Just wanted to add to my previous comment. The manager of this store (if that is what her title is) should not be there at all. She is rude, totally screams with her head out the window at the people in the drive though line When ordering at the drive through she talks over you when you talk or ask a question about a product. They don't take payment at the front counter anymore and if you can stick your head through the shelves blocking the kitchen to ask a question she doesn't answer and says I can't help you now sorry. Taco Bell in New London is the worst. Went through the drive-thru and the "employee" refused to reach far enough out with the food for me to grab it without leaning half-out my car window then argued with me that it was my fault for not pulling closer to the window. If I was any closer I would have clipped the mirror off my car. She just didn't want to reach it out to me and almost let everything fall to the ground. Extremely rude employees and this is not the first time either I or my family have had issues with this location. I will not be back. read more

I stopped at the New London, WI location for lunch today. When I got to the window, the woman handed me the bag without saying a word and then shut the window. I looked at her and she opened the window back up and I asked if that was everything. She gave me a thumbs up. Still said nothing. I pulled ahead a little bit. Looked in the bag, and saw I was missing an item. I drove around the building; back to the speaker and told them they forgot the item. Pull forward. I get to the window after waiting 9+ minutes behind two vehicles. Tell her I'm back for the item. She hands me the bag and said, I'm supposed to tell you for the next time to call ahead. I told her I never left the parking lot. No response. She just shut the window with no word. I got home. Called the store and spoke with the manager. I told her what I was told and she said that was their policy. Like I'm supposed to know the Taco Bell we messed up your order policy. I told her that their people need to work on their bedside manner. She just said ok. Not rudely but that's all she had to say. Mistakes happen. I get that. Although pretty common at this location. But to never once apologize and tell me I didn't handle it properly per their "policy" is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard. This may have been one of the worse customer service experiences I've ever had. I do not recommend going here. If all you want is tacos in this small town I guess you have no choice. But I would try to be hungry for something else. The food was good. I can give em the one star for that. read more

The absolute worst. I hate that I'm writing this, but I'm blown away that this location is still open. 2 nights in one week they closed well before their posted hours, I'm talking 45 minutes before. We went to Taco Bell in New London Wisconsin on 10/06/18 and ordered a Fiesta Taco Salad and 3 grilled steak tacos with sour cream....I received a Power Chk Bowl?????? The Tacos had no sour cream which we were charged for. I tried to phone taco bell when I realized this but it gave me a message that the mail box was full. Probably won't go there again. read more

So I drive from King, Wi to Green Bay, Wi and take Hwy 54 home. I was hungry so I thought I would grab a bite to eat. Only the drive thru was closed. The sign on the window says it closes at Midnight. It was 11:52 pm. So I called the number of the restaurant an a guy answered and I asked if they were still serving. He said. "No, we closed at midnight." He said, "Sorry," and hung up. When the call ended my cell phone clock said it was 11:54 p.m. I know it's nice to get out early, but as a State employee who cares for America's veterans, I have to stay until my shift is over. I'm not allowed to leave early. If your sign says closed at midnight, then I expect you to be open til midnight. read more

Get most orders wrong. Customer Omer service never good. Went there tonight at 930pm and was closed when suppose to open till midnight.

This location is so stingy on sauce when using the drive thru. Our total order was 5 items and I specifically asked for 12 packets hoping they wouldn't skimp. I received 8 sauce packs in my bag. I don't think 2 packets per item is too much to ask for. read more
