This is by far the worse Taco Bell I have ever been to. They put a pile of meat on top of my spicy tostada and my potato griller is dripping with a pile of nacho cheese. No one has any understanding of what an assembly line means and obviously don't know their own menu. A spicy tostada is beans, cheese, chipotle sauce, lettuce, and tomatoes. Worst Taco Bell experience of my life was here. Luckily they gave us a whopping 1.75$ discount. Waited in the drive through line over 25 minutes. They were very inconsiderate and not apologetic at all. Not completely sure why this "fast food" place took that long. We never got an explanation. This location looks nice on the surface, but they work with a skeleton crew. We stood at the counter, watching a camera near the ceiling where we watched the employee manning the drive thru window. He was grabbing fries and a drink between waiting on customers. It was an interesting show to watch, but no one seemed to be waiting on the lobby. I have been going to this taco bell every so often for several years, service is usually slow although not too bad tonight. When I brought the tacos home my wife commented where is the chicken? Seriously, there was barely any meat in the tacos. When you pay $1.69 each for 6 tacos over $14.00 I could have gone to a full service restaurant and gotten a better value for my money. I have to say, this is the most disappointing store of the franchise. It seems like every time I go to the 4312 Harrison Blvd location, my order is incorrect in some way. Yesterday I stopped by, asked for a #6 with one chicken, one steak, both nacho cheese. Asked for NO tomatoes or sour cream on either of them. Good thing I'm not allergic or anything. I didn't think it was too difficult of a request, but when I got home, I had a beef w/ nacho cheese, and a steak with sour cream and tomatoes. I would not have been as upset if the guy on the mic didn't have me repeat everything I ordered twice. Even the screen was correct when I went to the window. The guy at the drive-thru was obviously new and still learning. That is fine. I understand that. But even if the cook was new, it's not hard to read off the screen what to put on the flatbread. I also didn't get any napkins either. This should be automatic to put them in the bag. Now all of this wouldn't be an issue if this was a one time occurrence, but every time I go to their establishment, I feel like writing this review. It has gotten to become an expectation to get a messed up order. I will be going out of my way to a different store next time, or just not eat Taco Bell. It's sad that I have to go out of my way because one store can't get their orders right. read more

My Husband myself and a friend went to taco bell on 4300 harrison blvd on late sunday night. my husband ordered the dorrito taco's (meal). i believe he is supposed to get 3 with the meal. He got 2 and a regular taco. he was a bit disappointed but he was ok with it. I'm not sure if my friends order was right or not because we dropped her of at her house and i haven't talked to her. My order was right. But never in my life have I had a hard chalupa. it was so hard it broke my tooth. I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure they left them under the heat lamp or something. I couldn't even open it up without the breading cracking as if it was a hard shell taco. Needless to say. . . I went to bed hungry and now have to pay a dentist to take care of my tooth. This particular Taco Bell 4300 Harrison Blvd. in Ogden shows that it's open till 1 AM but the staff inside at 1215 am is already saying it's closed. This is definitely not good for business so if you want to reliable place to eat do not go to Taco Bell at this location, if they are closing early they could be doing other stuff that's not professional in a fast food setting. read more

This place is super slow. Waited over 20 min for 4 regular tacos, unacceptable. The worse part is that you are stuck in the trap they call a drive thru and can't just leave. Could've walked down the street got food and came back to the drive thru without moving. I'm thinking twice before ever going here again. The guy at the drive thru took my money and said thanks come again and didn't give me my food. They didn't even ask if I wanted any sauce when I did finally get my food. I love Taco Bell, but this franchise should be shut down or forced to be sold to someone else. They never have enough staff, they open late in the morning, and they close early, not following their posted hours. I had to ask Taco Bell corporate for a refund on a mobile app order made well before closing time but when I got there they refused to acknowledge I was there, though they looked right at me at the drive through. Twice I went there in the middle of the day and a recording at the drive-through said that they were having computer problems and were closed as a result. I am done trying to deal with them. read more

Let me start by saying I've always liked Taco Bell. It's cheap fast food and I probably shouldn't have high expectations but this last visit pushed me to review. I'll probably keep going to fast food places because that's the all American thing to do, but not to this one. This particular Taco Bell is and has been consistently slow and orders inaccurate. It is not an exaggeration to say that 50-75% of the time my order is wrong. This last time I was halfway home and realized that I was missing an item. When I returned the employee working the drive through demanded my receipt. Although I didn't ask, my question is why? I ordered and had to return for a missing item (not my error) and the rest of my food is now cold. It seems like the item should have come free with an apology, not a demand for proof of purchase. One very sweet girl working the front apologized, which I do appreciate but sorry TB, it's too little too late. Although I realize this is a long but mild rant I'm just trying to save my fellow Yelpers from reliving my experiences. Arby's is close by and service is exceptional. read more

This is one of the worse taco bells I've ever been to. Sometimes they have military discount, sometimes they don't. Sometimes you are in and out fast and sometimes you wait in line at the drive through for 30-60 minutes or more. Either way I cannot think of ONE time they haven't messed up something, if not everything. I wouldn't be surprised to learn someone spit in my food there. If you ask to talk to a manger they will either argue with how you are being so unreasonable to want your food correct and in a timely manner, or not be available. You get lots of attitude and treated kind of like scum. Also if you ask for "lots of sauce" or "ten mild sauces" you will get one of each sauce. If you ask for one of each sauce I swear you get twenty of one kind of sauces. And if you don't say anything they give you just enough sauce. I don't understand how they can't listen to simple directions! Everytime I go there I leave so steaming mad! I'm done with this place, and that's sad because it's on my way home from work and I usually LOVE taco bell. read more

Everytime I come to this Taco Bell the people are very nice but for some ungodly reason every time I ask for a crunch wrap I end up with nachos! Why?!? The two sound nothing alike! I have 4 kids and they love the potato grillers. Along with a few other items, I also ordered 3 hard shell Supreme Tacos (my favorite).I purchased $26 of food that was all crammed into one bag. This location often gets my order wrong so I asked them to please put my order into two bags and they confirmed that everything was in it. When I got home, I found that not only were my tacos missing but that the Grillers were messed up too. I went back to the store where I met two managers. Both were African American, one male the other female (I didn't see any name tags). When I started to express my concerns I was rudely cut off by the male Mgr and was told that there's nothing wrong with my order. I asked to speak with his supervisor. He told me "I'm the District Mgr, there's no one over me." Then he said he made my order himself and that there's nothing wrong with it. I persisted in telling him about my kids and their favorite Grillers, in which I was cut off again by an extremely rude response "Fine I'll remake the order." He then made 5 nice and full Grillers, but he was very upset and condescending when I told him about my missing tacos. The other Mgr was very nice and apologetic. She tried to defuse the situation respectfully and in return earned my respect. read more

By far the worst experience I have ever had in any fast food restaurant ever. The workers were childish and yelled at me for him getting my order wrong as took 15 minutes and still gave me the wrong meal and the worker making the food continued to yell at me saying he made the food right when it obviously wasn't. After waiting another 30 for my meal, I went up and asked him how much longer he thought he would be and said he made them already, so I asked nicely for he could remake them like I had asked before but never got, them he told me to stand right where I am and tried to make me watch him make the meal, so I ended up telling them not to make the burritos and walked out. Very, very upset over this. The gentleman behind me waited about 30 minutes for his meal and didn't have anything yet, his dad was having a pulmonary embolism and needed to get back to the hospital, so he asked for a refund for his food he hasn't received, and the manager had no idea how to do a refund, the man was close to tears because of your workers and you guys'd didn't not handle it well at all. so he had to wait even longer for his food that was probably made wrong like mine and my 2 buddies. This Taco Bell closes at 1200 period. They also close when they don't want to work. Short staff, closed; don't want to make more meat, out of rice and beans at 11:40. No leadership, rude and this was the Taco Bell of my choice during the days. I have been there 5 times in the last two weeks around 11:40. They are most often out of what I want to eat, one time closed due to short staffing and very bad attitude. Very, very sad!!!!! read more
