Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5-10 minutes to another location as this has to be the worst Taco Bell in Macon. My order was wrong again... I ordered a spicy double bean grilled cheese burrito...I got home and bit into steak. (I'm a vegetarian) I attempted to call to advise and was literally hung up on 4 times before being able to speak to someone. They did tell me to come back and they would correct my order, which they did. However it would have been nice to have it come out correct in the first place and not have to drive back to the restaurant. read more

They got our order wrong. We went back and they STILL got it wrong. We ordered cinnamon twists. And they tasted like burnt oil! We will not be back. This has been the worst service and food yet. And we've been many times and this has happened before. I shouldn't even give you one star. read more

All the things a failing restaurant needs. The only good thing here is the Manager. My food has been burned, ingredients I asked to leave out were put in it, food items were left out. My experiences here: Food: Burnt crunchwraps. Semi cold crunch wraps. Multiple crunchwraps thrown in one crunchwrap bag. Potato grillers with sour cream when I requested without. Jalapeño cheese sauce put in quesadillas when requested without. Customer Service: Walking in with NO ONE at the counter and standing there 5+ minutes Waiting 10 minutes for hash browns. Being ignored. Being stared at by every employee when asking to talk to the manager. I'm not sure how this place is still up and running with the food and service being so terrible! Anyone with food allergies should not eat here. If you do please be sure to express the importance of your allergies and be sure to check your food before consuming! I will say the manager is the positive part of this Taco Bell. She always took care of my problems quickly and was very apologetic. read more

Just nasty! I was placing an order at the kiosk when one the the food preparers walked in from outside with gloves on a sauce bottle in her hand. She informed me that she would take my order at the register. She proceeded back to the food prep area to squeeze the sauce on a burrito and wrap it. I refuse to knowing eat filth. The manager should NOT have to train the staff to wash their hands and change gloves after returning from outside, but serve safe training needed at this location. read more

I love Taco Bell and I'm no stranger to the menu and I know that Taco Bell isn't always quality. However I know that Baja Blast is something that is pretty safe to get and I LOVE Baja Blast which you can't really get anywhere else. I'm not local to Macon and I was just driving through looking for a quick bite to eat and I stopped at this Taco Bell location. I went inside and was pleasantly surprised with the interior, it was obviously a new location. I ordered my food and went to go fill my cup with Baja blast, the nozzle sputtered and something that was NOT Baja blast was poured into my cup. It was blue but it tasted VERY off. I only had a few sips before I had to throw it away. I got home and immediately had a terrible stomach ache and threw up. Thanks a lot. read more

Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food. It tastes the same pretty much everywhere unless you either get a hold of some that's been sitting around for too long or they mess your order up and you get the wrong ingredients. This Taco Bell is fast, friendly, and convenient. They've never once screwed up my order. So for that, they get a thumbs up! read more

This is by far the worse Taco Bell I've ever been to. Ordered a bean and cheese burrito and they couldn't even get that right. Super dry beans, tortilla wasn't even worm and cheese wasn't properly melted....burrito literary had a hint of beans....not worth the money. Not coming back ever again. read more

Went through drive through, and the female employee that took our order didn't know the menu items. They got our very simple order incorrect, and when we went inside to have it corrected, we spotted the manager with his pants hanging half way down his legs. So I literally ordered nacho fries and waited about 20 minutes. There were several people waiting and literally nothing was coming out, so I was extremely confused as to why the people "working" are even being payed minimum wage. Anyways, one of the cashiers friends walked in and ordered, and the cashier didn't even ring it up. She didn't make the girl pay. She got her food within 2 minutes. I told the cashier I ordered nacho fries a long time ago and she gave me a bunch of attitude and said that she didn't remember any fries. She then yelled to the back to make the nacho fries. I ended up getting my fries and they were literally in like a children's cup and they weren't served right at all. There was cheese dripping off the side and it looked like it was intentionally terribly put together; unless it was put together by a 4 year old. They take forever to get your order when there are no cars. We took over 15 min waiting to order and it's only 9:30pm. And they have got my order wrong when it wasn't a special order. They just don't pay attention and take too long. read more

Taco Bell food was great years ago. In the past few years the flavor has declined. It doesn't taste like Mexican food. Sometimes it doesn't seem to have Mexican flavor or even any salt at times. Very bland and plain in flavor. In addition, this location doesn't have a building anymore. It is demolished. I don't know if a new Taco Bell restaurant will be built on this site, or if they've closed for good. read more
