Hello all, This is the first review I have ever written and it so well deserved. We did a pick up order at this location and when we got the food we simply spent the extra couple of seconds to make sure all of our items were actually in the bag. While we are doing that the worker in the window proceeds to yell and make sure that we know there are other cars waiting in the line. The worker proceeds to rip our bag with our food and has left us so unsatisfied. If you ever want to Taco Bell I would just recommend going to another location on Warwick. Thank you, read more

I asked for a #7 with a chicken Taco. I received beef. I paid for a side sour cream. An additional in at the window. I didn't see it on top of my order. The lady at the window said that it's in the bag. I got home, no sour cream. I went back, and because I didn't return the food, she didn't give me a sour cream. I ordered three chicken tacos and they were beef. The male cashier repeated it. Service was rushed and some of my chicken bowl leaked out. I will not give this location my business ever again. My advice for you is to, check your order thoroughly. They were stuck on giving beef tacos out today. read more

Today I asked the so called manager twice about an order even explain asked questions and more when I first approached to asked a question she proceeded with and attitude I turned around and brushed it off as she proceeded to have a conversation about me struggling with the order to a coworker the second time I asked her to describe the order differences of two tacos she came back with another attitude I went all the way to work and still had the wrong order extra stuff I didn't ask for and more I even proceeded to ask for a refund she told me she was not giving me a refund I asked for corporate number apparently they don't have one ! I ordered two nachos combos and received two nachos that were premade 2 hours before my order! What happened to quality and pride in food preparation.. definitely feel robbed for my hard earned money. And to go with my soggy nachos I had a wild strawberry freeze that came without a straw. Attitude and Chalupas was trash. Had to add hot cheetos to my chalupas cause they didn't want to give me sauce. The chalupa had more crunch than the hot cheetos. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a late night meal after getting off work & man do I regret it. I tried the $10 crave case for my friend & I & as you can see, little meat was added to the cheese & lettuce taco. I tried calling back but no one answered. I was asked what kind of sauce I wanted, just to be given no sauce. Between the no meat, no sauce, & no answering, obviously I will not be returning. I've had many take outs from here as well as many drive thru experiences. I've been inside but never dined in. Having said that - I've not had an unpleasant experience. My orders are always hot and correct and the staff is always friendly. The lobby is clean when I've visited. I love the AM Crunchwrap (steak). I know it isn't good for me, but it tastes so good. The lobby closes at 8pm, so from 8pm til closing you'll have to use the drive-thru for your Taco Bell cravings. read more

ordered food through uber eats. my driver called and informed me of the restaurant making a large mistake. the restaurant gave my food to someone in door dash without comfirming the correct name and service. the restaurant refused to remake the food and proceeded to charge me the full amount despite their mistake. uber was of NO help as they supported the restaurants mistake and would not reimburse me whatsoever. This was one of the first Taco Bell's I have been To in a few months and it was pretty good. I think that the burrito was very filling and the Diablo was the best I have had in a long time. The freeze was also very good to. Now, the one thing that didn't make this a 5 star place were the chips and cheese the cheese was pretty flavorless and the chips had no salt and were very dry. In conclusion I recommend this Taco Bell but the chips are a real bust. . P.S I really mean I 3.7 star but yelp doesn't do that yet. read more

The managers are dry and rude. I usually order from them almost weekly. They are a disappointment. I asked for extra dressing on the side, cause I ordered it. I was told they put it on themselves. They didn't put any on the salad and gave me a 1/2 of the black little cup of avocado ranch. I spend too much money with them and besides a couple of employees, the staff is the worst. I never usually right reviews for fast food restaurants, but this is the exception. The service was quick, the attendant was nice. My issue is the worst case of food poisoning I ever had. 4 days in my home sick. I will never again eat at any Taco Bell after that experience. read more

The people here are very rude and mess up my order EVERY time! Count on free food cause they will mess up and plan on plenty of attitude.
