The only thing that would elevate them even more would be adding pico. The chicken tacos were a 4/10 unfortunately. They lacked flavor and tasted like plain boiled chicken placed on a tortilla, which was disappointing. We also ordered the Tres Salsa and chips. Out of the three salsas, the green and red were the standouts and packed the most flavor. For drinks, we ordered margaritas on the rocks ($5, plus $2 additional for flavor). I tried mango and passion fruit -- the mango tasted more like orange juice, while the passion fruit maintained its flavor much better. If you're looking for a family-friendly indoor/outdoor spot, this is a great option. I noticed a good mix of couples and singles, which made for a nice atmosphere. I've been loving this bar. The first time I came here was on a Cinco de Mayo and that my friend was a huge mistake. Even if I had had a reservation which we did not it was way too crowded and noisy. Circling back some months later I arrived again, no reservation required and was seated immediately to wait for my guest. The vibe is chill, definitely giving friendly neighborhood meet up spot and that's what I've been doing ever since. You can sit at one of two bars, perch at a tiny high top, lounge at a long communal table or hang outside. Rosy's has you covered. As for the food, great!!! Next, the shrimp tacos. They were fine - little marinated, grilled shrimps with an avocado salsa. I would have preferred larger shrimps, but for the price, (they probably were frozen) the tacos were good. Loved Rosy's Taco Bar for my first visit! I've been recommended this bar before and I always hear the name and I was glad to finally try it and experience it for myself! To start, the ambiance overall is one to appreciate. I got to experience dining inside at the bar to start, the music/playlist was great, beautiful decor and a truly engaging and knowledgeable bartender! I had to take a meeting call outside and felt as though the patio was even remarkable! There are these wooden private seating areas that I believe are fitting to dine solo or with a group.
