When we finally got our food (with zero apology or explanation for the delay), it was cold and soggy--nothing fresh about it. Like, if you're going to make us wait that long, at least give us something hot and decent. Nope. Oh, and the paper straws? Useless. It basically started falling apart in under 10 minutes. By the time we got our drinks, the straw was already soft and mushy. Who thought that was a good idea? Honestly, this location is a joke. Completely disorganized, clearly understaffed or just not trying, and the food isn't even worth the wait. There's a Dunkin' Donuts across the street that's 100x better. They're fast, the food is actually hot and fresh, and the employees at least act like they give a damn. Save yourself the time, frustration, and disappointment--go literally anywhere else.
