THE WORST MANAGED TACO BELL EVER!! If you order more than 5 tacos here the guy making them becomes disinterested and you will find super thin tacos in your bag. Most of the time the hamburger meat is not well drained and by the time you get home you have a sloppy soft taco mess. It never ceases to amaze me as to how bad this place actually is!! We waited patiently then got our food thrown at us by the girl in the window after she asked if we had the drink yet. At this point we had been waiting at least 15 minutes in the window waiting while the drive up line behind us got longer. One of us hinted that we would like a fresh drink as we had been waiting so long and the frozen drink was now like slush. The girl asked if we wanted to come in and make the drink ourselves then slammed the window shut. Then she came back and said sarcastically, "here is your food have a great night" and threw the bag at my friend who was driving. Every time we come here there is always an issue when we get back home with our food. This time we ordered the cheesey Gordita crunch with extra beef and even confirmed it would have extra beef at the window.. we get home to find the smallest amount of beef Not even a regular order would have. Was in the Drive-Thru and after Watching 2 cars get their food in front of us, the girl operating the window said that they "Were Not Serving Anyone Anymore"........ it was Thurs, 6 /30/22 at 7:40 Pm. This would have been Fine if she had been courteous and polite but when I asked Why?? She shouted several times that they were "Not Serving Anyone!!!!" Seeing other people eating inside and other cars that had gotten food I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY WE WERE DENIED SERVICE ,As was the Car Behind us. Went inside to order. Seated at a table were a family of 4, that's it. Then a woman came in who had ordered online to pick up her order. Eventually the only guy working the counter came over and said he had no order for her. He proceeded to take her order all over again.. Then he disappeared for quite awhile. Then the father of that family who was there first came over to the counter and asked when his order was going to be ready because he's been already waiting over 30 mins.! You would of thought i asked for a lobster dinner when i ordered a #2 and they were so confused as if no one had ever ordered that before. I ordered a chicken cantina salad and had someone pick it up for me. What a mistake!! The lettuce looked like it had been frozen. It was beyond wilted and looked almost rotten. The worst part is the salad has to be put together piece by piece. It had to be pretty apparent that the lettuce was not good and it was used anyway . So I guess no one really cares. Aren't there any standards followed here. Needless to say I didn't get a quality product. Shame on you Taco Bell. Where is the manager that this poor quality food is served, obviously not paying attention. I will be calling to complain to the manager and also the district manager . Well here we go again with the local Taco Bells. This is not the first time Ive received less than acceptable product from their drive up window service. 3 crunchy taco supremes. One had large chunk of the shell missing. It wasnt in the wrapper, just missing in action. That taco had a couple pieces of tomatoes and very little cheese. The second had even less cheese and only five pieces of tomato. The third one was ok, but still lacking some of each ingredient, it was awful thin. This seems to be this Taco Bells way of buisness as this is typical of their product over the recent 2-3 years. The managers should be fired. Dont they oversee what is going on in their store? Where is the quality control? I see on TV how they have portion controlled scoops and dispensers. They apparently have not seen the program I did because not one taco has the same amout of products on it, and not one of them resemble the described product. Product quality is not high on anybodys list, from the employee making the product, their shift supervisor, the store manager, the owner or corporate Taco Bell because this happens repeatedly at this store over a long period of time.
