I ordered and paid at the kiosk. I waited about 20 minutes. They finally call my name, and handed me my order. I sat down at my table and took out some chips and queso I didn't order -- I honestly thought it was a freebie because the wait was so long. Before I could start eating, the woman who handed me my food yelled from the back, "Did I give you the right order?" I looked in the bag and said, "NO!" I took the food back and they gave it to a woman who arrived about 15 minutes after me. So, I said, "I think I've been skipped." The other customer said, "Yeah, he was here long before I was." The lady in the back asks what my order was. I glanced up at the order screen, and my order was no longer there. I told her what I ordered, and they made it right then -- correctly, but with no "freebies". I overheard them discussing giving me a free food item, but decided not to because I was already eating. I hesitated stopping here because the reviews are so low but took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. My order was correct, fresh and exactly what it was supposed to be. The service was friendly, employee was appropriate, even the unsweet tea was good. A good choice to carry back to my hotel. Sexually harassed by drive thru staff. A male staff member pushed past the person at the window helping me, to ask "If I told you you had a hot body would you hold it against me?" It was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had and is completely unacceptable. When I was obviously upset after stating how rude it was he tried to give me free stuff that I didn't ask for to make up for it. I will never be back - ever. Tried to call & speak to a manager, the phone just rang until I heard a busy tone & it dropped the call. The other staff member witnessed it & did nothing. I'm not comfortable being asked to touch employees or be objectified. If this happened to me, how many other women has this happened to? The worst management I have ever seen. The female manager was gossiping in parking lot when I arrived. I waited for 5-10 minutes at counter while the employees in the back were swamped with drive-through orders and preparing food. They both acknowledged several times with a courteous, "Sir, we'll be with you as soon as we can." I asked the employees if the manager and/or the employee in parking lot could take my order. They said that was their manager. I stepped out and politely asked if she was the manager and without looking at me respectfully she told me, "there are 3 other people in there to take your order along with another manager." If I could put less then one star I would. Wow. Stopped through here on a road trip, so hungry. We decided to go in because we were exhausted. The place is literally surrounded by junkies. We walk inside there's some guy in regular clothes playing music off his phone behind the register. We order some food from the only nice human being in that place. Wait 10 minutes and get our food and go straight to the car worrying someone is gonna break in. When we open our boxes half of the stuff isn't even there! My Gordita crunch box had no Gordita and the tacos looked like they had been destroyed. The chalupa shell was inedible. I go back inside and calmly and explain I was missing my Gordita, the only thing I wanted. The cashier guy was nice. But the other three girls in the back were literally talking shit about me as I stood there. As if I ever wanted to come back to that place. One girl came up and said she put it in my bag. Which made me laugh because they didn't even give us a bag. And then the manager came from the back after I stand there for 5 minutes and tells me that they made it already. I explain if it's too big of a problem to make me the food I didn't get I would leave and she didn't say anything. Walked back and made it. Never spoke to me after that. As I'm about to leave all the employees but the manager are surrounding the front door smoking cigarettes. And just stared at me. Needless to say. How awful. Don't. I repeat don't ever come here!!! Today I placed my order and waited. And waited and waited. When I finally realized I didn't have time to eat and get back to work, I asked for a refund. Once again I'm asked to WAIT! I finally left without a refund or food. And I can't count how many times I've been in there trying to get a table and I'm guessing the owner is taking up several doing paperwork. Wanna buy a quesarito with chicken? Well this location won't give that to you, I bought 2 of them for $7 and when I got home I found that I just bought two grilled cheeses with tortillas around them. Never going back there ever, I suggest that no one else goes rather because this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience there. Last time my friend wanted no dairy in her crunch wrap because she's allergic to dairy and 1st they gave her sour cream, second after they said they would fix it they gave her cheese. Giving one star because I can't give lower... Wanted to let Taco Bell know that the location on south meridian ave in okc ok need some serious customer service training. I have been here multiple times and while giving grace to them because of the location of the establishment I have received subpar service. Today however was absolutely unacceptable. After waiting nearly 20 minutes to get to the speaker to place my order the man on the other end was not listening or having a hard time hearing me. He made this evident when he rudely asked me to repeat my order of a beef supreme chalupa with no lettuce and no tomatoes. Then abruptly asked "is that it!?" I said no and went on to order two orders of nachos, one order of nacho fries, and a large Dr Pepper easy ice. When I said nacho fries he replied "we don't sell those!" I asked "why is it plastered all over your building that you still do if this is the case?" A women then got on the intercom over him and proceeded to yell at me and chew me out saying "we have a new product coming out and those signs will remain up until it arrives" she was still continuing to yell at me when I said "cancel my order have a nice day" and drove off. In fact as I pulled away she yelled FINE! I am sorry but after all my years working in customer service this is absolutely unacceptable. There is never a reason to chew a patron out or yell at a customer. I do not care if I am the 1 millionth person today to ask this question to you. I have been going to this Taco Bell location for years off and on since moving to okc and eating at Taco Bell nearly my entire life. It is an establishment that is a treat for me on a lunch break during the week. I would hope that you could resolve this issue and correct it from with in which is why I am contacting you; however, I will not return to this location and am unsure if I want to purchase food from any other taco bell location in the future or until this issue has been rectified. Went in to order. There was an employee out by the side of the building on the phone, one employee sitting at a table, and one employee in the back with a headset on. I stood there waiting to order. My husband used the restroom, came out and I still haven't been waited on. There was nobody else in the restaurant but me. My husband told me there was a crack pipe in the men's restroom. The employee in the back still wasn't waiting on me. So we left. She only had two people in the drive thru. And the First Lady had been there since before I walked in. NO FOOD WAS EVEN BEING MADE. I went to this Taco Bell a few days ago...the only person in the restaurant that was friendly and professional was the cashier Adrian she was loving and greeted us like we were only one there....however this particular Taco Bell had a shortage of beef. All of our tacos didn't have beef...they were packed with sour cream and veggies. Also, I ordered a side of steak and they presented me with a couple twinkles of beef after I asked about it they were rude and unprofessional about fixing the problem. This location is terrible! To sum up my experience without this turning into a rant, I ordered a burrito that had potatoes on it, while waiting for my order, a guy walks in saying his potato soft taco was not in his bag, the manager on duty (guessing because the color of his collared shirt) told him they were sorry and could make it but they'd have to cook the potatoes and that would take a few minutes. The guy settles for something different. I get my burrito and the potatoes are old and hard and just gross. I take it to the counter and the manager tells me the same thing! It will take a few minutes, well, its 12:30 pm on a Saturday so why everything isn't fresh is beyond me. I agree to wait and then they make the order wrong! Almost like a retribution for making him actually work. The food wasn't fresh, I truly believe they cheated the guy with the soft taco ON PURPOSE like they served me the garbage, purposely and I cannot wait to share this story with some upper management. read more
