I don't often leave reviews unless I am genuinely impressed by some factor of my experience. Tonight, I was impressed. Customer service seems hard to come by these days especially in fast food - which I get. It's not an easy job and after Covid we rely on it way more than we used to. However, Bryan at the drive thru line was the nicest, and most responsive employee I've met in a long while. It made my night that I could have a pleasant conversation and get through quickly so I can go home and relax after a long work day. Thank you Bryan. P.S. this location is fantastic. I was on my 30 minute break and decided I should go grab so some Taco Bell. I go there and I order myself a Crunchwrap supreme and two soft shell tacos. I'm supposed to clock back into work at 12:45. I order myself food and the guy at the drive through tells me to go wait by the side and they'll bring my food once its ready. I open up my beef burrito supreme and there was some wilted lettuce, 2 pieces of diced tomato, a small smear of refried beans, a dab of sour cream, no cheese that I could see, a ton of red sauce and maybe a tablespoon of beef product in a clump. I opened it up because I got nothing but flour tortilla in the first 2 bites. This was $6 of a meal that included a burrito supreme, a taco deluxe that was mostly lettuce and sour cream, and a Starry drink. The burrito supreme was nearly $6 bucks of the meal. I took the burrito back thinking they gave me one of their value menu items. They laughed and said more meat is extra. I said I didn't want extra meat, I wanted a burrito supreme that had some resemblance to the photo on their menu. They laughed again. They did make me another burrito, said good day and shut the drive thru door closed and walked away. I looked at my burrito and it was the same burrito only this time it had even less meat and was smaller. I've been eating at Taco Bell for over 50 years. I've probably eaten over a 1000 burrito supremes. This was the worst and probably the last since they were unprofessional in their handling of this situation. I could have gotten a real Mexican dinner at a sit down restaurant for about the same price as this crap that would have been 3 to 4 times larger with real meat and cheese plus free chips and salsa. And I had a beef burrito supreme done the Versailles Road Taco Bell a few days ago so I know it's not Taco Bell, it's just this Taco Bell on Sharkey Way. read more

In this time of dealing with COVID all dining experiences have changed. My work schedule has change and I now only have a 30 minute lunch and this location is just a few miles from my office, so speed is important to me. I was there at 1, but the drive thru was 8 deep or so I was concerned that I would not be able to get lunch and get back to the office. That was not a problem. The line moved quickly and the staff was friendly and efficient. My order was correct and I'm sure the person working the window was smiling behind her mask. I am excited to add this location to a place that I can grab a quick lunch! I am a fan on the Mountain Dew at TB, it is one of my favorite fountain drinks. :) read more

Out of town and stopped here for my daughter. She ordered and the drive through worker was barely audible and monotone. Very disappointed. I get the same thing here almost every day for lunch, and for some reason today I ordered a Doritos taco with meat cheese and sour cream only. (My regular order for anybody wondering) and I recieved a broken taco that isn't even capable of being eaten as a taco, along with almost half a pound of lettuce on this taco. I could've been allergic to lettuce for all they know and everything else on my order was strictly no lettuce as well. I don't like to review chains too much, let's face it, no one is exploring reviews to see which chain, fast food restaurant to choose from, but this location doesn't have any reviews, so I'm going to show them some love. Even though this location hasn't been open very long, it's been awhile since I'd been. When I heard that they were offerings free breakfast crunch wraps yesterday, I gave this location a revisit. I literally went out of my way to get to this location, avoiding the TB location closest to my work. This one is located in a newer part of town, known as Townley Center. It's new and more modern than the average TB. Even though I was only taking advantage of the free breakfast crunch wrap yesterday, the lady at the drive thru was very pleasant. I asked what came in it and she explained that it was hash browns, eggs, and my choice of bacon, sausage, or steak. I went with the steak version. Yummo! I'm not usually a steak kind of girl, but I wanted to venture out. I'm glad that I did. I can see myself craving this thing again in the future. Way to go Taco Bell, I'm hooked. Two nights in a row it has literally taken 20-30 minutes to get through the drive through. Ridiculous!

The quality of the food isn't the issue, it is what I expect. Good and cheap. My problems lie with the staff. On multiple occasions, I have been met with rudeness and general lack of professionalism. A week ago, I went through the drive- thru, and as soon as I reached the window, the strong smell of weed came out of the restaurant. Several of the employees were busy on their phones. I sat there for a few minutes before someone finally gave me my food, then disappeared without a simple "sorry for your wait". When I got my order, there were several things wrong with it. I had asked for no lettuce, a fact that was reflected on my receipt, but there was lots of lettuce on everything. There were no sauces either. I returned a couple days ago, and got the same rudeness, but never received my drink. This morning, I went there for breakfast, and waited a long time, even though they weren't busy. The young man took my card, shut the window, and didn't return for a bit. He came back, handed me the food and the card shut the window. I didn't receive a receipt. It was several minutes later that I finally received the drink. The drink should be the first thing out the window. I have tried to bring the previous incidents to Management's attention via their survey and customer comment email, but have been repeatedly ignored. I've gone to this location because they are convenient, but it's time to change establishments. read more

Stopped by for lunch on a Sunday. No one was in the restaurant but us. The door coming in was filthy. Looked like it had not been cleaned in a month. Almost walked out but decided to go in. Husband took grandson to bathroom and it was horrible. The whole place was just filthy. I guess that is why no one was there. We left. If it was dirty everywhere else I'm sure where they prepare the food was not sanitary either. Will not go back. read more

This Taco Bell has the worst service I've ever seen! No one was in the drive thru line and they were not busy. I sat there for about a minute. Then I had to ask "hello, is anybody there? The guy says "yeah." So I ordered. When I got to the window, I have the guy my card. He was texting on his phone. He kept texting on his phone. He handed me my phone while still texting on his phone. He forgot to give me my card back. So I asked him if I could please get it back. HE THEN SAID "HOLD ON, I GOTTA FINISH THIS TEXT." I looked in the window and the other two workers that I saw were also playing on their phones. He didn't apologize for forgetting my card. When he handed it to me, I said thank you. He didn't say anything. He just kept his head buried in his car phone. I will not be going back there. read more

Went inside to order, guy making tacos used same gloves to ring register as making food .Didn't change gloves went right back to making food again when I ask him to remove his gloves and change them and take the tacos back that he just made and was flipping around with a burrito tortillas he got mad started picking some gloves out of the trash or paper saying I change my gloves with the same gloves he was going to go back and make more tacos with but I told him to change his gloves again and he kept arguing with his nasty nasty place read more

Evidently drive thru line is given priority. Drive thru line was around the building so I walked in to order to go and it took 20 minutes. The drive thru line cycled cars about every minute. Lesson learned. read more

Hands down the shittiest Taco Bell on the planet. The staff is rude, and I mean like outstandingly rude. I pulled up to the drive thru, and was met with "what you want." I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and Crunchwrap supreme. When I get to the window, I'm greeted with "7.77." And the chick literally rips my card out of my hand. I wait for about 5 minutes, and one of the other lovely employees comes back to the window and basically throws the bag at me. Guess what's in the bag? 3 soft tacos. Not even close to what I ordered. The workers are extremely rude. We've caught them multiple times smoking marijuana in the lobby at night and then using the excuse that their system is down when in reality its not, i know this because I worked at this location. i've witnessed them drop food and then continue to make it. when ordering from here they purposely mess up my order everytime or refuse to serve me. Last night I ordered a beefy melt burrito and you know what they gave me? a cold tortilla filled with cold rice, cold nacho cheese, and runny sour cream. When we returned to get them to attempt to fix it, they started giggling and laughing over the drive thru speaker and when I returned the messed up burrito, they told me it was never wrong to begin with, but as i stated earlier it was a cold tortilla filled with cold rice, cold nacho cheese, and runny sour cream, and the taste of it reminded me of cleaner. the workers then proceeded to give me another burrito but it was still wrong and they put a quarter sized amount of beef in it. i then went to facebook to ppst about my dissatisfaction in their service and workers began harrassing. a woman named Jessica proceeded to tell me im not woman enough to have a child and thats why i had a miscarriage in march. she then told me she hopes my children struggle and i don't deserve to be a mother. Another worker , named Roberto then proceeded to reach out to my boyfriend and I and threaten to "blow our brains in". the workers here are the absolute worst. the service is terrible. the food is terrible. the place isn't cleanly. we've gone to corporate about it but instead of the workers getting any sort of repercussions from their actions, they told us that we're not allowed to return to that taco bell location. this taco bell is not acceptable and if i could give 0 stars , i would. i really genuinely recommend not going to this location. read more

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to in my life. They get my order wrong every single time, and when I go back in to have them fix it they give me something completely different than what I ordered! Is it really that hard to read a computer screen?!? I just left there to get a Carmel Apple freeze and when she handed it to me it was dripping everywhere and she had a bunch of napkins wrapped around it. It's Taco Bell, it's not gourmet cuisine, but everyone at this location is fast, clean, and courteous. I'll give them five stars for that. I've been eating here once per week for at least six months, and no one has ever had a sour attitude. This location must have a good manager in charge, the store is clean and friendly.
