I moved away from my hometown of Pace, FL about seven years ago now. And every time I come back, it's like it grows up a little bit more. Lots of business have been popping up lately. Some are great. Some are not so great. One thing I love to see is when a place like this opens up. I love to see a small business Guamanian place and not another Panera Bread-like chain pop up. These geniuses parked their truck outside one of the heaviest foot trafficked shops in all of Pace, Alyssa's. So smart. Luckily, it's also literally 2.3 miles away from my sister's house. So when I come to town, coming here is about as easy as going anywhere else for food. I first came here in November, and I went back three times after that. The people at the window are beyond nice. They help me build my dream meal. I got the Dededo Plate (Choice of two meats, served with two scoops of red rice, and side of potato salad or cucumber salad and two rolls of lumpia). I had the teriyaki chicken and the pork ribs. So let's start at the top. The chicken and the ribs were both perfect. Yummy teriyaki chicken that was adequately sauced. And the GIANT spare ribs were mostly meat and not a lot of fat, two must haves for five star ribs. I haven't had the steak yet, so I can't advise you there, but with these two meats, you can't go wrong. Next, the red rice, wow. Go and Google the recipe for Guamanian red rice. Your mouth will start watering, and then you'll start asking these people how much a whole gallon of the stuff is. Very good. A very welcome change of pace of other rices offered in Pace right now. So I had the potato salad, and it was fine. The potato chunks are cooked all the way through, but they definitely have a bite to them. If that sounds good to you, go for it. Once I also tried the cucumber salad, I'll be sticking with it from now on. Very thin slices with a splash of acid was honestly more useful to me against the heaviness of the rest of the meal. Finally, the lumpia. I've had a lot of lumpia experience in my lifetime. I've had homemade, and I've had frozen. I've had massed produced, and I've had them made by a real grandmother. These were about at 85% of maximum awesomeness. I loved them. They make them fresh with every order, so I think I'm gonna ask for them to be fried a little extra crispy next time. That will be a fun experiment. Overall, having this place in Pace really is a blessing. Now, when I meet people for lunch, I don't have to be like, LaHa or Chili's? Five easily given stars. And I always say I'll come back to a place often, but with this place, I definitely mean that. It's so close to my sister's house, and they gave me a punch card.

Man oh man are we lucky to have some food from home so close by! I was born & raised on Guam for the first 12 years of my life & there weren't any options for Chamorro food back in Seattle where I lived the last 12 years. My husband and I moved here six months ago & in the beginning, we were frequenting this truck 1-2 times a week. We haven't been in a while because we needed to slow down, but we are about to start going frequently again. It's that good! Do yourself a favor and get the chicken & sticky ribs for your combo. You won't regret it! The kelaguen is always a must have as well. :) Fish fry Friday's are amazing too, so make sure you stop by as early as you can because they go quickly!

Great little food truck in pace! I'd say it's a combination of Filipino, Hawaiian, and Guamanian food. Their teriyaki chicken and red rice are delicious! Prices are reasonable and customer service is excellent. You can easily order online and just pick up so you don't have to wait for the food to be made. It's right next to Alyssa's so there's plenty of parking. Stop by and try it! Your tummy will thank you!

Pancit plate with Lumpia and Yigo "Gee Go" Chicken.

I ordered the Pancit plate with Lumpia, my husband ordered Yigo "Gee Go" Chicken. The Pancit was good, the chicken that came with it was excellent. The potato salad was good and we enjoyed the Lumpia The Yigo Chicken, that is a different story. Next time I go, that is what I will order. I will warn you though, there is some great spice/heat in the dish. The potato salad and cucumbers helped cool the great and definitely complimented it. The serving size was also pretty big, so we can enjoy again later... Once the feeling in my lips return

It was my first time trying this Chamorro place, serving Asian-inspired food from Guam, and definitely NOT my last. Everything was ahhmazing. It was a bit pricey but the service was friendly and the food was fresh and so delish! Dededo [pronounced Ded-ee-doe] is not only Guam's second largest village, it's also what I ordered this evening.. Dededo Plate. Holy smokes was it yummy. Everything was mouthwatering and bursting with flavor! * Lumpia - crispy, fresh, and the meat was well-seasoned * Potato Salad - it was a tad on the sweet side but I thought it was tasty and balanced out the meal very nicely * Red Rice - almost had a sticky rice texture, the seasoning complemented the rest of the meal very well * Teriyaki Chicken - tender, juicy, flavorful * Teriyaki Pork Ribs - meat was so tender it was practically falling off the bone, and the sauce was garlicky and had the perfect blend of sweet and sour I'm so so glad their food truck visited our community this evening. My whole family absolutely loved the food and we hope to see you again soon!

So disappointing. The pancit noodles are all broken into tiny pieces. I won't be back.

It's quick, easy and good food. Sometimes it's far too oily but other than that it will get the job done if you are hungry

Service: I was visiting for the night and found this spot on Yelp and decided to give it a try. It was just me and my adult daughter and we were sat immediately. It was New Year's day and it was pretty empty but I can't imagine that is normally the case. We ordered waters and was quickly delivered. We love asian and mexican so this place was perfect and we got a little from both menus to share. Within the next 10-15 minutes, our food was delivered too. Food: OMG best sushi ever! We tried the cowboy roll, vicios roll and shrimp tempura roll. Cowboy and Vicios rolls I could eat every day! So fresh and so good. We also ordered the guacamole appetizer. I'm very picky on my guacamole and ofter. Have to add more salt but this was perfect! The chips were light, not greasy and freshly made and warm. It also came with homemade salsa which was also delicious and fresh. Atmosphere: the inside is almost its own selfie place. Bathroom, all of the walls, outside, etc. is so well decorated and cute, I have never taken so many pictures in a bathroom The place is much bigger than it appears. Several sections with multiple bars, pool tables, stage for a live band, plenty of tables for seating. Only thing missing is outdoor seating/options. I live 5 hours away so won't likely be able to visit again any time soon but if I am ever in the area, this will be a stop!

I love their roast duck. It is as close to authentic Chinese food where it is not Americanized. There are known for their specialty meats (like their roast duck or chicken) and their noodles. In fact, I came here because I found out they started serving Beef Chow Fun. Chow Fun is a hand made noodle that is steamed then cut into thick strips. The noodles are thick, translucent, and chewy. The noodles are very delicate to handle and need a real wok with high heat to handle it without breaking. Same with the HarGow (shrimp dumpling) uses a tapioca based dough so it is translucent and chewy. This type of wrapper needs to be handmade on the spot. You cannot buy the wrapper because it does not hold/store. Once the dumpling is made, it can be stored in the freezer. Shumai, on the other hand, is not homemade. These are store bought. I have tasted the same shumai bought at Bien Dong or any Asian grocery store. The filling is mostly some kind of filler flavored with shrimp. A real shumai has real shrimp and real ground pork. If they continue to serve this over processed crap, do not order it. I do recommend the duck, the beef chow fun, and the hargow (shrimp dumpling). home.
