Out where I live, food trucks aren't the norm in the burbs, so I was curious to try Taco Time when I pulled into the parking lot of O'Reilly Auto Parts to get a wire for a car stereo. The young gal manning the window was polite and friendly. I went with a Chicken Torta, and took it back home to eat, because there are no tables to eat in this parking lot; it's basically a to-go operation. The Mexican sandwich was made fresh to order. Like how they chop the chicken up into smaller pieces. Could have used a tiny bit more filling, but not gonna complain. I liked the sandwich, and double-points for the foil wrapping inside the styrofoam container - held nicely for the ride home and was easy to eat. read more

Got there at 7:55pm tonight. They had already were cleaned and preparing to close down. But they still took our order with smiles on their faces! So kind! We got asada quesadillas, and they were literally the BEST quesadillas we've EVER had! We also tried two tacos, chicken and chorizo. I had NEVER liked chorizo... But now my eyes have been open! This food truck overall had an good setup, food was great! We ordered out food, I had a steak quesadilla, my husband and mother had the authentic carnitas tacos. We are placed our order, and after our order we were told it would be about 10 minutes. They cook the food while you are there from what I could see. You would wait for your food next to the area you order. That is fine , but it got a little crowed by the waiting area and no ID numbers for your food. All I could imagine if it was more crowded than the time I went how much of a cluster that would be. A better method needs to be thought of for delivering the food after it has been ordered. Our food was cooked to perfection, the quesadilla and the authentic tacos were great! Would definitely buy again if I see their truck! read more

Great street tacos! Tacos are $2 a piece. The proteins are: pollo, asada, Lengua, chorizo, Al pastor, and carnitas. I loved the chorizo and carnitas. Al pastor wasn't the best I've had but it certainly wasn't the worst. Sorry, I ate them too fast to take a picture. The red salsa was very good. First time eating here. Menu has many choices but isn't over done. Service was very friendly from ordering to bringing our food to the table (we ate under a pop up canopy with folding chairs and a table). About half way through our meal the staff visited us again to see how the food tasted. I ordered the steak nachos, excellent! Portion size was large and it looked exactly like the photo on the menu.
