Each time we've come here (three times and we live in the Twin Cities and only moved to MN from Arizona less than 2 years ago), there are multiple tables of workers breaking for a yummy lunch and chatting in Spanish. This is the food we're all missing from back home. Our absolute favorite is the carne asada burrito. Wonderfully flavored steak, guacamole, pico de gallo, and fresh tortilla paired with some of their zanahorias en escabeche (pickled carrots), delicious medium green salsa for me and spicy hot red for my hubby. So good!! While I waited for our food (they make it fresh), I chatted with one of the workers and lamented that we didn't have a Giliberto's near us in the TC. She let me know there IS one in Blaine, which is close to us! What a great discovery! Our next craving we'll be checking out the Blaine location. Vamonos!
