Food was lightning fast, order not so complete... I ordered six soft tacos, six mild sauces, two hot and two fire sauces, as well as some other items. OK I just went back again and not only was Jessica there who goes above and beyond what she needs to be doing yet that's only going to get her to higher places. Gina is the manager who I spoke with and she is fully aware of the competency of Jessica and how seriously she takes her job and like Gina said it not me, that's hard to find today so God willing with Taco Bell corporate or whatever company is running this store needs to give Gina a higher position with more hours and ability to spot talent like Jessica which can then with no hesitation upgrade jessica with her customer service and crew control to a manager! Give her hours, give both of them, a raise and you won't be disappointed when your Taco Bell is one of the best in the Philly area. Let me also give a shout out to the team making the food! I've been going to this taco bell for the last couple years. I'd pick up breakfast burritos from time to time before heading to school but more recently during covid it's been my go-to for quick lunches. I've never had an issue with this place, the workers have always been nice to me and they always get the job done. It's a fast food joint so obviously you get what you pay for. You can't expect michelin star service but the service I think at this place has always been great. There were several times where our order would take too long to make during rush hours (when I would order a lot of food for kickbacks) but they did throw in an extra taco or two or a free drink. Overall, the food is as good as it gets for a taco bell, the service is as good as it gets, and they're quick. This taco bell 100% will always be my go to place for quick eating. read more

I don't think I'll ever be ordering from this Taco Bell again, the employees are a bit rude and don't really care about the handling of your food. A few times I did a pickup DoorDash of my food and they said that nothing was in their system every time but instead of trying to figure things out they just gave me attitude and then when I just ended up getting it DD to my home all of my food was wrong. On this rare day, I craved Taco Bell. I've only had Taco Bell probably 5-6 times in my life. But this day, I really wanted it. We walked in to order because there were 4 of us and we didn't want them to mix up our orders in the drive through (one in the group is vegan). I got a 3 soft chicken supreme taco meal. The soda machine was not well taken care of. All the sodas in the machine were flat. Then it took over 20 minutes to my food. It was the longest I had to wait for fast food. Imagine waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes. By the way, I watched the workers prepare the food. The drive through line was 3 times faster as the dine-in line took their time. Now the tacos. It was so disappointing. The only thing that made it edible was the hot sauce, because I drenched it in Diablo sauce till I couldn't taste the taco anymore. Typically friendly staff but as of tonight very rude and negative staff. All sitting around obnoxiously waiting for guest to leave. Still had 40 minutes till the restaurant closed. Got our food packed to go when we thought we could still eat in. We kindly asked if we were allowed to sit and eat, proceeded to get told by Javonni P. I waited 30 minutes for my food . There was a total of 2 people preparing food and 1 person at the drive thru window ... the rest were doing nothing . Good food is everywhere but good service is what really counts. We left the casino at 2:35 AM & just wanted to grab a bite so we decided to go to Taco Bell which was closing at 3:00AM. I called them at like 2:45 AM & requested if they could take the order & we can pick it up. After a bit of resistance the person agreed. To my horror I put the address directly from the Yelp app which connects you via Apple maps to your destination and we ended up in the middle of nowhere(nearby AMC). So I called them and Stephanie was kind enough to guide me all the way from the AMC to their place. We arrived at 3:01 AM got the order & left happy & full. Thanks Steph - you're the best! read more
