I was so impressed with this Taco Bell. My Baja Blast was soooo delicious! The ratio of ice to drink was impeccable. I really enjoyed my Chalupa Supreme. The lettuce was crisp and fresh. I asked for extra beef, and it was such a generous serving. I loved the atmosphere in "the Bell" (as we call it back home). Seeing all the stoned college students with the munchies brought me back to my youth. I did have to explain to my daughter that they were just starved from studying all day...shhh I'll definitely be exploring more Taco Bells in the area, but this one was hard to beat. Genuinely one of the worst experiences I've had at Taco Bell. I asked for extra meat on my Beefy 5-Layer Burrito and for it to be grilled. There was no extra meat and it was not grilled. My Chalupa Supreme also should have had extra meat. No extra meat. Sometimes you want a break from cooking and quick food sounds great. I had chalupa box that comes with a chalupa, 5 layer burrito, a taco, and those cinnamon twists for dessert. It's only $5 and that includes a drink. I used the drive through this time around and there was no line at the time. Service was great and I asked for a lot of sauces both mild and hot because it was food for 4 people and I wanted to make sure it was enough for everyone. He was great and did just what I asked. The food was okay. My taco and chalupa were good, but my burrito I am guessing had been sitting there for a while. My cinnamon twists you ask? Not much can go wrong with those, they are fantastic. I think Taco Bell has 100% stepped their game up in the past years. I used to hate getting Taco Bell as a kid, but now their food is actually really good. I really like the cravings box because of the good value and solid food selection. If you order on the app, the service is usually quick and i have had luck with friendly employees. The place is typically empty, but is reasonably clean. Overall, it is Taco Bell and you can not expect the best quality food. I LOVE this Taco Bell! Growing up in this neighborhood as a kid I came here all the time. I remember for example, in middle school and high school we would hang out there as kids. Now I like to visit this location for the old memories. It's great with all the different Mountain Dew's. Like Baja Blast and so on. Yes TACO BELL introduced me to that. I always get the chalupas, nacho bel grande and tell the stuff throw in whatever you want in terms of hot sauce. If they forget. Is it really an issue? I mean come on? It's a packet of hot sauce. Drive thru is supposed to be quick right? Well not here, unless you consider over 5 minutes to get an order "quick". Poor service from the guy handling the orders, but what do you expect from a teenager making minimum wage. Didn't give any hot sauce when requested, guess that's my fault for not checking before leaving but you have to have a level of trust that everything's there right. Food was slightly warm when getting home (less than a 5 minute drive) and ended up getting sick 30 minutes after that. We just went through the drive thru for breakfast. We ordered a steak crunch wrap for me and a sausage crunch wrap for him. The food was fine...except for a very serious labelling error. Because I am allergic to pork. We dodged a bullet as my boyfriend was on a time crunch and started eating his "sausage" wrap while I was still getting my coffee ready. His labelled "sausage" wrap was steak and mine was labelled "steak" but was actually sausage. He took a couple bites and realized this so had me pull mine apart to see it was sausage. So we caught it but if I had just bit into it, trusting Taco Bell to be careful, then I would be spending a very un-fun day puking, itching with hives and missing work at best or an ER visit at worst. We don't want free food or anything but I hope you share this with your team so they can learn and be a lot more careful in the future. read more

Not only did he assist on the drive thru speaker, he confirmed our order at the window and it was EXACTLY as I ordered fresh and timely. This location has gotten severely worse in the last 6 months or so. Eating inside was difficult for me because one of the employees was singing loudly in the kitchen. As for the food quality, it's generally terrible. My tacos are 90% lettuce(they have portioning tools for consistency, clearly they're not using them), all of the sour cream in my burrito supreme is on one end. To top it off, they get something wrong in my order every single time. Sometimes it's a missing item, sometimes it's the wrong item, and most often it's a missing ingredient I paid extra for. A few of the employees working the window are very pleasant and professional, but most of them are borderline rude with their disgruntlement. Like...I get it, you're a teenager and you'd rather be doing anything other than working at Taco Bell. But that's your job, and you're getting paid to give the customer a good experience. read more

They got an order wrong which I get, we are all human and make mistakes, but the way it was handled was very unprofessional. I was treated like crap, and will not return to this particular location. Taco Bell on Warner and 48th st is the worst. I waited in line for 30 minutes. Six cars should not take that long after all it is fast food. I order the $5 nachos big disappointment. Nothing like the serving on the commercial. With the TS of meat and the ts of guacamole and lots of dry chips. I dont know where the cheese was!!!. I called the store and spoke to Conner he did say he was sorry. I had to ask who the manager was he said Charles. Why did he not put the manager on the phone. So, it was 7:30 tonight when we came here at Warner and 48th. Everything including our special orders were done appropriately. The cashier was polite. We thought it was weird that the inside was closed after we came in but ok. My son wanted some cinnamon twists and I was thankful they let us order. When we got them, my son said he didn't like them. I tried one and it was rancid. I let the staff know and the response was "thanks." No one reacted in a way to make me think they'd check into it so I'd have to say beware of what you get there. This Taco Bell is one of the good ones. After a long, hard day of work, I always relax by driving through this wonderful establishment. Sometimes, on the way there, I scream the entire time just because of my high-stress job. Most of the time, my voice is almost gone by the time I arrive, but the worker at the drive-thru always asks me if I'm feeling under the weather. I always get the combo with three tacos and a soda. There is nothing that picks up a hard day more than three delicious tacos and a smile from the employees that work there.
