I've come here multiple times and each time something was wrong. Weather it be food missing, wrong food completely, or cold food. Every time they ask you to pull to the front of the store after paying and giving drinks. I get "wanting to keep a good time" but at a certain point it's ridiculous. You'd think waiting so long out front they'd at least get it right. You can be the only customer or it can be packed each time they have you pull forwards. The afternoon ladies are the sweetest but today it was the cinnamon twists.. They are inedible, they need to change the frying oil each twist had pockets of dark brown oil in them which made them disgustingly bitter! read more

You're better off getting your food in the drive-thru that's even if they can even pull it off. Either way, expect a long wait to get your food. The staff inside have no respect for you. They walk past you all the time and not say one word to you. They also won't even greet you when you walk in so be ready to be disrespected. We stopped by this KFC/Taco Bell and ordered two nachos for our kids. After realizing the nacho cheese might be a bit too spicy for them, we went back through the line to order two more without the sauce. We didn't expect anything free--we just wanted to pay for new ones. The staff recognized us and kindly offered to make two nachos exactly how we wanted at no charge. They were so caring and thoughtful, and it seemed like the manager even came to the window to help. Amazing service and kindness that really stood out. We were wondering why there was no cars in the parking lot. Now we know. From what we could see when we walked up to the door, the lobby area was full of "stuff". Of the 12 drinks on the machine, only 2 were working! Our order, when it came out was missing items, and four of the 10 items that did come out were wrong! This location is down right terrible. Literally only 2 guests in the dining room yet it took a really long time to get food from the kitchen. Kitchen staff was wearing blue gloves and no apron and could be seen chatting it up and touching all over his body with his gloves. Condiments station was literally empty and many of the slots in the drink station were not labeled for drink options. No lids for cups and no straws. Terrible selection of places for lunch today. If i could give zero I would! First thing when we opened the door my husband almost fell cause the door was to hard to pull, when we stepped in it was freezing cold. The temp had to be at least 65F, my children were freezing and came out with a cold. When we ordered our food a man at least 26 years old completely made our order wrong! We ordered Taco Supremes and the Taco Pizza at the inside counter, to-go. At the time the drive thru lone was around the building and there were two vehicles waiting for their food at the front of the building. We took the food home to eat and when we opened our food we discovered that it was all cold. It didn't seem like the tortillas jad been heated at all, and the beef was barely warm. It had been a long time since visiting this particular Taco Bell, since our past experiences at this restaurant had been bad, but we decided to give it another chance. After this experience it will be a long time, if ever, that we try them again. The service at this place is terrible. On one occasion after ordering and paying at the window, I was told to pull to the front of the building. I sat in front of the store for 20 minutes...there was no one else there, inside or out...finally someone came out to ask why I was sitting there. They hadn't made my order and had forgotten. How does that happen? It was only about 8pm and they were empty, now I know why. Every time I went back it was the same story after paying..."pull to the front"...even when there was no one there. I moved to rural Magnolia one year plus 2 long months ago from The Woodlands and I have never seen the drive through at this location not out to the roa, but I was hungry and wanted a Burrito Supreme and 2 Cinnamon Bites. I watched an SUV at the window for 20 minutes without TACO BELL asking them to pull forward. The line.was horrible. I got out of the line to go inside even though I had ordered already. SUV was still at the window. 4 ppl had been waiting 30 to 40 mins and when the kid served her drink to her without ice it was warm, not refrigerated temp. She asked him why, he said the machine doesn't work on the drive through side...she pulled out of line too and was one who went inside. It was mass confusion. The Manager didn't seem to have control over her workers who could not think of what to do next. One, didn't have gloves on and was holding a Tortillia in each hand. Hope one wasn't mine. On the receipt, they do not list a number to call or a survey to take. Even after I asked for no red saucs and sour cream to put it all over and not in one spot, it was wrong. Average wait time in their drive thru is 15 minutes. This is when there are only two cars in line. I had to repeat my order 3 times because the girl taking my order was dumb as dirt. This location is the slowly location I have ever been to. It took over 20min for the food, and we were the only ones in line. Even to pay was a long drawn out ordeal, and after all that waiting the food order was still wrong. No one in this place seems to have any sort of fire under there a$$. I have been here one time before when they were a little busier and still waited 30min for tacos.
