I am writing this because I want to remember NEVER to eat here again. I grew up in PB and they USED TO BE good. Today, I ordered chips and dip and kids burrito. I could have just went to Taco Bell. Chips were from a bag. Cheese dip was from a can. Burrito was taco meat in a tortilla smothered in the can cheese dip. No beans, no hot sauce. And the punch tasted like it was spoil. Portions are huge. Getting more than your moneys worth. Staff is kind and friendly. The food is delicious. Make sure you try the punch!

This isn't anything like Mexican food. It's better than Taco Bell, but not much. It's very plain, unseasoned and American. American tacos aren't the good to me. read more

I never really noticed this place until my mom told me about them. I'm so glad that she did! The customer service is good and the food is great. My boyfriend and I have been here 3 times in one week. He rated them 5 out of 5 because the service is extremely fast, the food is always hot & fresh and also when you warm up your leftovers it still taste just as good as it did when it was fresh. Me personally I'll give them 3 1/2 stars, only because their taco salad isn't what I thought it would be and it actually came with ranch on it. But other than that I don't have anything bad to say. This place is probably my fiancé's favorite place in Pinebluff. The burrito deluxe is om nom nom. It's a burrito filled with beef, cheese, and lettuce. The meat is like taco bell minus the grease, but the cheese just re-adds it :P The taco salad was yummy too. Tortilla chips, beef, lettuce, cheese, and your choice of a dressing. I went here because I grew up in Pine Bluff and was back visiting. The food at Charro's was mediocre at best. Seasoning was off...just plain old chopped chicken in my burrito. Honestly, I wish I'd gone somewhere else to eat. read more

Very disappointing. I ordered a chicken taco salad, no chips and dressing on the side. It was 80% chips, 5% chicken, 10% lettuce and 5% melted cheese with dressing globed on top. I pulled up and had a good feeling. The parking lot was completely full. I went with my go to meal and got the nachos. My first moment of concern was when they called my number the moment I sat down after putting my drink. Fast service is great, but that's a bit too far. Literally store bought tortilla chips with ground beef poured on top, then shredded cheese melted over it. Like you might make in the microwave after school when you're an eighth grader. The only "upgrade" from after school nachos was the jalapenos and onions poured on top. I'm really starting to worry about the people of Pine Bluff and their taste buds. read more

Have occasionally eaten here ever since they opened. The 2-star rating is based on an absolute scale which would include real Mexican food restaurants which may be unfair. If I were to compare them to 'pseudo' Mexican food such as Taco Bell, I would raise the rating to perhaps 4-star although I would even then give Taco Bell the edge. Still, I enjoy the food. I been living in pine bluff for 10 years.I finally decided to try this place out. I had the tacos supreme it was the worst food I ever had. I paid 9.00 dollars for 2 taco with no beef omg I was so upset when I got home and open that plate.please don't eat here I will never go again in my life. read more

The chicken taco salad is wonderful. The younger people aren't very friendly but the food never fails. It's always good and filling. The Mexican punch is wonderful and so are the tacos. I use to eat there at least once a week but now I'm out of town during the week. read more

Red flag 1, when I asked what the dressings were my options were Ranch and Thousand Island! WOW! I was in a group of 5 and all of us agreed that this will be our only visit. Have eaten here for 30 years and am sad to say that the food has declined tremendously. Chips are store-bought and painfully stale. Prices have increased for lesser quality and smaller portions. Ownership is not responsive to complaints and staff is lacking in experience. Sad to be done with this location Ownership is less concerned. read more

I've been eating here for over 20 years. Good Food. I wouldn't compare it to Taco Bell like the other reviewer did but if you want a comparison I would say it is much cleaner tasting and much more filling than Taco Bell. Worth the extra dollar or two. Plus they always run weekly specials so it really doesn't have to cost more than Taco Bell. Everything is good. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. And they have the best Mexican punch (fruit tea) and the absolute best queso dip anywhere. Their taco salads are delicious and I can't understand the other reviewer saying they wanted a refund due to the fact that they offer a variety of dressings...I don't know what they expected but if they didn't want dressing they could have just said "no dressing" ...I mean seriously. The restaurant is small and comfortable and the owners are very nice people. This is one of the best non chain restaurants in Pine Bluff. All around great place to eat and I hope they never close. read more
