Food poisoning on Monday. Ate Beef and Cheddar and 6 nuggets. Grease was rancid. Threw up 6 times about 5 hours later. Avoid.

I love Arby's in the summer months! They have an Orange shake that I love. Also just for the summer they come out with a chicken salad sandwich that my daughter loves with her orange shake! Don't get me wrong, I always love what used to be called the regular roast beef, guess they call it classic roast beef now. I have found the double roast beef to be even better, pile it on!! Stopped by on Monday to grab lunch. Ordered the gyro for a change. It was good tasting but it was a little light on meat and it went right through me. They seem to have picked up that fast food bacteria my stomach can't deal with. Oh well - it was good while it lasted. read more

Mr. Riley has turned this place around big time. Place went from gross to about as good as arbys gets this year. They've always been up and down but its pretty consistent and delicious now. The manager knows how to serve the roast beef perfect. It's thin, the right color, temperature, and cooked perfect. Pretty damn impressive! read more

I'm a local, have been a customer for years. Today 3/4/2018 around 6:20 pm, ordered an item that they probably don't usually have ready. A chicken bacon n swiss. Took an extra 10-15 mins for it to come outside. Got home, halfway through my sandwich my kid wants some of my chicken. So I tear into it to give her some, she's 19 months old. What I found was undercooked chicken. Someone rushed this, didn't cook to company standards. To the employees, DO NOT TAKE SHORTCUTS. See pic. Will avoid this place like the Tomball Whataburger now. Why is this location always out of cherry turnovers? I mean can't you stock up?? That's one of the main reasons I come here. It's so annoying to hear "we are currently out of turnovers". Order more. Believe me, people will buy them. Get it together Arby's. With my pregnancy, I crave, I mean CRAVE certain things...and lately it's ARBY'S! Being in the part of town that I am in, there are none close by. Lucky me, on a trip to Tomball, we passed an ARBY'S. My husband professes to hate the food there so we went thru the drive thru because I would not be leaving Without my BEEF AND CHEDDAR. Not only did they get my order right...(which is usually unheard of)...they were FRIENDLY! SUPER FRIENDLY! My husband broke down and got a orange cream shake to try it out and give ARBY'S another chance. He raved about the two sips he got to have...and I made sure to tell him how delicious his shake was, because IT WAS AMAZING after I commandeered it! The beef and cheddar was like angels serenading my taste buds, followed by the jalapeno poppers with bronco berry sauce that had my tongue bucking with happiness...and ended with a shower of pure deliciousness of the orange cream variety. I went home in a happy food coma. NOT DISAPPOINTED! Folks if you are looking for a decent fast food meal, thats not the same old same old...got to this ARBY'S! read more

There's a reason why this place has looked closed for years. All others around it with lines around the buildings. The place looks like a Halloween scene with all the caution tape. I give this 3.5 stars. Understand that I am comparing this to the Arby's in Cypress which is the absolute worst Arby's in the area. So it's a low bar. Anyway, the guy taking orders was pleasant and courteous, both important attributes. I ordered the beef Gyro. It had plenty of meat and included lettuce, onions and tomato. I have thought this location was going downhill. Stopped by today, however, for the new Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich. It's advertized with smoked gouda cheese -- something I didn't think I would like. Most unorganized "fast" food restaurant ever. Staff does not listen to orders nor communicate to make sure that orders are done correctly. We went through the drive through, they charged our credit card for an incorrect amount/order, they had to process a refund since we were over charged, they gave us our food and everything was completely incorrect again. At that point I was so frustrated with the fact that they could not do anything right that I just asked for a full refund. I would rather give my money to mcdonalds than have to deal with them again.
