I have TMJ dysfunction and my left joint was really acting up, but I was really hungry so I decided to give Taco Bell another chance. I've had previous horrible experiences and thought after a few years, maybe they've gotten better. Damn, I was wrong. The outside should have given it away as there were multiple pot holes in the drive thru and parking lot, and trash sprinkled like candy throughout its perimeter. I pulled up to the drive thru, put a simple order of 2 soft tacos replacing the beef with shredded chicken and no cheese and a medium soft drink. Apparently I ordered during their Happy Hour so my drink was a $1, the only star. I pull up to the window, they take my payment, and the cashier just disappeared from view for at least 5 minutes while the line behind started growing. The cashier gave my order and I double checked my bag for my 2 tacos. They were there in the bag and I drove off. I should have double checked my tacos and asked the cashier about my order because I moment I opened my taco to roll up, yes I roll my soft tacos, I saw it covered in the awful disgusting 'cheddar cheese' yellow garbage and lightly haphazardly shredded chicken. I already drove off and was too annoyed to drive back and have them attempt to fix my order in fear of them messing it up again. After clearing off the cheese, my taco was pretty much covered in just lettuce. At least they got my drink order of a Sierra Mist correct. Last time I order at a Taco Bell. The lady at the register opened the register and then called the manager over. They didn't have enough change. The manager handed me my $20 back and a cup and said don't worry about it. Which was very nice. But the whole point of me coming there was to get change! So I told them that and the manager walked less than 10 feet to the drive-thru register and got my change. SERIOUSLY! ? You choose to give me a free drink when the other register is right there. ...also poor register management. You should know when you are running low on bills and inform the appropriate person. I ordered my meal through the app for pick-up. However, when I pulled through the drive-thru all I got was "Sorry, we are closed". They need to update the time on their website. It seems they are ALWAYS closed by 09:00 pm. For some people that work late at night this place is the convenient go-to place. The app says that they are open until 1:30am, the Google website says 3:30am and apparently this website says midnight. It is rude and inconvenient for the customer that orders the meal and drives over to pick up their food only to find that you are CLOSED. You really cannot be upset at customers for showing up right before "close" when online clearly states that you are open in the early hours of the morning. read more

Worst Taco Bell experience Ever. We waited for 30 minutes for our order. It made no sense why they are so slow. They botched up our order and the food wasn't fully cooked. We are vegetarians and we believe that they put meat in our food. We requested a new order and one of the woman there said "he can wait." This is the same lady that said my order was 131, when it was order 226. She was tall with brown hair and glasses. She seemed very confused.The whole team needs to be trained correctly in customer service as well as following instructions on making food. I spoke to a nice young man, Daniel, and requested a new burrito since the burrito i had originally ordered had meat stains on it. The food was sloppily made and made incorrectly. and we are NEVER going to this location again. They had 5 PEOPLE working in the back and the food still took long to make. The order takes at least 30 minutes or more each time and it is never correct. It's either missing an ingredient or has one that you specifically asked not to have on your item. I am writing this review not on the wonderful fortress we all know and love as Taco Bell, but on the new establishment next door known as "Lucky's" because they don't have a yelp page for themselves. At first glance, seeing that it was clearly a Pizza Hut in its previous life, it was very promising. After pulling into a huge parking lot with not a single car in it and then waking through the threshold to be greeted by 4 employees and no other customers, the look of concern overwhelmed my now skittish face. After looking at the menu, I was discouraged to find that there were no actual meal deals of any kind, so I had to settle and get 2 separate hot dogs with a separate side of cheese fries and a drink. After I received the classic styrofoam cup, I surveyed the restaurant and couldn't identify the exact location of the fountain drinks. After a quick question for the cashier, he graciously explained that it was on the other side of a small wall partition. Needless to say, I wasn't impressed. Approximately 12 minutes passed before I finally received my food. As I uncovered the small cup of liquid gold, I was shocked to see that it wasn't that lovely gold color, but an off-white/eggshell color, and my stomach turned. As I gained the courage to dip a fresh crinkle-cut fry into this goop, my heart raced. As the French fry touched my pallet, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this cheese was fondue-esque, and was absolutely nothing to fear. After unwrapping my first hot dog with everything on it, Chicago Style of course, I noticed that it had a nice weight to it. The bun was soft but held everything together, and smelled of my childhood. After my first bite, the wiener itself had a wonderful pop. When I got into the first sport pepper, I was disappointed to find that the heat factor wasn't extremely evident as it should be. As I noticed that they didn't skimp me on the celery salt, two of my associates who were with me were in the process of sending back their gyros, which looked absolutely putrid. The employees at Lucky's were confused at that moment but took them back and made them 2 newer, fresher gyros which seemed to suffice and fill them up. After polishing off my 2 dogs, cheese fries and washing it all down with the Green River knockoff soda pop that that had, I was on my way. Overall, Lucky's wasn't anything special. I would say it's worth a try, but stay a good distance away from the gyros. When it comes to the cheese fries, fonDO give them a try! The layout is very strange and perplexed me throughout my whole meal, but I couldn't do anything to change it, so I went on my way. Secondly, I waited 31 minutes in line! No exaggeration. When I finally got to the window, I explained that I waited 31 minutes for food that is one grade up from Dog Chow (I never eat that slop, but my family does), and asked for the manager. This kid (about 16 years old), heard my complaint and said, "Sorry", and literally walked away! I demanded the store owner's name and number and they refused to give it to me. It's nearby my house, so of course it is where I would usually go if I needed to make a run for the border, but I avoid it at all costs now. Probably a good move for my cholesterol level, but the service here is BAD! I have never gotten a drive through order correctly made. I don't order a burrito with light this, heavy this, etc. I don't order anything special at all. Just straight items off the menu. They just don't give me everything or give me a completely wrong order and then stare at me blankly when I tap on the window and ask for it to be corrected. At least 6 times in the past 2 years. Every time I go through, it is wrong. Inside, the place is nasty. Management must either not be around or doesn't care. Tables are not clean and floors look bad. This is from several trips inside, not just one. The last straw, I went in for a mid-afternoon snack about a week ago. I ordered a couple of items and sat in the dining room at the cleanest table I could find. It was a slow time, obviously. The staff was goofing off in the kitchen, and holding a conversation about how "messed up" they were going to get later that night and where they would be partying. This was met with laughter and general horseplay. Now I know why my drive-through orders are so messed up. I have no problem with fast-food employees goofing off from time to time, but it shouldn't sound like a party or a locker room in the restaurant. Then, a female employee came out into the dining room, yelled she was "out" across the whole restaurant, and took her uniform shirt off. She had another shirt on underneath, but it came up too and she showed us all her bra. Classy..., and not something I wanted to see in this particular case! Ive witness fights in this drive through because people get so upset statt honking then fighting with eachother. No other taco bells in this area have this problem. I know Taco Bell is not a culinary master of the food world. The eats here are, well Taco Bell. It's the same standard at any Taco Bell. What sets the bar low for this one is the extremely slooow service. The basic idea of fast food means it's fast. When I order something simple like a Nachos Grande (chips with meat, cheese and sour cream), it should get out fairly quickly...not 15 minutes later with no one ahead of me with an order. With that amount of time, I could have headed to an authentic Mexican restaurant, get a delicious meal and not waste time in a crappy Taco Bell. I've always wondered why their drive-thru was packed all hours of the day. It's not because it's a popular place but it's based on the fact that people have to wait a horrendously long time for a taco.
