Something has definitely changed for the better at this location! For years it was a total mess- cold food, missing items, outside lights always off to make you think they were closed (literally), etc. Now there are new employees who are absolutely on the ball. They're kind, attentive, and it the place seems to be running smoother than ever. I really hope management treats and pays them well- because they've turned this place from a total sh1t show to a functional pleasant Taco Bell. I now won't expect something to go wrong when I visit, as I always used to. And it always did. Out of all the fast food in this area I have to say this Taco Bell is one of my favorites. Each time I come here everything always seems to flow flawlessly from the moment I order my food to sitting down and eating it. The whole process is very quick, plus they do offer some dollar specials that make it more appealing. If you come here really hungry the probability of over ordering and eating is very high. I really like their crunchy tacos, beefy nacho griller, chipotle chicken griller, Spicy beef crunch wrap sliders, beefy crunch wrap sliders and I can go on. Sometimes I am not sure what I want so I sort of order one of each. I normally only order tacos and wraps. Stay away!! My husband and I visited this location on 1/2/24. We placed and order and upon receiving our order it was incorrect. We went back to the counter and the manager on duty stated the number of items are correct, I said yes the number of items may be correct but the orders are incorrect. The manager then stated that she had to go "REVIEW THE CAMERAS" I then stated I am not going to wait for my food to get cold when you review the cameras. A team member then handed us 2 tacos in a bag and we went back to our seats. Upon wrapping our 3 cheesy melts, the cheese was not even melted, it was shredded cheese wrapped up and when we unwrapped them the cheese went everywhere. We proceeded to eat the rest of the food and when we finished, we went back to the counter to inform the manager instead of worrying about reviewing, you should spend more time training your employees the cheesy rollup is the easiest item on the menu to make! She then yelled at the top of her lungs in front of her team that she does not have to be abused, and we can get out of her restaurant. Normally she stated she would offer to remake them but in this case she was not going to. If I were running a business I would be extremely concerned for the example and behavior that she displays in front of her team as well as other customers! One of the best service Taco Bell's I have ever been to. The staff here was very polite and attentive. The manager asked us how we were doing when we arrived. They even carried the food over to our table and delivered it to us. The young gentleman behind the counter was nice. He offered to clean up our trays after we were finished but we took them up. The tables were clean and they had great x mas music on. I was quite impressed by the service for a fast food restaurant. I was also surprised I ordered over $30 worth of food lol. The food was good I had the XXL burrito and a chicken burrito. The food was good. It was warm when it came out to us. They ran out of large drink cups so we settled for medium. Not a big deal at all. I had a lemonade and the flavor was good. Overall. I was impressed with the service and staff at this location. I will be back to this location at some point. This used to be a decent Taco Bell and the wait time (for the drive through) was done in a timely manner. For the past few months you can expect to wait (drive through) at LEAST 10-15 minutes. And they almost never have the caramel apple empanadas. Those things must have some kind of addictive substance in them. This past time, about a week ago, I made sure to ask whether or not they had the empanadas before I made an order. I was assured they did. I wait, and wait, and wait..... the person ahead of me drives off. I wait, and wait, and wait. I get up there and the window dude says: "Oh bro I am sorry but we do not have any Apple empanadas! I can take your name and the next time you are here they will be free!" $2 to make up for a half hour of my waiting? He did not write my name down either. We all know that was not going to happen. When I asked about the hold up, they said that they had to take care of the drive thru first. But people were coming in from the drive-thru, saying that it was taking too long. Employees were just standing around talking and some were leaning against the counter. When the order was finally called as finished, my burrito' s shell was cracked and leaking in places, and dry and hard in places plus it wasn't what I had ordered and paid extra for. I asked to speak with the manager since I couldn't wait another 18 minutes for a burrito and she remade it. When it was finished, it was TOSSED onto the counter with a loud splat with the words " burrito remake". This Taco Bell must be new, because it wasn't on Google Maps or anything when my girlfriend and I were looking to satisfy a craving on a road trip a few months ago. Luckily it was already on the blue highway signs, and is visible from I-84. On that first visit, the woman who handed me our food said "have a taco-tastic night," and in that moment I became a customer for life. This place may have the friendliest employees of any fast food restaurant in the universe. I stop by every few weeks on drives between Boston and central PA and have yet to be proven wrong about that. It beats my former stop, the World's Slowest Taco Bell, in Middletown, NY. All the stars because of the surprisingly impressive service and an irrational love for Taco Bell food in general, but minus one for the surrounding 100 miles of I-84 now mostly being memorable for gastrointestinal discomfort. read more

My friend is a vegetarian and frequently changes many aspects of her order to make it veg-friendly and they always get it right! Price-wise, like every Taco Bell, is very cheap for a lot of food! I've been going there on occasion since they opened, as its possible to order a vegetarian meal, and its been acceptable most times although slow. Last time, I ordered black bean tacos, and the line person put beef in them by mistake, so it took longer. I said no cheese but got cheese anyway. Oh well, I just ate it, but I got totally grossed out when the lady behind the counter started cleaning the dirty trays with a spray bottle right on the food serving counter as people were standing there.
