I wish I could give this location more stars but the night crew is just so AWFUL that I can't. They are so amazingly slow no matter the length of the line in the drive thru and the quality is so poor every time I go at night. I went tonight and got a cheesy Gordita crunch and 2 crunchy taco supremes. They forgot the cheese between the shells in the cheesy Gordita and the soft shell was so hard it's like it had been sitting out for days and there was only a tiny bit of spicy ranch and very little meat. The crunchy tacos were mostly lettuce and sour cream. Such a waste of money. It's such a shame because the day crew is great. Won't be getting late night meals here anymore :( read more

The last 2 times we have come to this location, they were closed. We live by the one on main street, went there and they were closed so we headed down to this location. They were also closed. And it was 10pm. Every other time, the lobby is closed by 9 and drive thru lines were insane. They screwed up my order, when we called to let them know, they told us we would have to wait in the drive thru line to get it fixed and next time, don't drive away before checking because they are so busy it's the MY job to make sure they give us the right food. I'm not waiting 30 plus minutes for them to fix their mistake after they blamed me for their mistake, and they close the entire store by 10:15-10:30 on June 20th. If you have to close your location hours early every night and tell customers you are too busy to make sure orders are correct, maybe it is time for retraining or new management. read more

I ordered 4 tacos only got 3. I also got cinnamon twist and got just twists there was no cinnamon. my food looked like it had been sitting there for over an hour. the cheese looked gross and all of the tacos were soggy. My experience at this Taco Bell was absolutely terrible. The drive thru worker was so nice but the manager was incredibly rude. They got our order wrong TWICE. I am so disappointed. Will NOT be going back. We went at 1 am on Sunday May 17th. So whoever is in charge needs to have a conversation about customer service with their manager. This is one of the slowest and least accurate places one could ever go to order food. The delay in the drive thru is typically 15-30 minutes and once you get your order, it will likely be incorrectly filled. I asked for hot and fire sauce for our $20 order. They gave us one of each. I strongly recommend double and triple checking your order before leaving the drive thru. Oh, and their dining room has been closed for weeks as they apparently can't hire people to work inside. Drove up to the drive thru to get some dinner. Before I could even finish my order I was asked is that all. I said no proceeded to keep ordering and gentleman cut me off again. So I kept ordering until I was finished. He yelled my total thru the speaker and sounded like he ran off. Got to the window asked him the total and he wouldn't even look at me or say anything. Just handed me a drink and asked for my card. He handed my card back and asked him to put sauce in the bag with my receipt. I get home and open the bag. No sauces no receipt. So I wasn't that mad at first. Until I took a bite into my cheese gordita crunch. It had no cheese and not even a finger full of meat in it. It was drenched in sour cream lettuce that was slimy and foul. So then I proceed to eat the crunch wrap. Half the toppings were not in it and it just about fell apart when I opened the wrapper. Also orders some tacos but I'm not even gonna preach about what that tasted like. Here's the thing after a long day the last thing I wanna do is stop and get food. As a Vegetarian I know what I'm getting into with these kinds of places, so I always politely ask for no meat in anything very clearly and repeatedly, time after time, everything was given to us as if no modifications were done at all...so our meal went uneaten. Someone told me this Taco Bell was rated by their peers as one of the best in the US this past year so I thought I would try it out. I have to say it makes a difference going to a highly rated fast food place like this. The people seem to care about serving you food fast so its as hot as possible. Fastest Taco Bell I have ever been to. I also thought this place was super clean. Its amazing what a difference having a group of people that work hard for the customer. Worst Taco Bell ever! I have lived near this TB for close to 15 years. At one point I thought the service couldn't get any worse. Boy was I wrong. They can't get orders correct whether you use the drive thru or go inside. Taco shells were stale and/or broken on numerous occasions. Toppings are hit or miss, either all lettuce or tomatoes and hardly any cheese or sour cream. If you are really desperate for Taco Bell and decide to stop here, just make sure you check you bags before you pull away or leave. read more

Describing my most recent experience with the type of service I received at Taco Bell can be summed up into one word, TERRIBLE! Working the schedule I do, it is convenient to grab some food on my way to work, often times working long shifts, it is nice to be able to have something extra if I get hungry during the shift. This afternoon as I was going through the drive-thru at this Taco Bell, I experienced a member of the Taco Bell staff that really questions whether or not Taco Bell values their customers. This individual who did not have name tag on, can be described as a blonde girl with a serious lack of respect for not only herself, but for the customers as well. She was rude, disrespectful and did not make for a very happy experience. I have enjoyed Taco Bell since I was a kid. I have always found something to eat, and honestly, until this one experience, have never had a NEGATIVE experience with Taco Bell. The blonde woman who was in drive-thru between 200pm-300pm October 25, 2015, was NOT a customer friendly person, and should not be allowed to work the drive-thru nor interact with any customers. Having worked in the fast food industry in the past, I know the stress that one can undergo while having this type of job, but that does not excuse the fact, that she was rude, and unprofessional. Not only that, the Tacos that I did have, were broken. All the shells looked as though they were smashed before put in the bag. It might as well have been a Taco Salad, there was not one shell that was unbroken. Taco Bell you need to really look at how some of your stores are run, and remind some employees how they treat customers, can come back on them, and that the quality of their food is important. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope that those who read this, make the decision to drive the few extra minutes to another location. read more

I've gone to this Taco Bell since I was a child and never had problems with it until this year. Lately this Taco Bell has faltered. If it's not long lines at the drive through due to the slow service... then it's the quality of food. Now I get that it's Taco Bell, but there should be no reason my tacos are not cooked fully and/or not warm. Also when I order any kind of taco I expect the meat, cheese, and lettuce ratio to be fairly balanced. I am not ordering a meatless taco!!!!!!! Just a quick review. It seems recently, this location has stepped up with their customer service. Super friendly place, the food came out hot which we all know that was fast food that is extremely important. Fast food, we all know the food isn't extra spectacular but it's more like a cult following. They just have the stuff that no other place really does. I like their remixes on things. Like spicy chicken Doritos locos taco. They still carry the chili cheese fry loaded griller . And up until this point they were the exclusive original creator of the Mountain Dew Baja blast. The WORST tacobell I have ever been to. Literally all 7 times I have been to this tacobell they have messed up my entire order. The staff is always careless and rude and they need a health inspector to go out and look at their kitchen. Last night I wanted to get a midnight snack with my friends. There was 5 of us in the car. We got 4 chicken melts and 1 potato griller. The worker simply did not understand that we only had the chicken melts in the bag and we were missing the potato griller and the drive through person had the nerve to argue that the potato griller was in the bag. Oh and by the way he was a bigger man if u were wondering. Then we started arguing back and forth that the potato griller was not in the bag and he was insisting on taking back the chicken melt so he can remake it DURING COVID-19. I know disgusting. Anyways I told him I wanna speak with his manager and he slammed the window and went to the back and me and my friends clearly seen him laughing his ass off with the other workers and the bigger lady came with blue and green hair very furious and had the nerve to argue with a customer, and she was like "sir the potato griller is in the bag." We all argued with her that the potato griller was not in the bag but she was insisting it was and they refused on printing the receipt, which was fucked up. Then after arguing about the receipt a taller skinnier man kinda scary looking starting cussing us out and saying he knows the potato griller was in the bag even though he refused to print the receipt. So me and my friends got tired and we just wanted a refund and they slammed the window on us and flipped us off for us to leave. All we wanted was a refund. On July 17th, 2017 (10:30PM), I came to this location on my way home from work. The drive thru menu was lit up, as were the all the lights inside, but no one was working the drive thru. I spoke up with a couple "Hellos?!?" (as four more vehicles pulled up behind me) before pulling up to the window and that's where there was a sign that said the restaurant closed at 10:00, and I saw two employees leaning on the counters talking with one another. If the restaurant closes early, that's fine, but please turn the drive thru menu off, and place the sign on the drive thru that you're closed, and not on the window. After I drove away, I decided to quick call this location to ask them to turn the menu lights off (again, multiple vehicles were in line by this point) and whomever answered the phone, simply hung it back up.
