Wow. Been a while since I been here and I don't see me coming back. Ordered the family pack of tacos which came to around 24 bucks. Got home and grabbed the first one and it felt like a taco shell. After opening it, it pretty much was a taco shell. After digging through the lettuce and cheese there was a thin strip of meat tht caused every shell to break. Very disappointed and will not be back. Once I finally finished my order, he said I'll see you at the window never gave me a total.. I gave him the money and I said could I get some extra mild sauce he ignored me handed me my bag and waited for me to drive off and I said again can I get some extra mild sauce he said damn let me put it in a napkin and then put a few mild sauce in a napkin which most fell on the ground outside of my car and handed it to me. Service was not great. I drove through the drive through and asked for a Sprite. They said we have sorry. What? It's STARRY! Food was not great. I had a chicken cantina bowl, and the portions were tiny and the rice was undercooked. My wife got the luxe deluxe box and it was good, and good sized portions. Just stopped for a quick bite before visiting my Aunt in the nursing home,ordered 1 burrito,side of nacho cheese and a hand full of fire!! They must've had really small hands because there were 3 in the bag. This Yelp review will be on my first experience with this location, 2913 S Douglas Blvd. The employee working the register at the drive-thru was friendly but being friendly and not double checking the order only goes so far. Even stating "everything is in the bag" and adding a checked sticker on the bag. Love how they remembered to put the sticker but not what I actually ordered. I was excited because I hadn't had Taco Bell in awhile, and wanted to treat myself to a night off for cooking dinner for the family. I spend $45 on our order, I even used the app for more convince, but I can honestly say, it's a waste to do so because you still have to confirm your order once you get there even if you already pre-ordered and paid. I ordered the supreme party pack and not one of the soft tacos I customized to my order had sour cream added, which makes the difference of ordering supreme. I modified 3 addition food items (x2 gorditas and a chalupa) I modified them to have steak instead of ground beef, being charged extra you would think you'd be getting a decent amount but there were barely any meat in these food items. I also ordered chips and nacho cheese, I didn't get any chips but was charged, and the cheese cups were barely filled. Lastly, our cinnamon twist tastes stale and burnt! I was looking forward to take the night off of cooking and eat some fast food other than burgers but it doesn't look like it's worth my time or money being ripped off. Pulled through the drive through at about 2:20am they close at 3am, lady was polite when I was ordering. ordered 2 chicken quesadillas, just when she gave me my total a guy came through the speaker and said he had just shut off his grill for the night. Pretty stupid to shut your grill off when your still open for 40 minutes. Whatever right. So I got 2 beefy 5 layer burritos. We had a fairly large order and on top of the rude service they put my Mexican pizza on the bottom of the sack and added the rest of the entire order to the sack. Being that burritos, tacos, and the other items added quite a bit of weight my pizza didn't make it. This was how it was when I first opened the box. So late night at work and I was hungry stopped at Taco Bell went through Drive-Thru and made our order and the woman says okay it will be a 5minute wait on fries so we say that's fine. She then comes back and says actually back up and sit in the parking lot for 5 mins and then come back thru with your order ... What? Excuse me ? Anyways we couldn't back up because of other cars wanting to order .. we get up to the window and this girl says yeah I deleted your order so go sit in the lot for a few mins and then come back around. At this point I'm thinking nope let's just drive away to difficult to order a taco and fries... My husband decides he's going to just go in and put the order in. He likes to see me happy and does not like me much when I'm Hangry!!!!! So we go in and workers are screaming at each other I was looking for the door I wanted out and didn't wanna come back !! Insane ! I'm still like what the heck ?!..... Needless to say we didn't need to wait no 5 mins and our food came right out as I sat back in the car , and my husband dealt with the crazy Taco Bell crew ... food was fresh but the drive thru girl made this whole process ridiculously harder then it needed to be and I may find a new location when craving some TB. 2 stars for how fresh the food was . For anyone actually reading a review on a Taco Bell, just go to a different location. My husband and I went in for dinner because our power was out because of an ice storm. There were not any signs on the doors that said the dining room was closed (we looked due to covid-19). We went in and stood at the front for a couple of minutes waiting to have our order taken, we were not even acknowledged by the staff. We finally just ordered at the kiosk and found a place to sit. When we got our food the tortillas had been freezer burned so they were hard. I only saw one staff member wearing a mask the entire time. What I presumed to be a manager came in, I think being on break, with his dinner and ate in the dining room very close to where we were eating even though there was no one else in the entire dining area. He walked around the whole restaurant without a mask on and was burping very loudly after finishing his food. It was just an overall gross experience, spend your money elsewhere. read more

I went to pick up some tacos for my family. We have 7 people in this family so we eat a lot. I ordered 2 dozen tacos, all nacho cheese. They gave me 1 dozen cool ranch. That's it! I always loved this Taco Bell. They are always fast. The staff has always been friendly. It got even better about a year ago when they renovated the restaurant. Placed my order and ask to add two beef burritos and the lady said we don't have those.. ok I said.. so I ordered my bean burrito add tomato and NO sauce. And then my taco. This location can NEVER seem to get our order right when we use the drive thru. They always forget something. I can't tell you how many times we have driven away, then had to turn around and come back. Now we sit there in the drive thru and check our entire order. Hate to do that because I'm sure it irritates the people waiting in line behind us, but this TB leaves us no choice. So then, after you discover what's missing, you have to wait for someone to notice you are still sitting there. When you tell them what they forgot, they act offended. Then they walk off, get what they forgot, open the window and just shove it at you as tho it's YOUR fault that they forgot it! And do you think they apologize??? Oh heck no. The service is extremely SLOW...if you are in the drive through, plan to wait at least 15-20 minutes for your order, rush hour or late at night. The drive through staff is also hit or miss on the friendly side. This location has a very high turnover rate for staff, even for a fast food chain. It seems as if the friendlier staff members are always the first to go. I would say go inside for quicker orders, however that can't be said. It is very SLOW inside as well. If you are looking for the quick, cheap Taco Bell order, I would go to another location. read more
