My absolute favorite Taco Bell. The customer service is always phenomenal. Our orders are always made fresh and every time they are always accurate. They never hesitate on getting us extra sauces for My Husband who is obsessed with the fire sauce The drive-through is always super quick. I really enjoy going in as well because even if I order from the kiosk, all the staff members are super nice and acknowledge me while I am there waiting and then when they give me my food, they always ask if there's anything additional that I would like or need. Remember that movie "Mickey and the Beanstalk" where Mickey slices bread so thin you could see through it, and then slices a bean and makes a transparent sandwich? This crunchwrap was like that. Like a quarter ounce of beef and a lot of sad tortilla. I rolled it into a sort of weird burrito (which shouldn't be possible with a hard shell in it but alright) and choked it down. The chicken quesadilla was similar, I gave up on that. The last straw was my guac being 50% lettuce. This location has been awful for years. The customer service is abysmal, which is unfortunate because their favorite hobby is only giving you half your order and making you pay for ghost burritos. I vividly remember an employee asking me if a baja blast was a beverage or a food item maybe ten years ago, and I'm sad to say that not much has improved. Let me share with you my customer experience at this Taco Bell on Thursday, 2/20/25: I place a mobile order, when to go through the drive thru to pick it up what was odd that girl didn't take my check in. No big deal. She read me my order back to me and has me pull up to second window. At the second window she then lets me know they are out of Baja Bast zero, so I ask for a Diet Pepsi. Unfortunately, that soda line has more carbonation and less syrup so it's off. She already knows this so I just opt for a Pepsi Zero. This is not a big deal for me. She then has me waits for my order and when she hand me my box out the window I was surprised it all fit in the box. I asked her if this was everything, I was told that's my order. I pull out and drive around headed back to work. I check the box after I think how my order could fit in the box. Well it didn't because it wasn't my order. If I had only ordered a box combo I would have been chill about it however I didn't so I turn around. I pull back up to this Taco Bell and the car that was behind me is still at the window. Okay, so maybe they know they gave me the wrong order since it was a three to four minute difference from when I left the drive thru. I park and walk in. I waited until who looked like a manager to finish on the computer. The manager looked up and I said, I think I got the wrong order. The manager said, "yeah you did." Okay, so they know. The manager kind of looks at me like she didn't know what do. At the same moment a line cook comes from the line assess with a looking in my order up on the computer. I open my app to show them my order and it found a minute later. A this point, the manager says nothing to me! Not one word! This would have been a great opportunity to just apologize, right? The line cook heads back to the line and gives the receipt with my order printed on it to the rest of the line. He comes back up and says, "they got it, they are working on it, have a good day," as he walks out. I see the same manager counting money from one of the drive thru drawers. Okay, I get it, it's 2 pm and you opened at 8 am, it's most likely a shift change. I wait for my order to be corrected. It doesn't take long but I am waiting by the bar area in front of the counter. Still nothing from the manager, maybe she has a lot on her mind. An other line cook hands me my order, he asked if got my drink, I was a little salty when I said, "yes, but you're out of your diet soda situation." He asked, if I wanted the cup. I declined as I said, I got soda already. I asked is this everything, he says, yes. I leave saying, thanks. I shit you not, I open the box and I am missing half my order. Okay, at this I am already upset, no one apologized and you made me feel like it was MY FAULT! My bad for ordering ahead. I feel bad for these people as there is a lost opportunity with me here. I walk inside and yes, I am pissed. The manager looks as if she is ready to leave so I let them know my order is not correct, no one apologized to me, and they out of soda options of my choice. The manager, says, "how is your order wrong?" "Well, I missing part of my order first, I didn't even look at everything else." The manager again looks at me like she doesn't want to apologize, and says," he should've let us handle it." Meaning the line cook that looked up my order, who got my start, all while manager stood there and watched! I am done at this point. I hand the box back and I ask for a refund. No way in hell, are you making this my fault because the manager didn't handle the situation. The manager stood there in awkward silence as the line cook retrieved my order from a computer. Wouldn't the manager take that moment and apologize first?? Wouldn't the manager go to a different computer right next to computer the line cook is on, take control of the situation, and help me?? Nope. This is completely common sense to me. I ask for a refund. At this point, the situation is what it is and it at the point where everyone who works there now knows and grabs a different manager. This manager comes up and asks why I want a refund. The first manager, who is most likely a shift supervisor does communicate to the second manager. The shift supervisor says, I can have the box as it's still good. I understand that she believes "it's good," but don't. As I leave with my refund, the second manager gets an attitude with me because I don't want to take the food. I am not taking the food because I don't trust anything about this situation and I don't want anything that has to do with this situation and this Taco Bell so why would I eat it. I see the problem with this location and it's pretty simple to fix. It's a shame, an awful attitude has a domino effect into workers, supplies, order accuracy, and customer experience. read more

Fast food places give you free food just for enrolling on their apps, then discounts or free items for subsequent purchases. As a first time app user who redeemed a TB reward I found the app worked acceptably well. There's really no time savings with the app because even when you place your order online it's not prepared until you announce yourself in the drive-thru line. And, If you know what you want it probably takes longer to input the order into the app than it would at the drive-thru intercom. (There is a function to save Favorite orders.) The app offers online exclusive items but I don't visit TB often enough to know whether those exclusives are savings or items not in-store. The app didn't keep TB from initially trying to give me the wrong order. However, my order was correct and the free Doritos taco was worth the app use. read more

Stopped into this Taco Bell on a weekday for lunch specifically because I had resisted trying the Mexican Pizza comeback for a while and was finally giving in. When you walk in there are 2 automated kiosks and that's how you order your food. I guess they would have taken cash but the machine prompts you for a digital payment. My order was ready somewhere between 5-10 minutes later. They are clearly putting their best effort towards the drive-thru. Every table in the dining room needed to be wiped off. I chose the least offensive one and wiped it off myself. I ordered the Mexican Pizza and two Doritos tacos. Everything was good. It was warm but not necessarily hot. Wait in line for 15 minutes, not a big deal, for them to only tell us that they are out of ground beef, and to get back in line. I pull up to the window to ask why they will not take my order, their response is because "it will mess up our times for cars in line, and that it will be another 15 minutes before ground beef is ready" and for me "to get back in line." This is absolutely the worst customer experience ever. Just because they do not want to make their weight times worse. We drove away and will not be back...horrible that a company cares more about their "wait times" then actually making sales. read more

Came through around 1:00am, screens at drive through were turned off. I did a mobile order, the quality and quantities of ingredients were the main issue. I got one of the crunch wraps and ordered extra of two ingredients and none of a third; it seems I didn't get extra of any of the ingredients including on my other items. My partner meanwhile said that their chips were stale, there was almost no ingredients on any of their items, and there was an ingredient that was not removed despite our order calling for that. Not going to add a picture because it isn't worth it, but if you can make it to the Mid Rivers Location they are consistently better when they are open and don't have a line out of the parking lot. read more

First of all, everytime I am at this Taco Bell, the girl taking the order has an attitude problem. Tonight I waited in line 40 mins to pick up 2 doordash orders. At the order box I tell them I'm picking up the 2 but also wanted to order 3 fountain drinks because it was 100 degrees. Was told they couldnt place my order due to "doordash" rules and their manager. I could not believe that. I haven't had ANY other store refuse to let me PAY for a drink if I was there to grab food. Not like ordering a whole meal. I get up to the window and the two drive thru girls yet again have an attitude now because I was upset at being denied ordering a drink! I ask for the manager and they get an attitude and call her. I'm asking since when was this a thing and that I couldn't believe they were refusing drink sale! We are doing them a service by delivering and getting them more money. the manager on duty was like "oh my gosh it's not a big deal what kind of drinks do you want then I'll give them to you." I was not going to take their "free" drinks and that pissed them off. The point was I should be able to PAY for a drink if needed when I stop. needless to say I will NEVER go to this one for myself again and can't wait to talk to management even-though I am sure he isn't going to like me. So for any Dashers.... Please let me know if you've experienced this here or anywhere else because It was a first for me at this location or anywhere to have this happen. In the past I felt like I was always annoying them by ordering food but the past few times I have went recently (different times of the day) the employees have been super friendly and made me feel welcome. I wish I could give this location more stars but the night crew is just so AWFUL that I can't. They are so amazingly slow no matter the length of the line in the drive thru and the quality is so poor every time I go at night. I went tonight and got a cheesy Gordita crunch and 2 crunchy taco supremes. They forgot the cheese between the shells in the cheesy Gordita and the soft shell was so hard it's like it had been sitting out for days and there was only a tiny bit of spicy ranch and very little meat. The crunchy tacos were mostly lettuce and sour cream. Such a waste of money. It's such a shame because the day crew is great. Won't be getting late night meals here anymore :( read more
