There's this thing about magic and the curse of midnight where everything breaks back into reality. In this case, Taco Bell was calling 11pm close enough. Full disclosure, this is my first ever late night food run, as usually I'm well asleep by then. And if I do wake up at home, my standards are low enough that I've eaten tortillas straight from the bag on my way back from relieving myself. At least this time I thought there'd be potatoes in my tortilla. We pulled up to a glitching menu and a robot asking if we had a mobile order. It switched to a human when we said we did not, and we should have been more ready considering the screen was hard to read. Thankfully there was nobody in line and the girl assured us they do have potato bowls. I got one with a potato bowl (needed a vegetarian option and didn't want to subject my bestie to fast food bean farts from my top bunk). He ordered a chicken crispy taco, the whole reason we had agreed on fast food instead of rest stop snacks. There's a single window for payment and pickup which takes a few minutes. I verified that I saw three wrappers and we drove off. I assumed that there would be a fork. And napkins. And the 6 packets of mild sauce that was right on the receipt, that they had brought up without us prompting, that they had left out of the bag. I made a lot of wrong assumptions. Don't offer what you can't deliver. Or should I say deliver well, as my food was, uh, edible, but made me decide that I'm not cut out for late night quality fast food after all. The potato in both dishes mushed in your mouth like old french fries instead of being remotely crispy. The sauce on my taco had a tasty kick. Luckily I can replicate with their grocery line so that I don't have to go back for shredduce and unmelted cheese shreds. (Unlike lettuce, I don't have a cool term for that.) The bowl had a large glop of sour cream on top and a sheet of American style cheese sticks on enough that I could eat relatively mess free with my fingers because I was not driving the five minutes back to demand a fork. It's quick and easy and cheap, all small compliments to the biggest complaint, that it is cheaply made. My bestie found his taco broken/breaking before even taking a bite. He said he could never order it again, which originally I thought meant he was under-wowed like me. As it turned out, he said he would order like five and just annihilate them all. The chicken was different from their usual fare. Not enough to merit returning for. If you're too tired and running on an adrenaline high it'll do. If you have standards, keep on driving. read more

Ordered on doordash and 15 dollars worth of food was missing. Other food was poorly made and tasted like school cafeteria food.

Food was cold so was cheese employees stood there laughing do not recommend this Taco Bell.

I struggle to find a positive here. I guess the value. You would think consistency, but not the case. It's assembly line menu, yet you can order 4 tacos, and one is missing cheese, and another has only a few pieces of lettuce. Do corporate people ever order here? Do they get the same food we do? I want to eat at the TB where they take those display photos. Employee attitudes are unmotivated, and consumed with the notification that just popped up on their phone. The management is just barely a step above this. Probably beaten down by staff performance and unhappy customers. It's TB. Expectations are low. read more

Lunch today there was amazing! This group of employees out did themselves by being polite and making the best meal I ever had at a Taco Bell. I ordered the beef tostadas and a hard shell beef . My tostadas was very tasteful and loaded with tomatoes! The taco was crunchy and filled to the brim! Even my ice tea tasted good! And the price was very reasonable! read more

Stopped in tonight (4/1/22)12:00AM after a 15 hr day, I'm sure some people reading this know the struggle. This is the usual TB I swing through only on my long days. Tonight my service was spot on! Personable as I pulled up to place my order, then once I got to the window he asked how my day was and let me know it would take a minute for fresh potatoes, another guy came up to ensure I knew it would be a longer wait. Absolutely terrible! Working a job nearby and we decided to stop here. Mistake.... No one I repeat no one greeting customers. 5 or more people waiting in line to order and the drive through lady looks at us and says "use the kiosks that's what they are there for." So we oblige and kiosks are not working to accept credit card. We wait another 10 minutes a girl throws her gloves off huffs and walks over to the register. While speaking with a customer and getting his order her terminal malfunctions so she says well F$&k . You can see the manager sitting at the desk in the back. I came at 10:30 am for breakfast last week. No staff at the building at all. Just someone sweeping in the parking lot. I asked her what time they opened, and she said, "Sometimes at 10, maybe 11 if someone shows up". Ridiculous. I came tonight and ordered 3 burritos, a taco and a soda. I was in line for 15 minutes with only one person in front of me. When I got to the window, they asked if I was door dash. I told them no, they gave me a bag and forgot my soda. Went through drive thru with two separate orders. From the beginning the lady taking the order was rude. Then we get to pay. One of the nacho fries bell grande is wrong. The other had barely any mean/cheese on it. And she's in the background saying you only get some odd scoops of meat. Just being rude about the way she said it. Then when we asked for napkins. How are you going to tell me the new crispy chicken sandwich taco is discontinued? It's online. It's on their current menu board with no posting of it being discontinued. Nothing but poor service at this location. Drive thru sucks you get land locked if you change your mind and dont want to order any food. This place has always showed me something on my order. Worst Tacobell I've ever been to. I have worked in the area for about 3 years now and can not recall a time where my order was correct. Literally every single time there is either something missing or incorrectly made. I worked at a TacoBell in high school and find it very frustrating this is the service provided. Despite my previous commitments to staying away, I come back every couple months or so to see if things have been corrected, but with this being my 4th consecutive fudged up order, all hope is lost. If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered two meals, one large drink one medium. Got two mediums because they were out of larges and the supervisor was extremely rude. Very friendly staff and prompt service. It was nice to hear someone with a friendly and upbeat voice through the drive-through speaker.

I really wish it could be a zero star review. There might as will be closed sign because it seems like nobody is working very slow service we were in line for an hour and a half we couldn't even get out the line because it was so backed up. The lady at the cashier didn't even know what we ordered. Looks like management needs to step up and get everything in order. When I asked for a manager they said they didn't have a manager. At 1pm today i went to taco bell on Groveport road in Obetz. Asked for a kexican pizza and was told in the most ghetto way "want aint gots no mexican pizzas" i was ok so whatndo you have for me to choose from. She said no pizzas no potatos, no pink lemonaid. Soni switched my order and got nacho bell grande with extra extra cheese. Got regular cheese. .80 cents wasted. Got to window and after getting my food, asked why are you out of the stuff your menu says are options? Did truck not come yet? She said yes waiting on truck. I looked in back and found no receipt as i planned on complaining and expressing my continous disappointment with this location. i?had to ask for a receipt to be told it was in the back. I looked a second time and said nope not in bag. By now im really getting impatient with this girl with finger nail polished nail. Trying to serve an attitude. She looked at the receipts on the printer and said printer was out of paper. Oh how convenient. no optionnto get a receipt reprinted, as I know management can do. I simply said ill take care of this and she looked at me as if i was retarded. I tried calling the phone number yelp , google and yellow pages had listed 614-491-6005 and it was a fax. Great Service This restaurant often gets a bad rap, but my experiences here have always been good. Someone I know told me they once called the police after being in the drive thru for over 30 minutes (there is no way out once you get in) because they genuinely thought something must have happened to the staff inside. Most recently however I took my 7 year old niece there when she requested Taco Bell after having a rough day. After we had ordered, and we were waiting for the food, she related the story of how she was bitten by a dog earlier in the day. As there were no customers behind us, the cashier listened intently, and then offered her a "freezie" or whatever it is called. In the grand scheme of things, this was a small gesture, but it meant the world to my niece; she told everyone she came in contact with over the next day or two about this experience. On other occasions, I have noticed that the staff goes above in their customer interactions, but this time it was so sweet that I felt it definitely warranted online recognition. Thank you for keeping a little bit of the small-town feel in an area that is quickly becoming primarily industrial. read more

I don't even want to give it 1 star!!! The lady in the drive thru STOLE OUR CARD INFO!!!!!!!! And she still works there!!! She went shopping online with it. And I guarantee that she's done it more than once. This has caused us to never go through a drive thru again. And honestly probably never return to the company again. It was somewhat clean inside which is a plus, but they were out of certain sodas and when I asked if they could change out the syrup to have a fresh soda, the manager gave me a dirty look and said it's out come back tomorrow with an I don't effing care face. Lol who would go to Taco Bell two days in a row? I ordered a crunch wrap and it was okay, just sort of sloppily thrown together. Staff was not friendly except for the lady that took my order. She was fantastic and the only redeeming mark for this place to get the second star. Update 7/25: Still painfully slow drive-thru. Clearly management does not care or this wouldn't be an issue. Been coming to this location for a year now and they haven't figured it out. There's absolutely no reason why I should be sitting in drive-through for a solid 10 minutes. The line doesn't even begin to move quickly after one car leaves with a tall order, everybody in the line could order a small Pepsi and it would still be this bad, I don't understand it. read more

Toxic Smell! Barf in a box. They can't even put the sour cream on right. You're supposed to roll the burrito so that the sour cream is evenly throughout, not just on one end. This is indicative of the quality education given at Groveport, as all kids who attended failed Geometry. This restaurant is opposite of my bowels after eating here - slow and congested. It takes about a half hour to get through the drive-thru and once you have, they'll tell you they took so long because they were "out of beef"...when your order didn't include beef!!! This is quite possibly the worst taco bell you could ever go to. There have been countless times that they have been out of items and you havent been able to get what you want, or you have to wait 30-40 minutes just to get your food... but tonight was quite possibly the worst experience we have ever had with TACO Bell. We ordered online since we had a decent sized order, and got nitifed that the fold was ready.. when we went to pick it up, they informed us that they were out of chips and a few other things and could offer us a certain type of burrito instead.. since we didn't want that, we asked for a refund.. they said they were unable to refund there, and that we can cancel it on the app.. when we got back home we went to cancel our order, only to find out that we are not able to cancel once an order has been marked ready for pickup.. we called the restaurant and when explaining our issue, were rudely talked to be a girl who stated that there is absolutely nothing they can do and then said we would have to figure it out as they are not allowed to give refunds. Hopefully the manager figures something out because not being able to get a refund on over 25 dollars of food is ridiculous. They may also need some training on how to handle and talk to customers as they are degrading on the phone. This Taco Bell is out of control, and has lost my family as customers. And I will be sure to let all my friends and coworkers know to avoid this specific taco bell at all costs. read more

The staff here is absolutely outrageous! It's like romper room in there, The staff is yelling and laughing in the back, watching videos on their phones and swearing! Unbelievable, there must be Zero management here. I swear these employees are out if control. My order was wrong and so was the people behind me, it was not even busy. I will NEVER come back to eat inside there again! I wish I could erase what I heard, one of the employees called a drive thru customer ignorant. The "F" word was said at least 5-6 times very loudly!
