Unfortunately, my Doritos Nacho taco was sent as a plain one, a bit disappointing. DoorDash didn't allow to me report this because 'pics are required.' Not a perfect experience but definitely not the worst! We walked in and placed our orders with the kiosk while my oldest placed an online order for a particular discounted box meal. We received our order a few minutes before his online order even though he placed his order before ours. Most of the items were correct, but they forgot a side of nachos and chips. We are Asian American immigrants that faced racial discrimination at this place. The "manager" called us "chinky chinks" because we wanted to take our order. This manager was having a prolonged conversation with a customer and no one came to help us take our order. It had been a couple minutes and she ignored us waiting to take our order, so we said "excuse us, can we take our order?" She initially was ignoring us until we made eye contact. Then she took our order. The order was easy and fast. All we wanted were three locos tacos and a chalupa. After we took our order, the lady went into the kitchen and not once, but TWICE behind our backs called us "chinky chinks." She was back talking about us wanting to place our order while she wanted to carry that nice long conversation earlier that she had with another customer. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. We were so outraged and baffled. We said "excuse me? What did you call us?" multiple times. When we brought it to her attention, she said "I wasn't talking to you." We argued it was racism and completely unacceptable. She only replied with "you were rude first," and "I wasn't talking to you." This is unacceptable. I cannot endorse ever going to this place because of the racial discrimination we faced as Asian Americans. read more

Sat in the drive through line for 30 minutes. Got to the speaker at 11:52 and they have a note saying they close at 12 and they tell me at 11:55 their not taking orders because their closed. No way to move forward or backwards for another 15 minutes afterwards. Either stay open to the advertised time, move your line faster so people can actually get out, or find a way to let people know it's closed before they wait in line all night. I am giving this place a 2 stars for multiple reason. The biggest one being customer service. The sign inside the store said 4 pack of rolled chicken tacos with 2 sauces were $3.49. I got my receipt and it came up as $3.99. I advised the register lady(who did a great job) she went and got the manger and told him what happened. To resolve the error you will never guess what he did. Instead of refunding me the difference he took the sign off the wall got a new sticker covered the 4 with a 9 so it said $3.99 instead of $3.49 lololololol. I was shook no apology to me no nothing he didn't even acknowledge me standing there. Total terrible customer service. i received my order very promptly from doordash and my food was cold. i contacted store, talk to the manager asked her if she could come and just pick it up deliver me a new order and she hung up on me very very professional as well as she never even gave me her name i will be contacting the health department for douglas/serpe county in the morning as the food as it was delivered was at an unsafe temperature. this is my first experience with this store and needless to say i will never patronize this store again, and i will make se doordash knows, i have a diital thermometer here and the food should be above 140° it is at 90° unsafe to eat because i do not know how long it has been at this temperature would not recommend going to the store. you may get sick. read more

I just had one of the best experiences at this Taco Bell tonight. Come to think of it every time I've come here or gone with my boyfriend we've always enjoyed our service. I don't remember a time when we received our order and it was incorrect or left leaving here disliking the staff. The employees are always friendly and inviting with warm smiles and helpful service. Tonight in particular was a wonderful experience. I went through the drive through after I got off from work and was pleasantly greeted and asked how I was doing by the employee working the speaker phone. It was such a nice surprise after a rough day at work!! I wish I got his name but was distracted by how friendly and nice he was. I ordered two chicken power bowls and two taco supremes. When I got to the window he said they were out of black beans and the friendly gentlemen asked if I wanted refried beans with it in place of the black beans or just to have them with out. I wasn't sure and asked what he thought, then he politely said he would put them refriend beans on the side and I could decide. I loved it and that he offered that option!! When he came back with my food his demeanor made me feel so happy that I stopped by tonight! He thanked me for coming to Taco bell and my patience and understanding. He was a tall gentelmen with warm smile! Hopefully I can get his name nthe next time I come through the drive through. I love this taco bell!!! Thanks for hiring such great people! Okay, I understand bad days and bad moods but at this point I am choosing to go to a different location due to not having a single positive experience at this one. Every time I go it takes 30 minutes or so to get through the line and they are very rude when I get to the window. Didn't get my change back or sauces. I order from grub hub all the time for this location. I waited about 45 minutes and then checked my app, which said the food was delivered, but it was not. I then got a notification saying it was cancelled. Grub hub left me a message saying that Taco Bell was unable to make my food.... I called the Taco Bell location and they told me my food was ready and the delivery driver was not coming to get it. So I drove to Taco Bell and the worker, lovely lady, let me go in the store instead of waiting in the ten car line in the drive thru. Ok, let's just say it: this is a Taco Bell. It serves Taco Bell food. Some people like it; some do not. If you don't like Taco Bell food in general, why would you waste your time to review it for those who like it? I do enjoy Taco Bell now and then, so my review is for THIS particular location. i'm a taco bell lover but i was absolutely distraught and disgusted to see not three ( which is what it says on the menu) but two only two cinnamon delights i don't know about you but when i order those i want them all i want to treat myself and i get that it's fast food have so i should have low expectations but you wouldn't be saying that if it was tacos would you? Its Taco Bell ,, cannot expect much. Kind of ticked off they got rid of the PIzza Hut items they had for a while, but I guess they thought getting breakfast was important.. not so much, I don't ever see a line out the door in the mornings. Most of the items are the same ole same just a different version.. " Oh you want nachos instead of that taco I made you? " let me get a hammer and bust up the shell,, and There you go Nachos! ". Most of the time they screw up our order, especially in the drive thru, so I go inside, that way I don't have to make the extra trip inside to have them fix it. Most of the workers are friendly though, and I say most,, because I don't think any establishment has 100% class act employees. Good for a late at night quick snack kind of place. I don't go there usually when I am hungry for something good, usually go there for something quick , late at night, and its close by so that's a plus. My son likes the cheese roll ups , hubby likes the Mexi Pizza " no beans please" ( they usually screw that part up,, but we are use to that by now " .. My teenage sons went to dinner this evening, after they received their food, a female employee came out and took their drinks claiming they didn't pay for them. My son got out his receipt to show her that they did pay but she had already grabbed their drinks and accused them of not paying for them. Since she did not originally helped them or have any contact with them it seems like she was just be rude because they were teenagers. They won't be getting any more of our business. read more

If you're looking for healthy food this is not the greatest choice for you. The Taco Bell on 108th is very busy most of the day so I don't suggest going there. The Taco bell that's on W Maple Rd isn't that busy but the most busy times are around 12-1pm and 4-6pm. If you're not patient I wouldn't recommend going during these hours. One day after school I asked my mom if we could go to Taco Bell. It was about 4:00 when we got there and it wasn't that busy. They have Happy hour from 2-5 and you get a dollar slushy. We all like deals, so I asked my mom if I could try the new flavor they had and it was pretty good and the food was too. If I had to choose something to eat for the rest of my life it would not be this. The food is good but it is now the healthiest thing to eat. There are some healthy things on the menu like salad. Taco Bell is also a safe place for kids. Overall my experience when I go there is positive. Once in awhile they will get our order wrong but everyone makes mistakes. When I go there the workers are really nice and usually ask if we need anything else.This is also a good place for kids and my little sister loves it she always opens up to the workers and usually she is shy. The workers are so nice and service is great. The Taco bell I go to is always cleaned and the drinks never get old or taste old.
