I had originally drove to a firehouse on Forsyth rd to get a sub. I waited at the counter forever even though 2 employees saw me come in. One continued sweeping while the other kept making subs for what appeared was call in orders. I was never acknowledged so left and drove to Jimmy John's instead. I was immediately greeted and had my order taken by a pleasant young man. Got my sandwich as soon as I was filling up my drink. The entire staff was very nice and had great attitudes!! Cheese cut in half, tomato barely the size of cherry tomatoes; no seasoning at all; Turkey meat sliced in half. I'm left feeling screwed! And the top of the Sub was cut off ! Please be careful when paying for your meal because the young men will add a charge to to what you are buying so they can make a nice tip. It happened to me and I am waiting a resolution. If I could give no stars I would. I walked up to the counter the person didn't speak or nothing so we are both standing there. Not only is the customer service bad, but this was the worst Jimmy John's I've ever eaten. I couldn't eat the top piece of bread it look raw. I ordered six sandwiches and maybe two were right. Insanely fast! I love eating at Jimmy John's because the service is so prompt. The prices are a little high, but it's worth it for the service. Went into Jimmy Johns today ordered a #4. Cashier was nice greeted every customer that came in. Well my sandwich wasn't made the way I ordered it. It was dry and bread was hard. I've never experienced this with them before, maybe because I go at night and never during lunch. I called spoke with a young lady about my order, she asked me WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT?? I couldn't take it back cause I was back at work. I didn't feel like I had to check it cause it's always perfect and made with love just not this time. When working in the food industry you must know how to be professional on and off the phone and know how to problem solve. I wasted $10.73 for nothing this meal was straight garbage. I have ordered from this Jimmy John's countless times without experiencing any sort of Freaky Fast Delivery. The fact that there isn't an option to see how long it will take for the delivery on the app is concerning. Also, when I call the store asking to cancel an order I've made nearly an hour go, the store associates are lackadaisical at best and sometimes even rude and disrespectful. Jimmy Johns is the best sandwich place! There ads are true, they are the fastest place I have ever been to. The sandwiches taste great and the people are so nice. I enjoy it because you can just go hangout and not be bothered by thousands of customers, and you don't feel like it's just you and the sandwich maker. I placed an online order art 10:15 am (they do not open until 11am) I received an email confirmation right after and my sandwich was delivered AT 11am! Now that's what you call EXCEPTIONAL DELIVERY! I've been to this location many times and always get a good, fresh sub served fast. I usually get the Vito, which is an Italian sub, with chips and a drink. It's usually made so fast that after I pay and walk ten feet to the soda dispenser, the sandwich is ready. Then I get my drink, sit in a booth, and enjoy a fine sandwich. read more
