Where else can you, your mom and sister eat for $4.80 at 12:59A??? No where! We arrived to an auto message they were closed, then within a second someone jumped on and was ready to take our drive thru order with one minute to spare. We'd road tripped for 14hours straight and were ready for a bite to eat. I love Taco Bell it's one of my fav fast food places although I haven't had it in awhile. My sister is vegan and can make it work here. I'd say 5 stars for respectfully taking our order seconds before closing time. read more

Rude customer service. Food was barely good enough to eat. Taco Bell has also gotten more expensive. It is better to pay a dollar or two more and go to the local burrito shop just to the south a couple of blocks. The food and service there is a lot better. Came through the drive thru at 115 pm for lunch. Ordered 3 burritos no onion and a cheesy gordita crunch. Everything was initially great service. They asked at the speaker how many sauces I wanted. I told them 8. When I got to the window the employee was initially friendly. When I checked my bag I only had 6 sauces. No big deal? I waved to the employee and asked for a couple more, she then proceeded very rudely with a small handful and said "this is why we ask you how many" I did call the manager and let them know. They were initially apologetic but when I said I would right the review for corporate to see her response was " you do what you feel you need to do". People sure do love to complain about pointless stuff on here. I sure enjoyed the Taco Bell today. Fresh, hot, hit the spot. Taco Bell is always a solid choice. This location specifically is doing things very well. That being said, I didn't see a spot on the Taco Bell app to specifically ask for no ice in the beverages (you couldn't customize drinks and remove things like you can with other items) but that is A-Okay. Because guess what? Taco Bell is a delight--through and through. I can't get enough of the stuff. And honestly, as long as they aren't all out of Baja I can't really complain. And if they are all out of Baja it's because there are some fellow Baja enthusiasts in the area. Don't ever hate people for having good taste...ya really shouldn't even hate people for having bad taste. Ya know some people's favorite soda is Faygo? That's neither here nor there, this location has what it takes to make it. Thanks for being awesome guys! The food was just as much of a treat as I had hoped. Tonight at 1:20 we stopped by for some food and Al lights were off except for the drive thru sign. It seemed employees where trying to close early because drive thru menu lights were turned off too. They didn't let us order our food before cutting us off to tell us to pull up. They repeated our order back to us at least confirming the type of salsa we wanted and didn't get any salsa on the bag. I was finally able to order the chicken tacos. Nothing like this so called business advertises. It was a bunch of small pieces of non breaded chicken on a hard taco shell. It's mostly lettuce with just a little bit of chicken. Go down the street and get a KFC chicken sandwich. Much better deal. This gets one star because I can't give it zero. read more

Came here once or twice before with the same rude lady rushing us over the intercom after ordering around 10 dollars or less of food. After waiting around HALF an HOUR, they put beef in my crunchwrap supreme when I said 3 times and had them confirm I wanted beans instead. Worst part though was the manager. Immediately after pulling out of the drive thru we parked and went inside to return the incorrect order. The manager had the NERVE to say "We don't have time for this" after messing up an order I repeated to her 3 times, again, with confirmation. The employees for the most part were incredibly nice and even tried to fix the issue but it seems whoever put the manager in charge didn't know how she ran it. Please replace the manager with someone who has at least a decent amount of customer service! read more

This was the first time in a year that they actually got my order perfect and the cashier at drive thru was very friendly. My wait tome 5 min. My watermelon freeze was dripping and he noticed and gave me many napkins. Very good service. I will be back now. Both tacos had no sour cream, the first time in 20 orders. Thank you perfect order. This place should close the doors. Waited 25 minutes for an order, seriously considered leaving without my food but I had kids with me. The place smelled like urine. The staff wouldn't make eye contact with me when I tried to speak with the manager to get my money back. The kitchen food prep area looked like it had not been cleaned in a month. It's beans and tortillas people. Slap it together and give people their food. There were at least 6 other people having the same experience. They take your money and hold you hostage. Who knows what kind of poison lurks on the dirty tables. read more

Since about three months ago, their new staff has seemingly been incapable of making the food properly and has been quite short or unconcerned with any work that they have to do. While that's to be expected with fast food, it's unacceptable when it impacts the end result. Also, this is the first year in almost a decade that they've actually taken Thanksgiving off, probably because of the new staff and their liberal abuse of power; if they want to take a day off, they do, and they could not care less about who they serve. Sat in drive thru for 20 mins while intercom screen A. Shut off B. The worker sat for another 5 minutes rustling the microphone then proceed to tell us to hold on. Only allowed to pay in cash.
