Google review summary We went in for dinner at 9 pm. We did not get our food till 9:45 pm on June first. The 4382 West Pierson Road, Flint, MI staff was rude and said that drive through came first. That is unacceptable. They should warn dine in customers that they will wait there till drive through is empty. I asked for a refund. But they were unable to do so. So I waited for my family's food. One jerk in drive through said we should not be issued a refund because I was raising my voice because I was upset I waited over 40 minutes for my fast food order as I watched car after car get their orders filled. I was forced to order on a kiosk and did not get a receipt. So I do not know the order number. I think a complete review of the way the restaurant is run is in order. read more

Had 2 mobile orders, they gave us 1 and told us we had to go through drive thru again for the other one. 20 mins later for the 2nd order and it wasn't my order. 17.00 shot and no food I could eat & 40 pkgs of fire sauce. I don't even know where to get started on this Taco Bell. I have given this specific location so many chances and it never fails to dissapoint me. I want to be very clear that I do very well understand we are in a pandemic, however this taco bell was a bad experience everytime even before COVID-19, 3 years before the pandemic even started this place was a huge piece of work. I literally drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to the Clio location (which is wonderful, I highly reccomend), instead of this loaction, because it is just so bad. This last experience I had at the Mt. Morris location, is now going to be my last one ever, because I just can't give them any more chances, I have hoped they would have gotten better over the span of 3 years but nope, they still dissapoint just the same. Let's start with the most recent experience, where they completely forgot two of my items and I had to come back and wait 30 minutes just to get what I originally paid for, on that same visit, every worker I talked to sounded like they would rather be dead than be working there and the person at the drive through window said maybe two words to me. No communication, missing order items, super long wait time, and not even a "sorry". Now let's talk about another experience I had where I went there and they had no beef cooked, yes the ingredient that goes on a majority of menu items. They had none cooked, at all. We had to wait 20 minutes in the parking lot for the beef to cook just so we could get our food. Terrible preparation. Another time I tried going to this taco bell and they were completely out of nacho cheese, again an ingredient that comes on a majority of the menu items. Terrible stock management. I can't even count the amount of times they've gotten my order wrong, I actually don't think I have ever recieved a single correct order from this place, not once. Seriously if you are considering going to this location, choose any other Taco Bell, any other location at all, because I guarantee you will have a better experience if you just avoid this Taco Bell. Even if you have to go out of your way the extra time won't matter because if you go to this taco bell you'll be stuck waiting for them to cook necessary ingredients or you'll have to make a trip back after you realize that they forgot part of your order and the other part is messed up. If you go to this Taco Bell location you WILL be subjected to suffering. I recccomend the Clio, Burton, and Davison locations, they are all wonderful, have a great staff, and correct any mistakes they make in a friendly professional way. read more

Best customer service i have ever seen at a fast food restaurant, they messed up my order yesterday just a simple mistake and i came in today and "Nick" replaced my whole order. Out of all fastfood franchises this taco bell deserves five stars!!!! And i haven't been to a fast food place where they were so caring and nice to the customers. read more

The indoor dining room is often a mess, but they always get the order in fast and it's 9 times out of 10 right. If in a hurry, they get it done accurately and within five minutes. I've only had a long wait a few times and that was during lunch. They do need to clean up the dining room part though. I feel like my shoe is sticking to the ground all the time and that is gross. The ladies room could use a thorough cleaning too. I don't know how the employees tolerate it but they do. I couldn't put up with it if I worked here. I would have no choice but to take a bottle of Lysol and a scrub brush to it on my downtime. read more

I spent my entire lunch break waiting in line. Went to the drive-thru in Mt. Morris and there were 5 cars in front of me and I waited over half hour to get to the speaker. Absolutely ridiculous. Then they didn't have ice for pops so couldn't even get a drink. The time before that the pop machine was broke so couldn't get a pop then either. I will not be going to this location again. There wasn't really a problem with this Taco Bell until the last year or two. One of the previous reviews says that 9 out of 10 times their order was right. In the past two years, it was like 9 out of 10 times the order was wrong. It has been a few months since ordering from this Taco Bell which is sad since I could walk there. A manager corrected my order a time or two. She seemed nice. The employees at the counter seem pleasant. There have been a few individuals who may have been having a rough day at the drive-thru, and the world of fast food is probably worse than retail so not going to expect them to be always at the top of their game. I want to try the location again on the off-chance the place has improved. However, still cannot bring myself to do that. My guy thinks it is ridiculous to even consider it. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell in the state of Michigan. They have rats, nobody uses gloves and if they do they wear the same pair ALL DAY LONG. Meaning they touch the trash, and cleaning supplies with the same gloves they make food with. The managers come in high, and don't supervise the rest of the employees. They're racist as well. The older female manager cussed out a very sweet drive thur girl in front of me! I ordered two tacos without lettuce, but both had lettuce on them. I looked at my receipt and the drive thur girl put "no lettuce" under both tacos so I knew it wasn't her fault, I asked her to ask if they could remake them and she told an older man I seen making the food to remake them for me. He did without a fuss, but I guess the manager found out and as the young lady at the window was asking if I'd like any hot sauces the manager came up and said "You dumb bi***, you make me look bad. Make sure you put no lettuce on the screen before having us look stupid. Learn how to do your f***ing job." I was in shock, the window was still open and I'm sure the manager wasn't aware of it. I told the young girl at the window to walk out and get a better job. I tipped her 10 dollars for still being calm with everyone behind me ordering, and with me after the nasty ild manager just embarrassed her and made her feel bad. Also, If an employee puts their two week notice in, they treat them like trash for those two weeks. An employee I know very personally put his two weeks in and they made him wash walls for 8 hours straight after the mangers all heard about him leaving. He wash the walls for a week and then asked if he could do his job (make the food) and they told him to shut up and get back to washing the wall, he just walked out and never went back. He told me the old lady manger I watched cuss the young girl out was a total b****, she left for weeks without telling anyone, when cooperate came in she'd tell them she is the best cook, and would steal their best cooks food he made and say she did it. If she found out someone got a tip from front counter or drive thur she'd take it and say she had to put it in the safe, and it'd be added to their paycheck but she'd just pocket it herself. If you have a death in the family she doesn't care, she'll make sure you are supposed to work the day of the funeral or the days you asked off. She doesn't have a heart. Super slow. Waited in drive-through line for 21 minutes with only 3 cars ahead. Order was wrong. Not sure what has happened to make this location so bad. When dining inside, I often have to wait to be seen at the front, or yell for attention to place my order. The dining room is consistently dirty, the drink station sticky and trashy, the drink station and the sauce and plasticware stations are often empty of supplies. Drink station is frequently empty of soda syrup. read more
