Yes, Subway is a fast food shop, this is true, the price point and coupon options reflect that. But I've honestly gotten more pleasant and professional service at this subway location then most of the sit down restaurants in the area. Its about the people that work there when its fast food. If they make it right, the food is what it is. To say the women at this location are amazing is an understatement. Not to discount any male employees, but I personally came here regularly during afternoon and evening shift for a full year and it was the same staff of women every time for those shifts. And every time they were above and beyond amazing. Even if they were swamped with people in the restaurant AND online orders. Like most fast food places, they can be treated pretty crappy by a lot of customers. I have the unfortunate luck of having witnessed it several times. To which I have always seen them keep there cool and handle the situation appropriately. Im not their manager or owner, I don't see them all the time, but every interaction I have had has always been great. And they actually do make a good sandwich, neat and well put together. They also run very fluidly as a team and get orders out very quickly given the rushes I've seen them get. Not to dog on the guys but when they make my sandwich it can be a bit sloppy and sometimes not cut through. Still good, nothing to get pissy about or anything but noticeable for me, like when my husband makes a sandwich lol. However all of the employees, male or female really remember us and little things like how my son likes sweet tea when its out so they get it made, we cant pick the chips we like on mobile order so they change them out for us automatically or they are out of the cookies my husband likes so they let him change it up. That's pretty nice and technically they really don't have to be that way cause ya know, its just fast food. As far as inside its very clean, they keep the line area clean and stocked that I've noticed. If they run out of an ingredient they have always had backup. The dining room has high cobwebs, but nothing dirty or unclean. Always very clean bathrooms. Overall this is a good subway anytime I have come in. Fresh, clean, fast. If you happen to come on the shift of what I call "The ladies" they are just amazing!
