Foods always good but they really shouldn't put that your food is ready on the app if they haven't even started making it. The issues businesses have been facing with an employee shortage lately does not seem to have affected this location. There were just so many employees here when I walked in that it begs the question, why did they have standing water around a bucket on the floor in front of the register? It was leaking from the roof. So fix it, or at least mop the water up. The bathroom? I was just so nasty! Soap dispenser was out of soap and the urinal looked like it hadn't been cleaned since it was installed. Nothing like standing in a puddle of pee. I rarely go anymore, the staff is great, their upper, is not and I don't believe in going somewhere the staff is verbally abused. IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. I pulled up to attempt to make an order, and they had a hard time hearing me to the speaker they asked what I wanted several times I tried to tell them several times and three people ended up coming on the intercom to try to talk to me. I have been to this Taco Bell about 5 times and every single time I have had a horrible experience. The drive through is absolutely horrendous. Now they have stolen my money, gave me no food, and no one has returned my calls or emails. I don't usually go to fast food mexican places, just for the fact that in this area you can actually go to one of the many sit down restaurants and spend the same amount of money. But this night I was running late for work and I needed to feed my 13 year old daughter and it was on the way home. I also don't eat in my car...so we hurried inside. I did notice there was a long line at the drive thru but there usually is. We go in and there are probably 15 people inside. We go to the counter and the clerk is talking to another girl standing at the end of the counter...just hanging out. She took our order, gave us our # and we had a seat. She continued her conversation. One thing about this Taco Bell is that it is always FREEZING....I mean really cold. The employees are wearing jackets and my poor daughter was shivering. So we are waiting...I counted 5 employees in the back, 1 clerk at the window and one at the counter. I could tell that some of the other people waiting were unhappy and some were wanting their money back. I just thought...geez be patient. You could see them hustling in the back, well except for one guy that may have been new as he just stared at the order screen. We waited....33 minutes to get our food...by then everyone was upset. They started telling the people coming in how long they had been waiting and most left. The order finally came out...still not sure what the hold up was...my guess is they were serving the drive thru first but not sure. One thing was a group of teen boys came in and the clerk gave them water cups which they promptly filled with Mt Dew....and they ordered churros which they got immediately...I'm sure they were already made, so I understand that but they were rowdy, just walking around the restaurant and hanging out at the counter, being loud and obnoxious. One customer told them to go sit down because he wanted to eat sometime tonight.
