We've gone here three days in a row while we're here visiting this week. Summary: three days/three different drive through orders/three dufferent drive through mistakes. That's a 100% error rate! Perhaps some training might be appropriate. Day 1. Served us chili without spoons as we ordered. Day 2: Served us sweetened tea although we ordered unsweetened tea. Day 3: Served us cheeseburgers instead of hamburgers as we ordered. They are in a convenient location. read more

As usual they have screwed up another order. No one else in line. This older gentleman screwded it up apparently you can't get something grilled even if it's supposed to be. Althiugh I can't trally fault only this taco hell they all suck when it comes to taking orders. It's kinda funny as thorough as this g uy was in taking my order, exact to every little detail annoying is what it was I made less decisions when enlisting. And still it was wrong. Their burritos are always just a bunch of stuff thrown together, ingredients are maybe mashed up or it's just flat. Every time I go there they short me something. I had to go through the drive-thru again today asking for my second quesadilla, and they refused to give it to me since they only charged me for one. I had ordered two. Also, I ask for "sauce with that" or "6 sauces". They usually only give me one or two. read more

Taco Bell is not currently attempting to serve gourmet food. They serve basic food that Americans think is mexican. Some may even have something in common with something served in mexico. The point is that hopefully no one is going to taco bell to taste mexican food. The main reason would be to get something to eat quickly and inexpensive ly. And It did that. read more

I understand that staff issues happen but when you leave a sign saying that you'll close at 8pm due to your staff issues you should probably open the day after! Horrible place to go . I wanted a 12 soft tacos . Couldn't get them all soft . The tacos were messy like they threw it together . And the meat was cold . The cashier lady was rude . I actually visited this Taco Bell two days in a row at about the same time. I don't know who the manager is of this restaurant is, but he/she is doing a PHENOMENAL job! Virtually every time we go through the drive-through (about once a week) the people on the speaker, and at the window are very very friendly. Not just nice, or OK, they are actually fun to talk to! Not only do I love the food, it is an entertaining experience most every time we go through the drive-through! Kudos to whoever is in charge of the team members there, they are doing one heck of a job!!! read more
