I have recently (as of the past 4 months) been consistently getting all of my orders correct :D. I think that's worth noting. I only go to the drive through, and all of the employees have been super friendly. All of my food has been hot and properly wrapped. I only received stale nachos once a few months ago, late at night. At the end of the day, it is what it is, a fast food restaurant that probably doesn't put too much effort into training employees. I eat here maybe once or twice a year and the food is consistently poorly prepared. If you get a burrito, expect it to be cold, small, and falling apart in it's wrapper. NIPOMO TACO BELL does anyone have the corporate number for them. This is what happened to my 13 year old son and I last night there. We spoke to the district manager but I feel like that is not enough. We have never really had good service here but it's the only taco bell in our town. But tonight took the cake. My son ordered 3 dorito tacos with just meat and cheese. They handed him 3 soft tacos so we told then the order was wrong. Then round two they were dorito tacos but there was barley any meat and cheese in them. So we asked them if they can add more to the tacos. The girl took them and started laughing with the shift leader women and then threw them away. They came up to us and asked what did we just want cheese. I told them no I want tacos that have meat in them. That's when they got a attitude with us. I asked for the district's name and number and they started laughing at me and it escalated to them yelling at me as I was walking out the door in Spanish. The food portion is probably the biggest thing there, it's about 50% smaller than the other locations. My review is specifically for the Taco Bell branch in Nipomo. I give it two stars because the place is clean for the most part, and my crunchy tacos are ok. However, the time they take to serve is agonizing. What drives me nuts and keeps me from going there (until I forget months later and go there again) is the SLOW they serve the drive-through. OK so first of all I have a 5 month old baby so if decode not to cook and get fast food I usually go to a drive through so I don't have to get my baby out of the car. If they are awake and fussy I don't mind. Second mistake I took the "drive thru" which started with a happy baby then I pulled up after my order. Then I got stuck as someone pulled in behind me. I waited at the window after my money had been taken at least 5 min, now I have a bloody murder screaming baby in the car. The kid who was at the window looked like it was his first day on the job. I messed up and forgot an item so I went inside hoping the drive in was being neglected because the inside was being well taken care of. I happened to walk in right as someone was walking by the register. He took my order and walked to the back of the food prep area and started making orders. He looked as though he was the manager or at least the person in charge at maybe 16 17. which no problem congrats if you earned it but step up your skills. There is a total of 4 people for the whole operation. Two older guys making the food and two teenage looking kids taking orders. I watched them mess up on two orders and two people walk in and wait. The girl must have really wanted taco bell. The guy asked if we had been helped and then left. They get one star because in order to rate that is what they are lucky to get.
