked in the restaurant business and I've never known of a place that can close, especially without saying anything, when they have that many customers waiting. read more

I went there tonight, had a simple order and I know it was 30-45 mins until close. I get home and bite in my chicken grilled and it is nothing but sour cream until the last quarter of it. I love tacos and I love Taco Bell but this falls on no one but the employees being lazy and obviously wanting to get out as quick as possible. read more
