It is Taco Bell. You should know what to expect and adjust your expectations accordingly. The building is pretty new but the larking lot is a little odd. When I went through the line today there were three cars in front of me. The girl taking my order was polite and I could hear her well. The line moved quickly. When I got to the window the first thing I noticed was there 99.0 sanitation grade! I mentioned it to the cashier and she said that they were proud of their grade. My order was correct. Location is always slow and they get the orders more wrong than right. Not to mention that the food is so haphazardly thrown together, sometimes it's hard to tell if this is exactly what you ordered. Avoid this location if possible. Left them a nice survey as well. I ordered a #2 3 soft taco supreme meal with a sweet tea and a chicken chalupa combo and asked for the taco to be soft and supreme. Out of the 4 soft tacos only one was supreme. The others only had beef, lettuce, and cheese. My chicken chalupas were so rock hard they were inedible and the sweet tea was un sweetened. I get that everyone is short staffed but there was no line behind me and the order was really straight forward. Likely won't visit here again and left a corporate survey saying as much. read more

A while back I used the mobile app to gather everyone's orders and used it in the drive thru, just like all the signage said to. Then I discovered that not only was no one trained on purchases from the app, but they were also out of the large tortillas for some items. Yeah. Taco Bell was out of tortillas. And because it was an app purchase, none of them were willing to give me a refund on the items I purchased. They promised to throw in some cinnamon twists as an apology, even though that's not a replacement for someone's actual dinner, but they forgot those too. I ended going to Wendy's for two people and this Taco Bell got $10 of my money. Needless to say, I deleted the Taco Bell app and will drive all the way to Albemarle or Charlotte before I stop at this hellhole. read more

Literally the opposite of a "fast" food place. It took over 20 minutes for us to get our food - ordering Crunch Wraps - which is a very popular menu item. No paper towels in the bath room, poop/vomit all over the women's bathroom toliet, looked like it hasn't been cleaned in days. Should be shut down, absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the staff was super unfriendly, and had no regard for the fact that over 20 people were waiting on food tapping their feet, it was almost as if they strived to deliver our food slow. Friendly service, horrible food. They don't even have the proper equipment to heat chalupas it seems.... they just give you a cold piece of bread that is supposed to be deep fried. I go to this location occasionally. The inside service is always slow, and the drive through line is always slow, except for tonight. I'm guessing tonight wasn't slow because the dining room was closed...something about a cash register not working, according to the girl outside the door. But that is not what I want to point out. I want to ask, why your two handicapped parking spots are at the back of the building, farthest away from the door, as opposed to right in front of the door? It appears as if they are an afterthought, an embarrassment, or included just because they are required. While I was there tonight, I asked the manager on duty, who answered "I don't know, I guess because that's where the ramp is". I told her a ramp is easily cut into a curb and doesn't cost much. She replied that she has no control over it, and added that if I needed help, she would gladly help. Wrong answer. So, let me educate you on this matter. When a person is disabled, such as myself, we want to feel self sufficient. I don't want you to help me get to your front door. I don't want you to bring my food to me. When I feel like some Taco Bell, I should not have to park at the back of your building, and maneuver my walker along the stretch of sidewalk, past half a dozen parking spots made for able bodied individuals. By having your handicapped parking at the back of your building, you are clearly saying, you do not care about me, or how difficult it may be for me to get into your establishment. Also, these two spots, at the back of your building, away from public view, are not well lit. A safety issue in itself there. You should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

Usually when I go to this location they are very slow and it takes forever to get our food, Also they never have sweet tea, or if they do it is NASTY! So tonight we walked in to get dinner and knew exactly what we wanted and we were ready to order. We stood at the front at the counter and waited for someone to come and take our order. The Boy that was making the food looked right at us and then started talking to the little girl that was working the drive thru, he was too busy flirting to say Hello, or we will be right with you. after he got done flirting with her he went back to making the food. 2 minutes passed no one had even acknowledged that we were in the restaurant. I let one more minute go by and then I left and went across the street to the BOJANGLES which is right across the parking lot, not really what I wanted for dinner but they had a lot better service. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!! EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION INCLUDING MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE FIRED AND A NEW CREW HIRED ON THAT CARES MORE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. read more
