Slowest Taco Bell service. Each time I go, I convince myself that maybe they've fixed some things and just maybe I'll get my food in a timely manner. That has yet to be the case. Service is always incredibly slow, and somehow everyone seems like they have no clue what they are doing. Our burritos was perfect here! The cheese was gooey, the tortillas were soft, even the employee was kind! We, my mother and I, usually go to the north Taco John's for breakfast, but their quality has dropped. This was exactly what we needed! All of our expectations were met! read more

I stopped in to get some food and the employees refused to take my order. The cashier needed someone to put their numbers into the register so she could take my order and the other employees refused to do so she came to the front and said no one would be able to take my order as they were refusing to. Second time my order has been screwed up and when it's pointed out the kid at the window gives attitude about fixing it. Waited for 20 minutes in the drive through with a line of cars behind me. I get that a lot of fast food places are severely understaffed at the moment. But I really feel this store needs to consider shutting down their DoorDash orders. There's always a line of delivery people there and they wait forever. I'm not a Dasher but I feel for those who are who get trash tips, or are berated by customers because of the failures of this restaurant. Even ordering ahead for pick-up does no good. Disgusting. Flies everywhere. Girl making food would go from sweeping/picking things up off floor to making burritos without changing gloves or washing her hands. Spent 30 min in there (with no line) and still never got my food. The supervisor working 7/27 around 2:30pm was rude and stood there talking while people waited. read more

Waited 94 minutes. Literally started a timer on my watch after reading some of the reviews on here so I could see for myself. I ordered the nacho fries box which comes with a beefy 5 layer burrito and a hard shell taco. I opened the bag and see the fries. That is the only that was correct. In the bag was the fries, a crunch wrap, and a normal beef burrito and tortilla chips. And then they almost forgot my drink but I asked for it. The fries themselves were the only thing I actually ordered. I have never seen anything like this ever. I've had messed up orders but this is beyond recognition of what I ordered. read more

I can't tell if the beef taco is made with real beef or a silica and soy substitute. It doesn't matter because with their tacos you get free diarrhea. I got some sass from the drive through when I ordered then asked for diet coke the. More sass when I asked for one hot sauce packet. Not sure whats up with that. Overall I gave a 2 solid stars because this place is my go to when I'm constipated. I'm not overly confident these people wash their hands when they use the bathroom but then that's the Mexican way so they stay true to their roots. read more

Worst Taco Bell in the United States of America. First time I went here, all I wanted was the Cinnabon delights and the guy over the drive-thru intercom heavily sighed and sulked that he had to make them for me. I even offered to order something else to spare him to which he replied, "No it's fine" begrudgingly. Took them about 20 minutes to give me my two-pack Cinnabons. I mean how hard is it to defrost and fry two (2) Cinnabon delights!? My second (and final) experience at this heinous Taco Bell was when I door-dashed one plain cheese quesadilla and their potatoes. 30 minutes later, the door-dash driver calls me from a No Caller ID number to tell me that the restaurant was out of cheese and potatoes and could not complete my order... Taco Bell...? Out of... CHEESE?!?!? You've gotta be kidding me!!!!! After I came to terms with the fact that I would not be receiving my VERY SIMPLE order (and my dinner for the evening) after a long day of traveling, I shed a single tear in absolute defeat. I will NEVER, and I repeat, NEVER revisit this abomination of a fast food establishment ever again. The fact that a TACO BELL could not even make the most basic of orders, a CHEESE QUESADILLA, is extremely offensive and truly appalling. If I could give this place negative stars I absolutely would. They have never once gotten my order correct. Even after I confirm that the order screen is correct, they'll charge you and won't give you all your food. There's always at least one or two complete items missing, not just simple mistakes like sauces or sides. read more

I have almost never had a bad experience with Taco Bell enough to right a post a review but I figured I should for this one. The food was not that good, and it appeared to be prepared very haphazardly. The cheese wasn't melted and the burritos were doused with the sauces. This is the second time I have ordered for delivery from this particular Taco Bell, and it will be the last. Once again many items were missing from my order, and I have the receipt to prove they were ordered and paid for. Food was ice cold, simple instructions (like no lettuce) not followed, but again written on the receipt. Tomatoes dumped all over the bottom of the bag, and chips were nothing but crumbs. read more

Waited over 20 mins for a to go order, while we were waiting they screwed up 2 drive thru orders, the water cane out dirty and they were out of the Skittles slushy. While waiting, I used the bathroom and it was one of the most disgusting bathrooms I've been in. Taco Bell is a staple in my fast food life, but I will not be visiting the Minot location again. Ordered more than $75 worth of food. There are 17 of us. Was told when got to window that the guy in back said if I had a big order like that then I need to not use drive through because others have to wait too long. I need to park and go inside and order. Not allowed to Eat inside and I have 8-10 kids with usually. They don't want all the kids inside and I'm not going to leave that many kids 13 and under in the car unattended. I wait longer sometimes for a vehicle in front of me that only has 2-3 kids. What is the difference if I order what 3 cars would order at one time or they served 3 separate cars‍I order fairly quickly because I don't ask kids what they want I just order and they can eat or don't eat. There are a lot of other fast food places to drive through without listening to that. They should have said something before I finished ordering and took my money and I would have gladly gone somewhere else because that is a standard order for us. I'm not a big fan of Taco Bell but the kids are. maybe I can interest them in taco John instead. read more

The service has been slow here for over a year. Management continues to use the excuse they are under staffed or have a huge order. Be ready to wait in line for 15 minutes at the drive through. Management needs a replacement because it is pretty bad. If only i didn't love tacos. read more

I was just there the other day. I waited in the drive through for several minutes without any of the cars moving. So, I went inside. When I got inside, I noticed several people waiting for their food - probably 5 or so orders I would guess. I stood there for 10 minutes with be told once that they would help me "soon". I have noticed in the past how slow the service is at this place, but this was insane. While waiting, I noticed at least one person bring his food up to the counter to complain that his order was incorrect. I finally left without being helped and went across the street to Taco John's. When I left Taco John's with my food, I noticed that the car I was behind in the drive through just got to the order screen as I drove by. We love Taco Bell, but we will not be be back. read more

This place is pretty much the only place open past 10'at night. It's pretty good food but it's not Mexican. Also if you go through the drive through check your bag of food after they hand it to you- they've messed up my order twice and forgotten food or given it to the wrong car!
