It was very authentic food especially when considering that the menu is only in Spanish and just one person working there spoke English. The food was a bit hit or miss. The Quessabirria looked amazing but only tasted of grease which dripped freely all over everything. The carne asada burrito was ok. The meat didn't really stand out and it only tasted of beans, lettuce and sour cream. The two things that were good were the two pork taco options. The pork carnitas had the most amazing texture I've ever been lucky to try. It was moist and crunchy from the flat top. It is definitely worth giving this meat choice a try in anything they have. The true star though was the Adobada tacos. They were amazing. There was tons of meat with so much flavor. These were the best Adobada I've ever had anywhere. I think the highs were very high but the lows were just as low. They have decent salsas but if you can't take a good bit of heat you won't be able to handle even the weakest one. This Mexican place is 100% authentic! The tacos were so simple yet so flavorful. My favorite was the chorizo which has a nice char to the meat. They also have three salsa to enjoy. The habanero was nice but my favorite was the red salsa that was Smokey and hot. The menu was very simple and it was quick to order. I could go on and on about how amazing the food is here. I come at least one every few weeks. The service is awesome, everyone is so nice. You order at the counter and then go and find a spot. They have some of the best tacos, and the best green salsa I have ever had in my life (and that is high praise coming from the LA girly). We love the food! Some of our favorites are the Sopes de carne asada, tacos (chicken are so good and tortillas are so fresh and so good!) Their burritos are so tasty and filling and big! We always get beans and rice for our kids and they love them. Their horchata is super tasty as well!! It is our go to when we want Latin/Mexican food! Its fast, great price and authentic!! We love the people, you can order there or call and its ready when you get there. Beware it gets busy because it is so good so you may wait during busy time. But the wait is so worth it! My husband ate here a few months ago and brought me home a sopa and it was amazing. But he couldn't remember the name. We were on doordash looking for some Mexican food for lunch and based on the location, we knew this was the place! I'm so excited that I can get it delivered I can barely contain myself! Everything came packaged so perfectly, it was shockingly hot when it got here. We tried an asada mulito, carnitas tacos, and an order of carnitas flautas. Everything was super fresh. Stopped by this restaurant the other night to grab some tacos. Ordered the Cabeza, Lengua, and Adobada tacos. Some folks may be turned off by the sound of some of these tacos but they really are delicious once you let yourself get over the mental block regarding the meat source. All three tacos were well prepared and tasted great. My favorite was the Lengua taco but each were fantastic in their own right. Would have been great to see some queso fresco and something to add some crunch (escabeche, cabbage, etc) which is why I left off a star in my review. Taco orders don't come with chips or rice and beans so if you are craving them then make sure to add a side order. They had numerous beverage options and we opted for the Horchata and Mexican Coke. read more

This is the latest taco truck on our search for "authentico" Mexican food in town. (Plus checked out the wrap that my husband designed for the proprietors.) We both had the #9 taco plate. (I had a Carne Asada, Adobada and Carnitas, and he had two Adobada and a Asada taco.) Pretty tasty carnitas, and the fresh made tortillas were the bomb! The adobada and carne asada were good too (just a tad dry though), but the carnitas was the clear winner for the day. I'll pass on the lengua, tripa and cabeza tacos though. Definitely will come back to try the burritos, sopas and tortas. read more

Food always tastes good, very hot habanero sauce and great other sauces. Friendly people and all, idk why I like it a lot

I was introduced to this taco truck by my father in law and it is the bomb. Don't expect to walk up to the window and have them slap some stuff on a shell and hand it right to you. They do it right here. The food is cooked when you order, so you will wait, but it is well worth it. We have seen cars lined up 10 deep, and the quality has never suffered. Their sauces are good, although I was a little disappointed with their habanero sauce as it didn't have the heat I was hoping for. But if that's my only complaint, then I'll take it. I had a super burrito which was loaded with everything and they didn't short my carne asada doing it. My wife mulita was delicious and cooked perfect. They are closed on Wednesdays, and I believe you can call ahead so if you're in a time crunch I'd do it. There are also several tables around in the shade where you can enjoy your food. read more
