I don't know what happened to this place, but the service level has taken a deep nose dive. Placing an order here and waiting for your food is like watching molasses flow in the dead of winter. Also the old crew would greet you and make sure your order was complete. Now they grunt your name and toss the order on the counter. And from what I seen today, most of those orders were wrong. And the late night drive thru is a joke, I swear they take an order, make your food, and deliver it to you, then they take the next order. The only reason I put up with this nonsense is that I do have a taste for the food here every now and then. read more

This is my neighborhood Taco Bell, and as such I visit fairly frequently. So you can consider this a more balanced review, as opposed to someone who visited just once and unfortunately had a crappy experience, then couldn't wait to rip them here on Yelp. For the most part, the people working here have been pretty friendly. And the food has been good. Have there been a couple of times when that wasn't the case? Sure. But that's what you're going to get with fast food. There's a ton of turnover, and some people working these jobs just don't care. So when you unfortunately come across these people your service and food are likely to be subpar. But the ones who do care work hard to get it right and do it in a friendly manner, and I can honestly say I've luckily seen this most of the time I've gone there. One thing I highly recommend though: if you see a long line at the drive-thru, just park and go inside. Trust me. The drive-thru can move at a snail's pace and once you're in that line you're stuck. So don't be lazy, get your ass out of the car and walk inside. You'll be glad you did. read more

They gave me the wrong order. I went back and they took the wrong order and said they had to throw it in the trash. The person who it belonged to asked if he could have the food instead of throwing it away. PHYLLIS snatched the food and threw it in the trash then started yelling. PHYLLIS then yelled her name and spelled it for anyone that wanted to complain. When I overheard her reaction I asked for her name again and told her there was no reason to be so rude to that person, especially when she gave us the wrong order and PHYLLIS began to ignore me and refused to say her name again. How can you be out of pop. We ordered uber eats and received no call from restaurant telling us.

There is always a mistake. Order was wrong when it was read back and we corrected them. Then receipt was wrong and again we corrected them and the response was I know. We were told they were making the corrections for us. Got home and the mistakes we tried to correct 2x we there. Then another item was missing. It tired to call them about 4x and the phone rang for about 2 min each time and no answer. This is every single time. read more

After visiting various other restaurants within the area, I have received nothing but nice and consistent service every time I have visited the location, especially for special orders with special diet restrictions (aka picky eaters). This Taco Bell is always on point. Today I had a craving for some tacos and pulled in to realize this location is closed. There are structural damages to the building so I don't know what happened to this location. Anyone know what happened and when they are planning to reopen? Came here the other day to try the new nacho fries. Love them! But this review is mainly to compliment whoever was taking my order at the drive-thru at this location. It was about 11pm, if it's the same kid who works this shift every night. He was super polite and asked how my day was before taking my order. This is my favorite Taco Bell. The staff is polite. Best of all they are accurate. They have never made a mistake on a drive up or dine in order. This is very important to me. They will make it your way with no errors. They are generous with napkins and sauce packets. The staff knows their products, i.e. how spicy or not spicy an item is. Missing half of our order and when I called asking to speak with the manager the woman answering named "Jo" pretended she was the manager. Not only was she unwilling to help or accept the fact that they messed up our order she kept cutting me off. I then stated I need to speak with the manager (after she got me extremely angry) and a man comes on the phone. He was of no help either and wouldn't rectify the situation. I will never be going back to this location due to poor "management". This store needs to learn proper customer service techniques, better management, and giving people the food they pay for. I stop here every morning for a baja blast. I also eat here often, have been for years, and special order literally every item (no onions, add sour cream, ect) and they've never made a mistake or forgotten anything. The staff has always been incredibly polite, and on days when things get backed up or are moving slow, they've always been more than apologetic. As far as fast food goes, this is one of the better ones.
