I just worked a long day commuted 2 hours and just wanted to get my kids some dinner instead i got into an argument over not wanting extras and had my food thrown in my face thru the drive thru window. To kick things off I ordered a taco combo and when I recieved my food the tacos were in bits and pieces falling apart. When I went back through the drive thru and requested new ones I was met with terrible service by a male employee and did not receive new ones. Then after I had left I realized they also did not include the chips and cheese which was included in the combo. Overall this is a terrible place if you want to get food. read more

We occasionally eat at Taco Bell. Whoever is in charge should be fired! The new touch screen order process when you walk in is absolutely ridiculous and a waste of customer time. The screen doesn't match the menu on the wall so you have to search for your item. You have one choice for drink size, large. Then you have to put in what drink you want even though you will be dispensing it yourself. I pay cash and it took forever for the girl who stood there the whole time to get my change. She then said she could have put our order in for us... why didn't she just take the order when went to the counter in the first place? A 45 second interaction took about 4 minutes. I can't believe I paid that much to order from a kiosk, pick it up myself and bus my own table. I had to wipe the crumbs from the table also. There was no human interaction or customer service. I had the taco pizza and it looked like someone had just smashed it together. My Grandson said his hard shell taco was good but the chalupa he tried to eat before that was "hard as a rock". My daughter said her steak quesadilla was sub-par. The drink area was dirty and there was food under most of the dining tables. Not a pleasant dining experience. There was no baby changing table in the women's restroom even though there was a huge disability stall with plenty of room for it. I feel like the management doesn't want dine in customers. They certainly didn't make us feel welcome. read more

Dang. I hate to give a 3 to a Taco Bell. I love Taco Bell with all my heart. I don't eat out as much as I used to, but if I'm in a hurry and out of town, it's my go to. I did the nacho fries box. Burrito supreme, Doritos locos taco, nacho fries, and a drink. Restaurant was clean, service was good, bathrooms were nice. Food was out quick. Everything was to to usual standards, fresh and good, except for the nacho fries. The nacho fries were really old and cold. Really sad because the rest of the meal was just what I was expecting. As a testament to the power of the bell, even stale and cold nacho fries were pretty okay. I'll probably stop by the other Pocatello location next time I'm in town. read more

Horrible customer service, they messed up my entire order (not a single item I asked for) which came out to $17 and I was in a rush and couldn't go threw again and reorder so I asked for my money back and handed them the bag of food back before even leaving the drive threw line and they shoved the bag of someone else's order back at me and said really rudely "it's on us we didn't charge your card yet" just for me to look on my phone and see they charged me $17 I then asked for my money back and brought in the wrong order untouched and they said to deal with it and walked away. I left the food on the counter and walked out robbed of $17. read more

This location no longer has human interaction when placing orders. It's a joke if you want me to use a machine you dang well better be discounting the cost of the food. We ordered on the app and three of our items didn't have potatoes as we ordered. They substituted chicken for two items and nothing for the third item. The nacho cheese we paid for was only a 1/4 full in the container and the items were very scant with ingredients. The ordered was shorted a cinnamon twist so I had to go inside to get the additional order. It's was very disappointing for $30! read more

This location really skimped on our food big time. We were traveling through the area and stopped and couldn't believe how little food they gave. I went to the counter to ask for more black beans in my salad/bowl since I get this item a lot and know that I should have had a lot more. The worker told me that it is a pre-scoop and I would have to deal with it. Clearly someone doesn't know how to fill the scoop to the top. Terrible customer service-it would've taken him a matter of seconds to make it right but got a bad review instead. read more

If your paying cash, don't dine in. They no longer take your order and the kiosk only talks cards. Not sure is the owners are cheap and don't want to pay employees or if it's just pure laziness. Food was substandard. Greasy. read more

A bunch of a-holes work here. There wasn't any water options on the door dash menu. Called to see if I can get a cup of water added to it, which is free and they said they couldn't add it over the phone and the person had a bad attitude about it. She just kept saying no to what I was saying. It's like how hard is it to fill a cup of water and apologize for the inconvenience. Never ordering or going to this Taco Bell again! read more

i came here & asked for NO cheese on my fiancé's crunch wrap supreme because he can't have dairy & it makes him very sick guess what ,it was full of cheese. i asked for light chipotle sauce on my spicy potato tacos & the first one was drenched in it & the second one barley had any. not impressed with this Taco Bell. i payed extra for the sour cream on my potato tacos & i couldn't even eat the first one because of how much chipotle sauce was on it. i struggle with severe acid reflex but enjoy the taste of it.. i would honestly just spend the extra gas just to go to the taco bell on yellowstone.. read more

Made me really sad. I'm a vegetarian and ordered what I usually get when I come to Taco Bell. I know that it's an easy mistake to make but it just isn't fun, they added chicken to my food but I threw up and cried for a while. I know it isn't that big of a deal to many people but it does matter to get the orders right. read more

Taco Bell is Taco Bell, but the staff here is always friendly and quick to get the order out. Always do drive thru so I can't speak to the conditions inside, but I've never had a bad experience going drive thru! read more

Taco Bell is Taco Bell, I just wished they kept their inside open longer. I hate having to go through the drive through cause the seating area is closed. The only thing I think they do great is their Chulupas are the BOMB especially the Chicken Baja yummy. Best Chulupas read more

I requested a side of sour cream to accompany my quesadilla. Upon receiving my order and opening the side sour cream container I discovered that there was the most minuscule tiddly wink of sour cream. I looked at my receipt and noticed I was indeed charged a whole .50 cents for said tiddly wink. I walked back inside and was told "sorry don't know what to tell you" by the cashier. Now I understand why they charged me for the damn sauce and normally I would not have been so bothered by this small event, HOWEVER...a measly squirt for .50 cents?? I'm clearly outraged enough to write a yelp review for a Taco Bell in Idaho if that helps readers better grasp just how small a spurt of cream I received. read more
