So they only have a drive thru open they use the lobby as a daycare for employee kids and puppies. They have been reported to depart of health for it. Photo proof was submitted with it. The Milford de Taco Bell is horrible. I ordered $23.29 worth of food and gave the girl $25. She gave me $1.00 back and when I asked for my 71 cents she said "we have no change" so I told her to give me another $1.00 and she could short Taco Bell because she wasn't shorting m. A guy came from the back and when she told him what I said he reached in the register and gave me my change. I can see they'll be gone just like kfc. Our road trip does not seem to be starting off well. First stale Krispy Kreme's, and then horrendous service at Taco Bell. Stopped in to eat, refuel, and walk a bit after being in a car for 3+ hours. First, know that this location does not show up on their mobile app. I typically like to order through the app and get in drive thru. Had to go in to order and it seemed like chaos. Lots of customers waiting and no one at the counter. That should've been a sign but I was hungry and didn't want to get back in the car just yet. Ordered anyway and the employee, who I'm assuming was the manager because of the different uniform, was completely distracted with the other mess going on behind her and I had to repeat my order several times. Found out that there didn't seem to be a lot of people who knew what to do. Maybe it was training day? After a LONG wait, got my food and there's sour cream everywhere, even though I asked for no sour cream. Went to ask for a remake and the manager tries to argue with me but thought better and just went to remake my order. Then I was missing a few items and found out the manager didn't ring up my entire order. At least I didn't pay for it. Made a second order and it came out a bit quicker. Poor customer service, long wait, wrong order, and the list goes on. Would not come here again! read more

I asked the gentleman who worked there what would be issue was and he told me I'd be lucky if I got my food in the next 30 minutes for even asking a question. I've never experienced this type of response. I was in a line of cars and have been sitting here for 35 minutes. I'm surprised corporate hasn't stepped into address this KC talk bell combination nightmare - I honestly think that this could be a public health issue as well. Highly recommend corporate take a look at this location and make some important decisions on who they are hiring as well as how this is maintained. read more

It's been a while since I visited this location. The inside has been updated it's now clean and modern. The service was slow and our food was cold. There was a lot less chicken and filling is my chalupa and less meat and filling in my taco for more $$. read more

this was literally the worst meal I've ever had in my life. the Cinnabon delights tasted like what I'd imagine a 2x4 piece of wood would taste like. they didn't even have any cinnamon on them. the nacho fries were as hard as rocks and they tasted like they were picked up off the Floor. they had no ice for fountain drinks and my cheese quesadilla had no jalepeno sauce on it. the employees were also very rude. For half a decade, this Taco Bell has been consistently terrible. The taco meat is soooo wet that it turns the taco shells into a liquid, and even rips through the paper wrapping like it's made of wet toilet paper. The chalupa shells are always old, rock hard, yet the wet taco meat still manages to turn the bottom of the shell to mush to where it falls apart and rips right in half. I took the bag of food inside to complain and they told me "it's supposed to be like that." They proceeded to pull the tacos out of the bag and they were literally dripping wet all over the counter, and they didn't see anything wrong with that. This place is absolutely disgusting. Every time I crave Taco Bell and go blow $20 on food, we always end up throwing it directly into the garbage and eating something else. read more
