I look forward to the friendly faces that greet me, the delicious smell of fresh tacos, the extra crunchy cinnamon twists, and the unforgettable fire sauce. But as I was making my way to Taco Bell today with one goal in mind--now what's that one goal you might ask--Well, after a long, hard day working as a senior in her last days of high school, I like to sit back and relax with a large Baja blast. The joy I feel when I take that first sip of the electrifying flavor is like no other. I am rebirthed in that moment. I have many fond memories of sharing Baja blasts with friends throughout my high school career, they've been there for me for break ups, milestones, late nights, college applications, and essays due the next day. I couldn't have made it through our high school's spring musical rehearsals without one! But unfortunately, I have to write you today because it's with great sorrow I was not able to receive my nightly Baja blast. As I pulled up to the window in anticipation and excitement, I was greeted with a friendly "Hello may I take your order?" And when I asked for a heavenly Baja blast they could not deliver. Taco Bell had run out of Baja blast that night. The devastation rained over my body as I had to hold back tears. I reminisced about all the times I took that first sip and thought that I'd never feel the same way ever again. My heart shattered without a Baja blast to pick up the pieces. Because Mama didn't raise a quitter I said my solemn goodbye and thank you anyway to the lovely Taco Bell worker and had to drive to a gas station. I picked up a Baja Blast in a bottle with shame and brought it to the counter. Tears welled in my eyes as the cashier asked if I would be paying with cash or a card. At home, I grabbed a cup--Not a Taco Bell cup but one that would have to suffice--and filled that cup with ice, but not Taco Bell ice just regular ice and my bottled gas station Baja Blast. I was hopeful for a moment but then greeted with nothing more but sadness and disappointment again when I took my sip and it wasn't the same. Though it may be the same formula, the experience is what I was missing. You and I both know that a gas station Baja blast is not the same as a Taco Bell Baja blast. And while I'm mourning the loss of what a great night this could've been, I'm writing this to you tears in my eyes but hope that you will read this and sympathize with a poor senior high school student and deliver me a luxurious Baja blast. the people here are fantastic. i only ever come thru drive thru late night and i have never once had anything less than a stellar experience. the night crew goes above and beyond to make those customer connections. tonight, i didn't know what to order and someone else other than the person taking my ordered jumped on the mic to make a recommendation and i'll be d*mnd if it's not my absolute new favorite taco bell menu item. i wish i knew his name cause i'd give him major props for that 10/10 recommendation. another time, an employee made a specific sound effect for the baja blasts we ordered. iconic. I evaluate my Taco Bells based on the drive thru and consistent quality of food as compared to the dozens of other Taco Bells I've been to.... my hallmark for a good fast food restaurant is that the location gives you no reason to think of it as anything below standard. I want quick and I want the same taste everywhere I go in the country. I came here on evening and there were maybe two cars ahead of me. I'm giving this Taco Bell 5 stars because my drive thru order was quick and my food came out correctly. When I tried to return the call, it yet again went unanswered. I will not use door dash to order from this restaurant again. Door dash is a wonderful service. Orders 2 tacos and 2 quesadilla . Waited 40 mins and the cheese in the quesadilla wasn't even melted.

After making two separate orders, they gave us one bag and said that both orders were all in one bag. The second order was not included. I also did not get the drink I ordered in the first order, and there were extra tomatoes when I had said no tomatoes, which the receipt stated. We waiting for 20 minutes at 11 on a Saturday night before we even got to the window to pay and I saw why. They were all laughing and talking inside. It took several minutes to get our food and when we left there were 6 cars behind us. Got home and the order was wrong. My husband tried calling to let them know and no one answered for over an hour.
