The owner tells me they sell a huge amount of the tripe tacos and I see why - each crispy little piece of tripe is an earthy, porky, bite of heaven. Add the standard onions, cilantro, and lime along with some of the homemade green salsa and it's an explosion of flavor in your mouth. For the less advanced taco connoisseurs, they also have chicken, steak, marinated pork, etc. but be aware these are Mexican style street tacos - no cheese and served on soft corn tortillas.
