If I could give this place a negative review I would. Giving one star is ridiculous. The place needs to be closed down every employee fired and start over. Two times I have created an online order paid and once I got to the restaurant I was told their system was down and that I needed to contact customer service which I have yet to receive any money back. If you do get your food it was prepared by lazy employees who don't care. I got a bean burrito it came with a tortilla that was smeared with beans what??? Tacos that have almost zero meat in them. 10/31/25 @ 6:08pm, Am new in Town so went to Taco Bell DRIVE-THRU and bought LG MT DEW. I told 2 girls what careers I thought they should pursue and went to drive off and was hungry yet I hate Taco Bell meat so went to Drive-Thru again and asked if staff liked my song playing. I asked what was on Fried Chicken Burrito and Taco as I was going to try them and Lady told me to pull to window. Short black lady with hair tied up told me I can't sit in their drive-thru just playing my music and I showed her I had just bought drink and asked what was on chicken burrito & Taco now and wasn't told. She told me to just leave so I asked her name and she said Destiny yet I don't believe her. She slammed Drive-thru door in my face while calling me a BIT** while walking off. Not to be mean but this is the nastiest Taco Bell that I ever ate at. I have tried eating here on 3 different occasions and the last was the worst. They accidentally gave me someone else's order, drove off, and had to come back to get my order. My 5 layer burrito was like soup in a tortilla. Yuck! When the Spanish girl brought the food out, I told her I wanted my money back. She asked me why. I showed her the roach and she said she didn't know bugs. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. On numerous occasions have they "not been able to do something." On the last trip we waited in the drive thru for twenty minutes when we approached the speaker, we were told they cannot take any orders at the moment. Went there last Friday and ordered 3 Locos Tacos, one of each flavor of shell as well as a Beefy 5 Layer Burrito, and all of this through drive-thru. When I got to my office, all three shells were stale and tacos had little to no meat. The burrito had copious amounts of liquid cheese and little meat. In short, calling this burrito "beefy" is misleading at best. I know this is just a fast food joint, and maybe I am old fashioned, but fast food or not, at least take some pride in your work. When I tried explaining that this order consisted of 150 items, I was cut off and yelled at by the store manager. As I continued to try to explain that I could come by the store and pay ahead of time so that the order could be made before I had to pick it up and deliver, I was again cut off and was told, "WE DONT DO THAT!"
