We just ate at the Taco Bell on Camden Road in Pine Bluff around noon on 3-20-26. Whomever the manager was at this date & time deserves a raise & should be used to train other managers. She was absolutely wonderful!! She was working along side her team, actively addressing customer needs, and encouraging her staff constantly. The facility was so neat & clean. The food was the neatest I've ever received from ANY Taco Bell! No attitudes. Excellent service from this sweet lady & her staff! Give her a raise and a promotion!! read more

We eat here almost every Saturday evening traveling through and the store is always immaculate. The workers great you when you come in and check on you throughout and even bring the food to the table. We are a family of 4 with multiple special orders and our order has yet to be wrong. There's paper on the windows and it appears to be closed. But I saw nothing that explained if it was temp or what. This is the absolute worst Taco bell I have been to in the entire country. I have traveled a lot and experienced quite a few. This location needs better management. Not just at store level, the ones above that in particular. They should never have allowed this location to be so out of control. It's not like many of the other fast food places in town where it's great in the day time and struggling at night. This one was always bad. I have left there viewing to never go back. Our last visit was the last mail in the coffin for our house. Nobody will miss this closure. read more

Taco Bell in Watson chapel is pathetic they never have two things that match meat no taco shells, ice but no soda. You can't take anything but, cash and correct change you get so many times the machine is down the other times order a hard taco get home grease, and taco split at the bottom of the taco and steal no crunch. this happens every time we choose to have taco bell! my, advise travel to the TACO BELL ON OLIVE STREET! read more

Ok I drive in the drive through today at 4 Pm. It was moving slow because there was one car in front of me that apparently made a special order because it took them a long time. Finally they moved. I looked through the drive through window and she was returning the order. I only ordered 2 soft tacos. I paid and the young lady had an odd look on her face. I drove off to the freeway. I get down the road reach in the bag and I did not have two tacos but I had a bean burrito. Oh well. Mark it up to I did not check my bag before I paid. read more

I JUST LEFT TACO BELL ON CAMDEN ROAD AT 11 P.M which the sign says Open from 8a.m-1a.m or later so I'm at the speaker for bout 5 minutes no one answers, I then drive around to the window and honk my horn I saw 2 girls and a Guy in there the 2 girls ranned to the back when the guy came to the Window I then asked him can I place a order he said "no" I said and why not??? he said because we are out of chicken and steak, I said i didn't ask for anyone of those items, He just stood there with a stupid look on his face and I then asked to speak with a manager! He walked off and walked right back to the window and said his manager said that they was out of food I said are you the manager??? he said no I'm a shift worker I said well I want to speak with the manager he said the manager does not want to come to the window I then said Well I'm gonna call corporate he said the hotline is broke!!!! read more

Terrible food, cold everything. I recommend driving by and find a better one. It was disgusting.

This taco bell is the worst taco bell ever. They never give you all of your food that you ordered and if you call them on the phone to tell them that they didn't give you all of your food they will hang up on you. If you call them back right after they hung up on you they won't answer not even the other phone number that they had listed will answer and fun they do they act the same. read more
