We just came back from a very long sporting event. Most people haven't eaten the whole day. We order, and 3 of us get our order, but the 4th person who ordered 2nd didn't get hers. Multiple big groups of people can in and got their orders before her. I went up and asked where her food was, and the lady made up an answer of "they're making it still, it's very busy." I believed this. My friend went up 10 minutes later to ask about it and said that she needed to ask the kitchen. She asked the kitchen, and came up with a different answer of "they called it 10 times and no one came up". This is a lie, because we were waiting up there and asking about it. We were listening very closely as well. So they said "we'll have to remake it." (I assume they never made it). All the other groups left, and finally she got her food. Then, my other friend found mold in her cheese. Refund!! read more

Sauces that are normally free everywhere else are super expensive. They charge you for every little thing so your order ends up costing a lot more! read more

Very very very slow service and I dont know why the heck the tacos did not taste as good as the ones I eat here in WA. The restroom was not very clean. Something very ridiculous happens while we were waiting for out food. Some cooking utensils fell down on the floor (they were big) inside the kitchen, and there was one employee that was walking back and forth it and never picked them up. What the heck? Definitely a place that I will try to avoid going back!! read more

I normally enjoy Taco Bell food. However, the experience has been ruined the last few times due to the staff failing to include all the items in the order. It appears that the management that used to train and enforce good customer skills are no longer managing. Having to drive back across town to get a missing item in an order is not acceptable, and they have not once offered to comp any part of the meal, not even the missing item. read more

I don't eat much Taco Bell. The service is good the food is what you expect. Its a great place to feed a two kids when one is a vegetarian. The place seems clean. read more

This Taco Bell used to be my favorite for lunch but recently the drive through window cashier Corina A has been really making my experience crappy. I always have to wait long and today she got my order wrong. I understand mistakes happen, we are all human but when I went in to get it fixed that's when I realized I'm never going back. I waited 10 minutes just for someone to come to the front and help me. The lady was really nice but once the drive through cashier heard what was happening she started claiming that I was in the wrong. I know what I ordered and the items are similar so I don't understand why she had to flair up and pretty much yell at me. I really hope this taco bell finds a new drive through cashier because she really is bringing this place down. read more

So I was staying at the Fairfield in right across the street I am a truck Driver I tried to walk up to the drive-through window last night to get food because my truck would not fit through the drive threw I tried to explain to them at the window which they wouldn't even open and talk to me that there was no way I was going to get my truck to the drive-through and that I had been on the road all day and night and have an eight anything now I have stood there for over 10 to 15 minutes trying to get someone to help me this was late at night or I should say early morning there wasn't one single car in the drive-through nor did I see one go through in over 20 minutes as a truck driver I've had to walk up to many drive-through windows to get serviced later at night I've never had an issue doing this because they understand the fact that our trucks are too big to get through their drive-through us I just think this location was just being lazy and didn't want to do their jobs or help read more

Today at 8:30am I was told that I my currency could not be accepted because of its age. I found this absurd because any U.S.D holds face value right? Shrugging it off I asked for their corporate office number, and was told I would have to return at 9:30am if I wanted it. Most ridiculous experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell! read more

A moment to recite a terrible, turned great experience....they open at 7, I roll through at 7:15 and hear that.they have no breakfast burritos because of a lack of eggs. This is quite disappointed. This Tbell is my go-to quite often due to their location; the next day I went through again...The nice girl who took my order not only remembered me, but she gave me that mornings order complimentary! Late night "4th meal" for each night of the DMB concerts. Crew took great care of us in the drive through. Food was consistent nightly and was still delivering good food even though they were close to closing time. The best of the options in this area. read more

I agree with Elaine K. The service is VERY SLOW. That is if you get waited on at all. I stood at the counter for over 3 minutes. They never even acknowledged that I was there and I was the only customer at the time. Better service at Taco Time. read more

My wife and I were on our way to the Tri-Cities, and was in a bit of a hurry. I used the Live Mas app to order our food. I sent it as we were pulling in to the parking lot. We had a short wait while other cars were ordering. When we got the the speaker my wife told them we ordered over the app. The lady told us that no order was placed. My wife checked our account and the transaction was already deducted. My wife asked to speak to the manager and we pulled up to the window. The manager refused to make the order and complained to us about how it would effect her food cost. Finally after a lengthy conversation the manager finally made our food. read more

I received perhaps the best service from a drive thru cashier I ever experienced. Nicole D went above your standard drive thru banter and was even close to upselling but I got what I needed which was the grande meal 10 tacos. 5 soft and 5 crunchy, they were hot and tasted good. The outside of the building was very clean and in very good shape. Seems as though they really keep up with matainence. read more

I usually eat here when I'm headed out of town for work. Since I drive a big box truck, I'm forced to go inside every time. Which is not a problem. The staff were very friendly, when ordering and helpful with any questions I had. When I was served my food, it was nice and hot, looked even better to eat than the menu items. I'm very impressed! Im definitely going to be eating here more often. read more
