Love the service and the food is always great! Today my daughter and I had to swing through the drive thru in the middle of a super busy day... and I pulled up to the window and realized I had forgotten my wallet at home! The drive thru worker looked back at what I assume was his manager and then with a smile, handed me my food and said "have a good day". Literally made my day to see such kindness! The tacos had hardly any meat. We had to return the cup for soda as it had a bitt of freeze drink in the bottom of the cup. When my husband returned the cup the server acted like it was normal. The Pepsi was weak. The restaurant had stuff on the floors and our table had a tray left in the chair and it smelled. Not going back. read more

I also ordered two bean burritos. when the food arrived it was still very warm but the bean burritos and tacos were on the flimsy pizza box. smashing the lid on to the pizza. more than half the cheese was melted to the lid. Twice I complained and twice I got an immediate email, claiming they were working on it. twice there was no follow up. I gave them every opportunity to make this right. Food is great compared to other Taco Bell's that I've been to. Every single time I've been in for "dine in", they've forgotten my drink and I always have to ask for it. Often times I forget I even ordered a drink, and I leave - and it's too late. Drive through is always quick and easy though, and they've never forgotten any drinks. The tables inside the store are usually clean, and it's a comfortable atmosphere. The big thing keeping me from 5 stars is the whole "forgetting my drink" thing. It's frustrating. read more

Service here pretty good, although they have sometimes gotten my orders wrong. Also, I think they are jacking their prices up too high. The place is always clean, and the food quality is consistent. The service is also sometimes kind of slow, even if they aren't very busy. I guess it depends who is working. Thing is, there are lots of better taco joints within close proximity, so it would seem like they would try harder to keep my business. Only reason I even came in was because my sons and their cousin REALLY wanted to go here. Fine. Personally I would have liked to hit up Big Burrito. Texture was great, crunchy, flakey, and just full of flavor. Tasted like a homemade mexican taquito. I very glad a got a chicken soft taco as well to dip my soft taco into the remaining sauce to make sure none went to waste. Their drink through needs work. Its less than 30 degrees outside. Do you guys really have to skimp on my ice? Seriously it was all soda pop and very light ice. No Bueno guys!!!!!! Overall the service was fast, friendly, and efficient! Changed hours but aren't open. Consistently forgets multiple items but charges for them. Getting the order then fixed, takes forever. Went at 10:45am to get my kid a fun breakfast after early release, and was told they just opened at 10am (hours say open 7am- 8pm) and they don't serve breakfast. Huh? A national chain that cannot offer food or be consistent with hours at all? I was then told they need staff, (I totally understand!) but a Taco Bell that is open maybe 10am to maybe 5pm should just be closed. Last few times there have been 6-8 employees inside, 3 at just the drive through. Why are they not open the minimum hours? And serving lunch at 10am? read more

I love Taco Bell with all my heart and their mini shredded chicken quesadillas give me the will to live but I have to say I have been let down by the new paper wrapping instead of aluminum foil. The quesadilla filling leaks through the wrapping and then the bag, leaving me with a mess! Also the new paper wrapping does not keep my quesadilla warm. I don't love Taco Bell, but the mango iced tea is delicious and I do live the nacho fries. My husband and I go there because he loves to get a 12 pack of tacos. Tonight we encountered the most pleasant service at the drive through I think we've ever had. Shasta was super pleasant and very nice.
