You'd probably miss this place if you didn't know that it is tucked back in a mosquito breeding marsh with Big Foot and Swamp Thing. Seriously, it's kind of spooky at night. I mean, I'm a man, but that's a creepy drive-thru in the dark. Typical Taco Bell. Unless they've renovated the place since the last time that I went, the drive-thru is tight, by which I mean that the turns are sharp and maneuvering requires some vigilance. this place is a fucking shit show. There hasn't been a single time that I've came to this drive-through and I didn't spend at least 15 minutes waiting for them. I have a pick up order so now my food is gonna be cold and my drinks are gonna be melted because they can't hire people who know how to work. It's also disgusting. i'm currently of the drive-through and I haven't even made it to the window. do not ever come here there's a reason that it's rated so low. read more

There is an older lady who works here and she is consistently rude every time I come. She once threw my friend's food on the counter and just said "here." She's also been rude at the drive-thru window. On top of that, the store closes earlier than the posted hours. We showed up at 9:45 pm (they don't close until much later) and the same woman locked the doors right in our faces and even laughed as we tried to come in. The service is always incredibly slow -- I've waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru line and another 45 minutes inside before. Every visit here has been a problem, and it's disappointing because Taco Bell usually has way better service at other locations. read more

ZERO STARS!!!! ordered through door dash, went to pick it up at 9:41 the exact time it said it was going to be ready, as we pull in it says it's ready to pick up. The drive through line was wrapped around the building so I parked and sent my son to go in. the doors were locked as an employee stands there staring at my son to get it. Finally he went in as someone came out he showed them the phone showing we had and order to pick up. she gave him 6 hot sauce packets and that was it! 2 black females kept coming to the door pulling on it making sure it was locked. 3 other people pulled up to pick up Their order they would not let them in either. they wouldn't even open the door to allow a lady to ask how do they get their order she just stared at her through the door. I usually only get 30 minutes for lunch while I'm working. I went in to get a box meal and wanted a different burrito than what was in the box. The guy at the register said I have to get the app and he can't change anything in the box in store. So I got the app did my order the way I wanted it and ordered it. This was at 11:30 AM people after me that walked in kept getting their order so I went up to the counter and asked how long it would be for my mobile order she gave me my cup and started making my meal, I didn't get the food until 12:00 PM. I don't know what the issues are with this location, but something is severely lacking. They routinely close down before their posted closing time. Once, I stopped by at 11 pm amd found them closed...I asked an employee what time they close, and she replied "usually around midnight, but tonight is a special occasion." Tried again tonight at 10:20...nope, closed. I think they've been closed the last 3-4x I've tried to go, plus a few other times. Another time recently, they passed my drink to me through the drive through window; it had no ice in it. Apparently their ice machine was broken. Another time, there was a note on the drive through saying "no fried foods. Fryer is down." Not that it mattered, since they had closed early, anyway. read more

Went back after they revamped the entire building and was happy to see it looked brand new with what appeared to be new staff. *Anyone that doesnt have a lifted truck or SUV beware* The driveway is unbalanced from Hwy-90 so when you drive out from the drive thru and don't angle it correctly you'll scrape your entire bottom bumper. Nice idea folks, thanks for damaging my bumper. The line was out of this world and it wasn't moving fast at all. The slowest Taco Bell ever. I ordered one taco and three cinnamon twists, 20 min. This was at 8:30 at night on a Wednesday.

Even the people going through the drive through were coming in to have their orders fixed. When I got home I realized my order was 100% wrong. AWFUL SINCE THE RENOVATION!!! The Pace location in Taco Bell used to look a mess but the service and workers were great. Now it is the opposite. It looks great on the outside but it AWFUL all around -- from the parking lot/drive-thru design to the workers. I have been to the new location 5 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME my order has been done incorrectly. Items will always be missing, wrong ingredients, or just simply gave me someone else's order. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL NOW! Get the old workers back or start training more thoroughly. Also don't get me started on the parking lot design. The entrance/exit is narrow and angled so people cannot leave/enter at the same time. Also the parking lot is so narrow that if the drive-thru is backed up, then cars in parking spaces CANNOT leave!!! I dined-in the other night (2/4 of my items were wrong btw) and when I tried to leave I couldn't. The parking lot is designed so that you do not have enough room to leave your parking space if there are any backed up cars in the drive-thru. SO BAD! Also the entrance/exit has an extreme dip in it so that you have to slow down and come in at an angle or you'll rip your f*cking oil pan out from your car. I live in Pace and go to this Taco Bell on a regular basis... Yes, I have gotten my order and found it to be wrong, but when I give it back, they apologize and fix it right ... All the staff seem to be in good spirits every time i go in... Food it great too... The new Driveway has a couple problems like if you go thru the drive thru and change your mind, you can't just drive around the others to get out, so make sure you want drive thru before getting in it... The bump at the end of the drive is deep but required by the city in order to prevent rain water from building up... Come on down and give them a try... I think you will be pleased.... read more

Employee's gave me attitude on my order cause the system was down and the manager wouldn't come out of her office to fix the issue. She then insisted she'll just write it down on paper but gave me even more attitude when I asked for no lettuce so as I was driving off the lot my car went into this dip and messed up the front a bit, just awful.
