This review is dedicated entirely to the manager, Angel, who is absolutely incredible. We experienced an issue with our order during our visit to the Taco Bell in Page, Arizona, and the start of our experience was definitely rough. However, Angel stepped in and completely turned everything around. She went above and beyond to address the problem with professionalism, speed, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Angel's positive attitude and exceptional management skills are what elevated this from a frustrating experience to a truly terrific one. People like Angel are why you come back. The food was great, but the service was five-star perfection. Thank you, Angel, for being a superhero! PS, there was a weird smell inside, so we ate outside. Horrible customer service and very odd employees that don't know what they are doing. One of the worst experiences we have ever had. The main gal making the food would not look at us or respond to us when we waited at least 20 minutes for a soft taco! She was very rude, very vacant look on her face. This Taco Bell has several screens where you place your order instead of telling a person. I ordered a cantina chicken bowl and it's actually pretty good. Convenient lunch while on a road trip. The chairs inside could use replacing though. One of my chair legs was a few inches too short and rocked significantly. Don't go if u have food allergies or if ur vegan/vegetarian so after a long days work I was craving some taco bell so I went in there with my family we ordered vegan burritos left bit into it and BAM cheese so we went back they apologized and remade them we figured it would be fine so we got in the car and left down the road I bit into my burrito and BAM meat AND cheese in my mouth how hard is it to follow simple instructions on a screen? don't go here lmao yes the bad reviews are a reflection of this business. read more

We recently had the "pleasure" of dining at Taco Bell in Page, Arizona. We ordered a large meal for the family through the mobile app, and it didn't take long to get our food. But boy, did we get more than we bargained for! First off, the food was lukewarm--teetering on the edge of cold but not quite fridge-level chilly. It was missing that usual Taco Bell magic, and we were left wondering if we had somehow wandered into a parallel universe where tacos were just a meh experience. To add to the fun, we ended up with some stomach issues afterwards. Yep, Taco Bell roulette got us this time. Our throats were sore, and we can't help but think this place had something to do with it. We dined inside, and since we ordered everything online, there wasn't much human interaction. Just us, the lukewarm food, and the looming regret. In short, don't expect city-quality Taco Bell food here. This was an adventure we'd rather not repeat! read more

Best Taco Bell I've been to (and I've been to a lot all over the country)! The service was excellent with a friendly staff. However, they make the best meals! This is one of the few times the staff got my vegetarian order correct. The Mexican pizza was actually filled well with beans and smothered with cheese, sauce and tomato's. The Crunchwrap was made well with ingredients spread evenly. The bean burrito was filled well too! The Taco Bell itself could be a bit more cleaner but the outdoor seating option is nice. I wish I took food photos but we were starving and inhaled our food. I would definitely come back if I needed food on the go! read more

No longer serves breakfast, which is lame considering it was the only menu items they would portion properly. Night crews rush items pre close so they run out an hour before close. If an item has beans they will overload on beans and put less of everything else. Overall get a we don't care about our jobs or service we are paid to provide feeling. This Taco Bell has zero customer service. There is no one taking your order, so you have to do it yourself on a kiosk. Hubby and I ordered the frozen strawberry drink, but was told that it was not available. Why was it on the kiosk if it was not available? Instead of refunding our order, we were told that we can only choose another flavor between Mountain Dew (no thanks) and dragonfruit. There were only a couple of people in front of us and only a couple of people waiting for their orders, and it took us 30 minutes from the time we ordered until we go our food. Like others have said, it looks like this place is terribly understaffed. We were set to eat in, but after 30 minutes we grabbed our food off the tray and left. Once on the road the food was typical Taco Bell. First of all it tasted great. It was slow getting your food. The service was nonexistent. I stood at the counter for 7 minutes and the staff ignored me. So I took the hint and ordered from the kiosk. I got my food 15 minuets later. They forgot my drinks so I stood trying to get their attention but she ignored me completely. So I went behind the counter to get my own drinks. Caution: for those who are waiting for Mexican style Taco Bell, this deli has been transformed into McDonald's. Roomy, clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and served quickly. We passed through here in April of this year on a two week road trip. Ate lunch here, and it was great. Somehow, my wallet fell out of my travel pack (I never even used it here). The lady who cleans teh dining room found it and turned it in. We realized that night the wallet was missing and called. Luckily a VERY competent manager helped us! Can't remember her name but she sounded to be a young adult. She went out of her way to mail it back to us once we returned home.
