Had an overall positive experience with just a minor observation. While leaving my car at Les Schwab next door, I noticed a few flies around the building when I came to order pizza. It's a bit of a turn-off, as it raises concerns about food handling. On a brighter note, the worker was super friendly, and the food was good. Thank you Dominos! We are staying on the East side during all the pandemic closures and quarantine due to Covid-19 outbreak. Finally broke down and wanted pizza and wanted to support local businesses. We have to drive about 50 min however is worth it! Two large pizzas and four meals later-craving satisfied! Three times now when I arrived to pick up an order, I was told that they gave it to someone else. I would have to wait while they remade my order. The first two times I paid on line. When I told them to forget the order and issue me a refund, I was told that they can not do that without a manager present. So I was forced to wait. I work here and the food is exquisite. We don't just have pizza, but chicken wings, sandwiches, salads, pasta, and desserts!

I have been going to this location a lot now and have always had great service and great food besides one time, which was taken care of in the most professional way possible by Jeff. It shows how greatly he cares not only about his business but also his customers. I have seen a couple bad reviews before but in my experience I don't see how. Horrible service said 20-30 min and I called after an hour of waiting and the employee said they are busy and the order will be out the door soon and proceeded to hang up. I totally understand that things can get busy on a Saturday night but the customer service was atrocious. Will not be giving them my business again. read more

I order Domino's when I am in a hurry or it's late and I don't have the energy or desire to make dinner, because it is quick and usually pretty good. However, last night for the SECOND time, I recieved a pizza that had cut up fried chicken nuggets on it instead of the 'premium chicken' that I ordered. The first time, I called the restaraunt and they said they were out of the premium chicken and so made the substitution. (For the recored, fried chicken nuggets taste nothing like premium chicken, so it isn't a good substitution.) They apologized and said they would give me a credit on my next pizza (which I never saw, by the way.) Since it happened again, I can only think this happens a lot and people never say anything. So I want Dominos to know, if they are out of an ingredient, CALL me and have a discussion, that is what we leave our phone numbers in the order for! Don't just substitute something. Just because those two ingredients were chicken, doesn't meant they taste remotely the same on the pizza I ordered. Do it once, and I accept your apology. Do it twice and people get told about it on Yelp. read more

I love that I can order online because I can take my time and see all of the options. The options and variety are fantastic. At this price I cannot imagine being anything but pleased with the food and service that the Moses lake store continues to deliver. I was particularly impressed one evening when they sent a driver out of their way to my friends house to deliver the dipping sauces that had been overlooked by both the restaurant and my friend with her carry-out order. I feel like that was above and beyond for a pizza delivery driver and it totally made a lasting impression on my friend's family and myself. read more

They forget something every order, every time, without fail. Every. Single. Time. Why do I still order here? I don't. Last time I came in for a pick up and checked my boxes before leaving (couple months ago). They forgot my ranch so I asked them for it and they argued with me that it wasn't on the order. Except it was on my receipt... They did finally hand me ranch but I've never received so much eye rolling and utter reluctance to help a customer in my life. I've heard of it before. I've had some bad experiences with staff who might have been having a bad day before. I understand some customers suck. Sometimes work is hard and you're tired but dang. For a two minute interaction I'm not sure how you can be that worked up for having to turn around and grab me something I paid for. I only wrote a review now because my sister ordered from there today and again they forgot something on her order. One star because I do like the food. This was the worst delivery experience ever. I was traveling out of town and stayed in Moses lake. I made an order and was charged immediately. An hour passed with no delivery so I call to get an eta. There was no record of my order. I was instructed to wait 2 days to speak to the store manager for a refund as no body on staff was able to do anything. They were not helpful and finally after calling a third time to figure out my options they decided to offer a free order but I was to skeptical that they would mess with it I settled with nothing. This place actually really impressed me for a Domino's. I've always liked their pizza best out of most other pizza places but this particular one not only excels at making pizza, but delivering as well. I called them on a Friday night expecting a long wait and a sloppy pizza, they gave me about a 40 minute wait time so I didn't bother to put my dogs away and let them roam free in the living room. About 20 minutes later my doorbell rang and I half expected my mother! When I looked out the window I saw it was in fact the pizza guy. I quickly rushed my dogs away and felt almost disappointed, expecting a rushed pizza with limited flavor and toppings. The pizza was amazing and absolutely overflowing with toppings! One of the BEST pizzas I have ever had! Thinking it was a lucky day I ordered again, and several times after that and each time the pizza was spot on! I am very happy with their fast service and well produced pizzas. This is my go to pizza place and that won't change any time soon. read more

Ordered a small pizza online. When I arrived at the store I told the employee my name. There was a small pizza box with the finished orders. I said that might be it. He opened the box and asked me what I ordered. I told him. H goes over to where the online orders come in looking for the order tag. He comes back and looks in the box again and asks me if I ordered a small pepperoni and bacon. I said yes. All this time the pizza is sitting in the box with the lid open getting cold. Worst Worst Worst Pizza. We have tried Dominoes multiple times (mostly out of desperation) and been disappointed almost every time. A few times we tried the 6 dollar mediums...they frequently came with little or no cheese. We hit the point where we were no longer ordering from them because the quality was so bad, then we won free family pizza for a year (one order a month). We decided to try it again, it was free right...still not worth it! The first time, no cheese on the pizza and they forgot the ranch/blue cheese that we actually paid for. The second time we ordered two pizzas with exactly the same toppings...one came with pineapple only and no dressings that we actually ordered! We no longer order our FREE pizza...would rather pay for Papa Johns or drive to Papa Murphy's! read more
